VERY HURTFUL EXPERIENCES WITH THEM

1. Poor product quality (cheap materials, poor stitching, color fading)
2. Inconsistent sizing
3. Difficulty with refunds, THEY'LL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY
4. False allegations and harassment
5. Unrealistic offers and pricing
6. Lack of transparency and accountability.

Products look good but won't last >a month. If you place returns there'd be no refunds. The customer service is bad n talks so rudely. They even block your number if you call again n again for ur issues. They harassed me twice with refund. BLAMED me saying ur not returning the products. When explained it must've been a confusion they argued, said ur not eligible. Any online business runs on trust. That way they can blame anyone with returns saying you have not returned the products. They literally put false allegations on me saying i didn't return their products. I regret not having made a video of me returning the items to pickup agent. I think they should've included this in their policy that they need proof of returns. Why do they even have a no check return policy if this is what they have to do?

They blocked my 2 accounts over this n looted my 800 rs. Showed my account balance MINUS TEN THOUSAND. When I didn't even buy TEN THOUSAND rupees stuff. You can see the image. Like seriously? If I had really not returned the products would i be reordering? It's common sense. N then they cancelled my new orders themselves literally blaming me over phone putting false allegations on me continuously. Even if they had a confusion regarding returns they handled it very poorly. Instead of interrogating more on it, simply presumed I'm not returning their items. N blocked me, deducted my money. Harassed me so much mentally. In fact they send missing, damaged n wrong items many times. N when they receive it in same condition, blame it on customers. N this is how they treat an old customer who has purchased 30k+ worth of products over several years from them.
When I made sure i nicely pack the items in sturdy boxes. Making sure the cups are protected from being squashed in transport manhandling. I put in separate boxes. Thinking this will protect them to be sent safely. N this is what i get. Accusations that you have not sent all items? N ur not eligible for refund. N you will not get 487 rs back?

Their products are also v cheap quality n poor fit. They don't last long at all. Threads are coming out, or colour is fading or stitches are opening within 2 wears. They send wrong items too so many times. BEWARE! SCAMMERS!
I mean even look at their offers. It's so unrealistic. Like 300 off on 799.500 off on 1999. Really? It's just to lure you in so they can do this sort of thing when you have many items to return n they can blame something on you that return items are missing or you have returned wrong items. N they could make money like this via each customer. I didn't realize this until it was too late. N my 800 rs are now gone. It's just a cheap company founded by cheap people who don't care about durability of the products n customer satisfaction.

You will feel so happy initially because currently no other companies are focussing on designs for innerwear in india. So just by the look of it you'll be blown away but as you discover the longevity of the products that it doesn't last long at all. N stitches start to come out in 2 3 wears, n colours start to fade out in one wash. N that return n refund is a hassle you'll regret. The sizes are not even too. Like in one design the size that fits you won't fit you in another design.

So i can go on n on about how scammy they are. They're focussed on fast fashion n bulk production without any concern about the quality or longevity of the products. They're winning because there's no strong competitor as of now with diverse designs and affordable price. Otherwise this company compromises on quality a lot.

N the way they're looting customers i don't think they'll last very long. Afterall getting the curses of so many people would definitely dawn upon them one day. Waiting for their downfall n praying to god for justice to be served! To so many people they have scammed n looted money from. May our curses collectively take the company to their well deserved downfall! 😀😀
