On top of that, the customer service rep I spoke to was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Overall, I had a great experience with cell2get.com and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a phone online.

Yayyy! Super excited for my galaxy S22 ultra! Didn't have any doubts buying from them at all. Their website is displayed clearly and prices are fair compared to what's out there on the market. Made my order for overnight delivery during the weekend and I got it exactly on time as I expected. I would definitely be buying again! Super excited to start using my new phone.

This product is excellent in its category. After I had it in my possession, I examined it and found that both the quality and the craftsmanship were excellent. Because the screen is so big and so crisp, navigating it and using it is a breeze.

Those guys have been kind and easy to deal with since day 1. I ordered an old lg stylo 5 from these guys, their prices and selection of devices are outstanding! And im glad that they are not like most phone retailers out there, that shove the latest and greates phones right into your face that are way over budget. These guys still carry the good old devices.
After calling them regarding some questions aboit the phone i was looking to purchase, they were so kind to answer my every question the correct way. And i have even emailed them just to test the waters before buying from them. After getting my device, unfortunately it had a slight issue reading sim cards, service would go on and off but gladly after putting the request on their website for an exchange, they responded within an hour and even sent me a return label to ship it back. The entire exchange process took about 3 days in total so it was very quick! And now im enjoying my new device. Thank you guys so much!

Thanks to cell2get's efficient service in terms of processing my order and shipping it out on time I'm thankful that now I have a working phone and I'm so glad it's exactly what I ordered and nothing less.

I have had many attempts online throught stores and retailers online and having such a headache of sending phones back because they didnt sell me what was advertised or what I was looking for. But after getting into electronicsforce to finally getting the LG V60 in a excellent condition that meets my service requirements my headache was no more!

Honestly never had an issue with them from the get go! Had placed an order with them just recently on the 5/8, for a Google pixel 6A. It arrived but sadly it wouldn't connect to my wifi or my sim card, figured there was an issue with the device. But luckily I was within the return window, and they quickly responded to my return request and sent me a label to send back the phone for an exchange. This entire thing took 3 days and it was quick, gladly now I have a phone that I'm extremely happy with and I must mention that their representatives were all extremely nice and helpful. 5 star all that board! 10/10 experience.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a MAJOR rip-off! I wish I had gone the the Better Business Bureau website first, as I would have seen all the complaints, and would not have bought from them. They sold me a phone that was supposed to be new. It was not. Not only that, but the phone was also bad. I did not end up activating it. In fact, I requested a return authorization the same day I received the phone. It took a while to finally receive that. I paid the shipping back, which under the circumstances, I should not have had to. Then, on top of that, they charged a restocking fee, and although it was supposedly free shipping, they apparently also subtracted for that too. UNBELIEVABLE! So they ended up only refunding about 77% of what we paid, plus, like I said, we paid the return shipping. Why would you restock a bad phone? You want to know why? Because they will most likely turn around and resell it to someone else, and when it gets returned, there's more money in the seller's pocket!
