Too bad Clinique products are (in my opinion) the best on the market for skin care. I have been using them for 43 years. However, I would say in the last 8 years their website has gone down the tubes, and their rewards program is laughable. What site gives you something then takes it away if you don't use it? That is just pathetic. The website, it is scarey because it takes forever to load, when it does you have to really watch to make sure it is accurate in your shopping cart. I have shopped and not received my order, until I went to all the trouble of calling them to make a complaint. Oh yeah they made sure I got my order about 2 weeks later and by then I could have gone to the store and picked up what I need. My point is, I am a very busy person. I appreciate the convenience of shopping online just like anyone else, but the Clinique website is awful. Also, when they are having a 25% off sale, OMG if you can even log in you are doing good.

Order my products online and paid for it. Received my order but only half my order. I had to contact clinique to enquire, just to be informed the product is out of stock, no Email to inform me or anyone contacting me about it.

I am using clinique products from almost 3 years from now and I guess I have every product of clinique and I like to stock up with clinique products all the time I don't know why I am always excited about getting cliniques, being a genius member I get good offers on the site, just luv using clinique.

I was searching for a skin health management line a long time back and I went over Clinique. I am so happy I did. Their items make my skin look splendid, clear, energetic, every one of the superb things you need for your face.

The Worst experience 1: I placed an order and try to modify the shipping address or cancel it immediately in a second, but there is no cancel button on the account.
The Worst experience 2: then I immediately chatted online with customer service, and she can't modify the shipping address. She could cancel it. That was good for me. She said I would receive an email soon. After 10 hours, I still didn't receive an email, but even find my order in a warehouse status. What?
The Worst experience 3: Then I called a representative. It took me 10 mins to get a person to answer it and said my order was not canceled successfully. She even couldn't cancel it, luckily she could send a request to cancel it. Then I asked how likely it could be canceled, and she even hung up the phone. Are you kidding?
What an awful customer experience on this planet! Be prepared when you try to use their customer services.

I've used Clinique products for over 30 years. A few months ago, my dermatologist diagnosed eczema (thanks to my allergies) and fungal acne (it wasn't bad at all) on my face. I immediately stopped using my Clinique products and started the treatment I was given. I have never been so frustrated in my life! I reacted to every topical medication that was prescribed! My conditioned worsened! My entire face was covered in fungal acne and the eczema had flared up. My face was very painful to touch. I got so frustrated after several visits to the dermatologist I decided to research on products that would heal my face. Products with salicylic acid and ketoconazole were the answer! I checked for these ingredients on my old and faithful Clinique Acne Solutions Face Wash and my Clarifying Lotion 3 and viola! Both contain salicylic acid. I visit my doctor and he prescribes Nizoral. I've used these products for just 4 days! I can't believe the results so far! My fungal acne is disappearing and my face has calmed down. This combo treatment is working! I'm supposed to go back to my doctor in 2 weeks. I'm very certain my face would have healed by then.
