I was surprised how much of what was taught that I didn't know. Very informative class. The teacher was great: not boring. The time flew by fast.
This was my 2nd CCW class. The instructor was very good, funny and knowledgeable. My issue is we did not cover a lot of content we should have in the class and too much time was spent telling stories and setting each attendee up to be sold insurance membership. The CCW class was a great price because they just want to sell out the class so they can sell you a membership.
I was concerned that I was going to be bored and presented information in a dry and monotonous manner. This course far exceeded my expectations. The instructor, Yates Crawford was not only extremely informative, but he presented the information in a way that was not dry or boring. I learned a fair amount of info that I was not aware of. Yates made everyone in the class feel comfortable enough to ask questions without fear of making anyone feel like their question was dumb.
Jon was a excellent trainer and very helpful. Gave me excellent knowledge
Best class ever, the teacher was awesome very knowledgeable, spend 16 hours of pure information and training. I would recommend this class to all my friends.
Yates gave very comprehensive presentation concerning safety, regulations, and laws applicable to the state of Virginia and reciprocal states. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A big thank you also to Safeside Tactical n Roanoke for the use of their facility. A very welcoming atmosphere.

Iv had training before but that was superficial compared to what this class had. The instruction was detailed, with slids and videos. It was easy to followwith time to have and questions answered. Good participation by the class.
Everyone should get their LTC because learning to protect yourself & the law doesn't hurt anyone but yourself
My experience was great, I learned more about the Law, and how to handle situations that may arise, while trying to deescalate a situation, legal ramification, places that are allowed to carry. Ammunition, and its possible effects and its consequences in different situations. The instructors where great, and very knowledgeable. Shooting the weapon was well instructed, and safety was high priority. The class made me felt secure and confident about carrying a weapon,
