You can not speak to anyone in the USA. Call center is outsourced where you hear kids yelling, roosters crowing ECT in the background. They have no clue what is going on in your area. I was promised 3 different time my service would be restored. It never happened. I asked for text message updates. I was texted 4 times saying my service was restored. NOT. Asked to be transferred to someone in the USA I was told it couldn't be done. Prices keep going up and service keeps going down.

So I'm staying at the greens off of Stockton at a motel and they have trouble keeping their television shows going like right now they have over eight different channels that just tell you they're down or that they don't have service for everybody online's right you should avoid this company service at all costs and it's been that way every month cuz we stay here for at least 3 weeks a month and they always have this problem. If you're looking for a good easy way to get your shows I would just pay for your favorite TV app because this company sucks! And as you can see this is business class so I can imagine how sucky their stuff for normal people is.

90 year old grandma has moved to assisted living, 7 1/2 years after being widowed. Her friends want to keep in touch but we have been unable to move her phone number ( of about 50 years duration) to the assisted living in apt. It is in her late husband's name and despite her husband having given his sons power of attorney many years ago, the sons cannot move the phone number for their mother without a death certificate for their father. It is the holidays, the county clerks office is closed for repairs. We are taking action to produce the required documentation but it's not easy. Meanwhile we get alarmed phone calls from her elderly friends concerned they can't get ahold of her.

Same old same old

Comcast is garbage. They play the same thing the same movies over and over 4 months at a time. What is it with friends they play the everyday all day long on some channels, Tim channels play the same movie two three four times in a row everyone should cancel Comcast stop paying their bills till they can give us something worth watching not something we have to watch over and over again. The only reason I give it one star is because I have to it was up to me I'd give negative 5 stars

Horrible Company

They lock you onto a contract and force you to accept automatic withdrawals from your account. When you cancel your account after your contact is up, they will continue to bill you and withdraw from your account. DO NOT return your equipment in person at a physical location because they will say it was never returned and bill you $120. And do not worry, their overseas customer service personnel will say they reversed the charges then continue to take money out of your account. THEY ARE ThE WORST COMPANy I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you have other options for service, I recommend using any company but Xfinity/Comcast.

TV box has a software loading error. It says to call Comcast which is impossible because the number 1800'934-6489 poor directive will hang-up asking to go online. Same thing online. Comcast doesn't cate I've been their customer for over 17 years. Shame on you terrible company.

I had trouble complete the Self Service Payment Kiosk at the store but Shoshane was quick to help me to complete the transaction. I thank Shoshane for her help but the staff young woman standing next to her was making a face laughing at my thanks to Shoshane. Please instruct the young woman not to make face expression to cheapen my sincere and honest thanks to Shoshane. It was unkind and meant-spirited.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced for something I've paid so much for always on time.
We missed a payment because they never sent the bill and we had to call in each month and complain with never a bill to be seen in over a year regardless.
Last straw was when I missed a payment because customer service had told me that I overpaid the month prior leaving me with no balance for October. Somehow, November this was never mentioned, so I assumed the balance they gave me (Having no bill for reference at all still) was fine and I paid that amount. Come December I'm told I owe for two months. So I figure I'm moving anyway so I'll return the devices and close the account before the due date but pay then in installments since they made me so angry.
The new tenant where I'd been staying needed to hook up wifi so I offered for him to come with me but cautioned him about them because of my experience. He insisted it was only internet so it wasn't a huge deal.
Because we came "together" this little girl made several assumptions that we were lying that we didn't know each other and told the new tenants they couldn't have service until I paid my balance and accused us laughing mind you... of knowing each other and trying to scam them!? THIS after a year of dedicated payment on time.
I'm insulted and disgusted and we will NEVER use them again. The new tenants went with cox after that trauma. They don't even care if they're any better because with customer service like that who needs it!

If you're thinking about joining xfinity, DONT. We had xfinity in our old house and it was alright. We then moved to another city about 20 minutes away from our old house and the service was horrible the internet wouldn't work half the time. I work from home and I was out of work for 2-3 days and I had a technician out to my house and it still didn't work. I ended up cancelling my internet and getting fiber because like I said I work from home and can't be without internet. A few weeks before I cancelled I joined the mobile plan because it was cheaper than any other carrier. Or so I though. Come to find out, since I cancelled internet I now have to pay a $25 service line fee for each added line which was not explained to me when I signed up. So there's that. Not to mention the AWFUL customer service. It's horrendous. Everytime I have contacted customer service I have been connected with them for at LEAST 45 minutes which is absolutely insane. It's a bunch of "please give me a few minutes" and "I almost have an answer for you". More than half the time I have contacted them they don't even understand what question it is I'm asking which is frustrating because I have to be out on hold for even longer because they didn't even answer my initial question. DONT GET XFINITY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Comcast are pieces of $#*!. They are the worst. They have no competition. They will extort money or screw you out of your money any way they can. They do not care about their customer's. Where else are you going to get internet.
This merger now, that's going to be bad. That will make Comcast the largest cable/internet company in the USA. They will probably charge $500 a month. What would you do? Believe me they do not care. I see the government doesn't care about regulating them. There's the Sherman anti-trust act that should prevent a company from being this greedy. They crush any and all competition. Comcast extorted money out of Netflix. They do what they please with NO consequences. Comcast is the worst. Make no mistake, it's our government that ignores every illegal thing they do. Comcast has absolute power, they don't care about their customers opinions. They are evil!

