I was scheduled for a class about 10 minutes from here. The day before the class I received and email stating that I was expected to be at a range that is an hour from here and pay an extra $20 to enter the range. That schedule didn't work for me, so I called before the class to cancel, and they are refusing to issue a refund. Beware! There are much better places to get the class!
Called to cancel and refund and was refused stating refund policy and there is an all sales are final notice before you purchase. There is no such statement and the refund policy only pertains to online courses and late cancellations, mine was 2 months away. Attached photos of the two webpages before full checkout. This class also does not fulfill the CCW requirements. Complete scam behavior. Should really just refund people instead of garnering bad word of mouth.
I was not expecting to spend $137 today. I was charged added charges of which I was uninformed. Please, cancel this application and ALL fees billed on my creditcard.

Good classroom presentation. Instructors very knowledgeable about firearms, safe handling of firearms, cleaning firearms, and the legal system with concealed carry. I know a lot more about firearms after completing this course. The instructors were very helpful.
