I purchased a watch and the co they were dealing with shipped the wrong watch. I contacted Chrono24 and received great service in returning the watch and getting the correct one. I had problems with the deployment clasp and had to go back and forth several times. They contacted the co for me and I received contact right away. They have great customer service and I could not be happier with my purchase.

They need to provide more choice and end user transparency and flexibility for customers to make payments. What I mean by that is they set their own exchange rates which amounts to a massive hidden customer charge on a transaction without advertising it. Customer should have ability to select the best deal and then use their chosen credit card exchange rate as opposed to forced Chrono24 exchange rate. I have given up a bunch of my savings from the deals to Chrono24 due to this and I vote this thumbs down.
But from a security standpoint they provide the escrow service which is appreciated and builds trust in their platform. I haven't used the need for filing an escrow complaint yet so can't comment on that piece.
Overall - If you find a good deal then go right ahead!
I paid by bank transfer and it took weeks for Chrono24 to acknowledge this, having first cancelled the order. So don"t pay this way because otherwise this should be a good website.
I bought an Omega from a trusted seller on this platform. The delivery was fast and the watch corresponded to the description.
But when I asked for the invoice, the seller refused it on the flimsy grounds that he was just a private seller. This, although he runs a shop and offers over a dozen other watches on this platform.
The support simply did not respond to my complaints. Not even when the seller cancelled the trial afterwards and cheated Chrono24 out of his commission.
I can only advise against buying high-priced watches on this platform.

Perhaps it was the amazing seller that made the experience, but things went as or more smoothly than I could have anticipated in my first ever experience on chrono24.
I bought a classic pilot watch on Chrono24. It was my first purchase from an online dealer. I used their escrow service and the dealer gets paid after you receive the watch. Worked all fine, would recommend!
Bought a watch in January, 2019. Package arrived
But watch was not inside. Fortunately I realised box was too light to contain watch and opened in presence of delivery driver. Reported to Chrono24.
Customer services have been rude and unhelpful.
Do not answer questions. I also reported to DHL
Who have done nothing. DHL IN Germany say I did not report loss to DHL locally despite me supplying
Two emails from them incl. Incident ref. Number.
Chrono24 told me I had to resolve with seller and could no longer help. Chrono24 still have my money and DHL will not resolve issue.

I purchased a Hublot Ferrary watch from Chrono24 with warranty and after a few months, the Ferrary sign (Horse) got out of it 's place and watch is not working because of that. I took it to Hublot store in Rodeo Dr (Beverly Hills) and they checked it with serial number and told me that warranty never been activated by seller. I contacted Chrono24 and told them the story and they said that Chrono24 got this watch from Watch My Diamonds and made me to call them and deal with them and after a few days back and forth with them, now Watch My Diamonds asking me to deal with Chrono24. Still it's not solved and I can't use my watch and they say I have warranty but when I ask to send me the proof so I can ask Hublot to fix it, then they don't answer. Be careful this is a scam company.

For any purchases in the US territory, these people ask you to transfer US Dollars to an account in Luxembourg, ING (worst bank in Europe), then the money gets automatically converted into Euros and if the currency fluctuates from within the space of time the money gets to arrive to Europe, you get asked for the difference. Then if you ask for a refund, you get charged an extra fee. Basically, this is how Chrono24 make their money, HIDDEN FEES.

I am in California, merchant is in NY, Chrono24 representatives are in the US, however I had to send the payment to their bank in Luxembourg? And charging unexpected hidden fees? Is this legal?
