Calm and professional, a little cold in the training room but they had no control of that. The subject matter was as complete as needed to be according to the law.
Both of the instructors were very helpful. I was a learning experience for me and I learned things I didn't know. Eugene helped me when it came to the firing range and I made it through that. Thank you Warren and Eugene for the knowledge and the help I needed.

The instructor were very good at their job. They gave so much information that although I was nervous when I got to the my shooting qualification I still remember everything we were taught in class and was able to hit 21/25 of my shots and we only needed 18. A1 Safety at all times, hands on and patient.
Teachers were experts in their field and provided great insight and instruction for using a firearm and provided examples of when and when not to use a firearm.
Outstanding online and in person training that was impactful; I learned so much and I am ready to be a responsible gun owner! Thank you all!

I learn not to assume but think first never be heasty. I did not know that there were so much state Law in New York city. I see conflict in different angles how it can be handled. My instructor open my eyes clearly never stand still always move around this I will teach my grandchildren, when I saw this experience something change in me were I was sitting. He explained why.
