I placed a significant order on 4/28/21. I had to call back on 4/29 because there was an issue with billing. The rep I was dealing with said she re-issued the SAME EXACT order as the day before, but under a different order #... I was getting several lotions etc in my order and had a BIRTHDAY GIFT coupon as well... About a week later -my order arrives missing 2 of the items. One being the BIRTHDAY gift - the other a day cream. When I called - i was told the day cream was on back order. There was NO COMMUNICATION of this and if I did not call -how would I know? The BIRTHDAY GIFT was an over sight and they were sending it out AGAIN on 4/29. Here it is 5/24 (almost a MONTH later) and still NO Birthday Gift OR Night lotion. This makes me NOT want to deal with this company any further! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I sent an email AGAIN asking about my missing items and was not given any assistance. Told to call to speak to a useless REP.

I had a really nice impression about Clinique brand, I recently ordered Superpowder and i pretty liked it on my skin, it helps and leaves it matte whole day, But besides that, I just found out they are still doing experiments on animals in China, I don't know if it is 100% true, but if it is, I think i will stop buying their products as a protest!
I order all my Clinique products from their web site. The delivery is fast and order is always accurate. Will continue to order from them, never had a bad experience.

In the order confirmation they wrote that I would also receive a BCA Consumer Brochure, however I did not get that. But it is okay, I did't really need it.
Have been using many Clinique products for years: face creme, moisturizers, foundations, mascaras (curling one is my favorite). My skin doesn't complain)).
I tried several products of this brand and found them pretty cool. The mascara is a really good one. It makes a great effect and you can wear it the whole day and it doesn't crumble on the cheeks.
I`m not personally using any cosmetics, but this brand proved to be good and thus I got an eternal i felt my skin is so soft and thus product i recommended to all!
Clinique is having a wide selection of products and their quality is good. I bought some skincare products and it is really food for my face removed the spots.
