I have bought off multiple companies before but none of them compare to ClipHair. I purchased the double wefted set in shade #16 as well as the 5 clip top up in the shade #16 and I could not ask for anything better. The weight and quality of the hair is amazing, the clip sizes and shade are perfect for me, and the price? You can't compete. I have been buying off ClipHair for 5 or so years now because I just can't get enough. Everyone compliments me, swears its all natural and are SHOCKED when I explain they're just clip ins. The customer service is always top notch and I love how they repost other customers wearing them on their instagram accounts. I did colour the tops to my extensions so they match my roots and I don't need to spend a ton of money keeping my natural hair blonde. The extensions took to the colour perfectly and there hasn't been much shedding. I recommend this company to anyone that asks for suggestions and once they buy their own they're just as in love. Best company and product I've ever spent my money on.
Loved my hair extensions. This is the only site I have found a red that matches my natural red hair. The extensions are silky and strong. Very happy for the price.
These are the best hair extensions I have purchased in years. I have been wearing extensions for over 6 years, so I have purchased my share of extensions. Some good and some bad, mostly bad. I have only ever purchased one comparable to these and they were the best I had ever purchased. I am super happy and pleased. For the quality and the amount of the hair for the price. Awesome! I will be purchasing from them again for sure
The extensions match my hair perfectly. The site is easy to navigate and use. They came super quick and I am super happy with them. They are so soft and look natural in my hair. Very pleased over all and will purcashe again
They were pretty nice, easy to use but clips are a bit weak, good colour and they are as long a they advertise. I would rate them 8/10 the only issue was the clips I've had to attach them twice now
Firstly, they are not located in Canada. This is just a marketing ploy to the Canadian consumers.
Secondly their hair is garbage. It is not at all the colour as shown or described on their website and comes in terrible quality
I ordered straight blonde hair and received brown hair with straggly black strands throughout.
Their customer service is rude and unhelpful and if there is a problem ie. You didn't receive what you ordered you will be expected to send it back to their office in the UK for a hefty fee.
In addition to this, you will also pay a hefty fee to receive the hair since they aren't located in Canada. I paid $75 to receive the package that was apparently "free shipping"
I highly recommend shopping elsewhere before wasting your money.
I have been buying from this company for years based on the fact that they had the most affordable price. The quality is ok. After a few washes, it gets dry and matted fast but I didn't mind that since I wasn't paying so much for it. Now It costs as much as other good quality extensions. Time to switch!
I ordered the one piece weft after also looking at the video on there website and the discerption says 4 layers
I received a 2 layer piece not even thick enough for a childs braid, absolutely ridiculousthere the sad part is if there had been 4 layers this product would have gotten a 5 star review!

I bought 10+ hair extension packs from these guys. Ignoring the fact they market themselves as Canadian yet ship from the UK and have large feeds for importing, whatever.
One pair of extensions completely fell out after washing them in normal shampoo I've used multiple times before for my extensions. Same water temperature, always gentle. They completely matted and fell out. These extensions were only about 3 weeks old.
I contacted them with photos, they asked me what shampoo I used. I replied, and replied and relied. I followed up. They continued to ask me what shampoo I used. Is this a joke? I finally got in touch with the manager and they said they never received a photo of the shampoo, no one asked me for a photo of the shampoo... what a joke. They pretend to not receive any emails as if a company doesn't have a proper email software? It's 2020. I'll make sure my friends and clients never go to them again. They could have swallowed a 10-20% off code for this seeing I'm a long term customer but apparently they can't afford that. I hope the owner is aware of how downhill this company is going to go due to THE WORST customer resolution team. And let's just remember the fact they falsely market themselves as Canadian. Ice blonde (Remy)hair it was supposed to be almost white and I was so excited but it was dark dirty blonde and of course a cheap blend of low quality hair. I sent a message asap to there customer support and no answer i waited a week and sent messages to all their accounts and finally got a message saying they can give me a 15% discount off my next order... like I would order from them again also it says ClipHair -Canada- why was I charged 45$ for duty? It was shipped from the UK! I feel so scammed

I've had a look into your order in question and I can see that you purchased one of our popular shades, brown/ blonde mix 12/16/613. This is a mix of light Reddish Brown, Golden Blonde and Bleached Blonde. This is a lovely mix of our gorgeous brown and 2 types of blonde. We completely understand that on occasion the match might not be right, so we offer to have the items returned for a refund or exchange. With regards to the black strands you have located in your hair, as all our hair is dyed by hand sometimes, during this process less porous stands that do not fully absorb the dye can sometimes appear. This amount is usually under 3%. This is one of the unpredictable things that can happen with human hair, but we always try our best to eliminate this issue.
We also state on our Canadian website that we ship all our products from the UK. This is stated on our shipping information.