I cancelled Comcast to go to AT&T for $50 less per month because as their service got worse, their prices went up. I went to swap out a modem and they removed 2 channels. When I called back about it, they said to put it back on would cost $10 more a month. The last time they told me about a promotion, I told them that they could change it and they never mentioned a contract at that time. They sent me a text to confirm and told me I had to confirm it because the offer expired within a certain amount of time. I found out that this text was a 12 month contract and I didn't find out until I cancelled. They then waited until I made the last payment to make an adjustment, which left me with a $70 credit balance. Ironically, the early termination fee was $70. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the fee and I have reported this to the FCC. They are a rip off and I would strongly advise anyone against confirming anything via text. They will not do the decent thing and tell you verbally that you are agreeing to a contract, they do it in a sneaky way, knowing that the average person doesn't have time to read a contract in tiny font via text while on the phone. Dirty dogs! I will never do business with them again. The best thing that came out of this was I am loving AT&T. Good channel line up and internet at a very reasonable price. I wish I had changed it sooner.

The customer service representatives are poorly trained and not very helpful and they hang up on you when they can't answer your question when you finally get a live person, you gave to call about 10 times to get live help

Can anyone say "bait and switch"? Comcast (Xfinity providers) lures new customers in with decent entry pricing. After that brief period, they hike your rate up and up and up. Also, if you downgrade service, they use vindictive tactics like cutting your services off earlier than the agreed upon date, thus stealing the money you paid for the days they cheated you of. There isn't enough room on this page to enter all their flaws. Just don't take the chance getting ripped off by them in the first place. If you can use a different company, do so. Customer service reps are not adequately trained or their simply trained to rip off every customer and deny them what they pay for. The word "incompetence" immediately comes to mind.

A very bad experience with agents at xfinity. They messed up everything on my accounts, i had to pay late fees and reconnection due to an error they didn't fixed before. They are not prepared with the necessary skill to resolve problems. I'm not blame them but the company who don't know how to train them properly.

Identity theft

I have put my concerns and complaints in with Comcast with Identity theft. This has been and issue that I have been aware of since the beginning of this year. I believe it's been longer. I have turned in a police report as well. All submitted efforts has check out. The final results after being a customer since 2008 something like that. I
have no internet service. Comcast returned a prorated amount and a additional $40. Ask me if I was able to cash the check. I'll wait... They are literally given people's identity away. This is how your identity is circulating through credit card and billing. Be careful in Jesus name.

Setting up my xfinity wifi, I experienced the worst customer service of my life. The previous renters had failed to pay a bill so our wifi was disconnected without our knowing. It took over 12 hours on the phone (being disconnected several times) and in store to solve the issue all the store employees were as nice as the could be, not their fault). If you value your time, use a different internet provider.

GET RID OF COMCAST

My cable has been off in my bedroom for 3 weeks. They finally send a technician. Here's there for 2 minutes n says I need another wireless box. This is my 4th time picking one up. Crazy part is, I have to go to the xfinity store n get it myself. They don't give the technicians boxes anymore. WTF! I'm so tired of these people and there terrible customer service!

Xfinity mobile

Not even worth the $20 prepaid phone at the gas station. Do yourself a favor get Cricket or Metropcs are superior alternatives. I have had it for a month and it's useless. In 2021, a YouTube video should be able to load. Unfortunately, spectrum mobile takes 5 minutes to load a 5G 1080p 3 minute video. I am unable to stream anything on my mobile device without being frustrated into not using my phone. Very very very disappointing. Unless you're in your 80s and having a phone on itself is a miracle then spectrum mobile is the phone for you

Called 3 times today, first time was on hold for 30 minutes and the agent disconnected the call, second time was an hour and 44 minutes and they hang up on me now for the 3rd time i am speaking to some guy in the philippics who can hardly speak English and he tells me there is no outage even thoe the online outage site says so and all of my neighbor are out of internet.

I reported the outage to my employer and 4 hours later i cant even get a troubleshooter or an ETA so now I lost my promotion due to a failed project!
