It is 3 out of 5 over all. The screen monitor was not large enough to see the letters from the back rows. The sign up for attorney protection went active too soon, because I'm allowed to have conceal weapon yet. I finally got my fingers printed and turned in the application. You guys kept sending emails and text to the wrong name. I notified you guys via emails about 5 times to change he name. I left at least one voice mail regarding to this. Finally somebody called and fixed.
Interesting. Informative and friendly. KC has a way of teaching that is relatively relaxing and easy to learn and retain. Class was relaxed and engaged as evidenced by active participation. I would recommend anyone interested in taking this class to do it with K. C. Brown.
The class was phenomenal! Great experience having Ken as our instructor. He is very knowledgeable and makes the class interesting and fun to be a part of.
This class was super informative with tons of valuable info. The instructors really know their stuff, offering many personal experiences for the situations learned in the class. Every question we had was answered without hesitation as there are no stupid questions.
Recently completed the concealed weapons course--outstanding in terms of education, training, and safety. The instructor has it down to a clear, methodical, step-by-step approach that can take one from complete novice to safe, competent shooter. Plus, it was fun! The instructors are patient and helpful, never abrasive or belittling. The day was fairly long, and practice after the formal training. Can't recommend this course enough!
Fun, informational and learned a lot. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn about carrying a firearm.
I was a bit apprehensive, at first. But once the class started, Mike was an exceptional instructor. He was very informative and answered everyone's questions. He also had a great sense of humor in what would be considered a very serious subject. When we got to the firing range, he helped me with using the proper grip on my handgun and watched me as I loaded, unloaded and fired my weapon. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to obtain their CCW license or just to learn about gun use and safety.
Matt with his wife as assistant presented class very interesting. I could take again and still learn more. What I hope to always keep in mind is: " use progression of all options available," and " because you can use force, doesn't mean you should."
The classroom portion was very informative with enough personal experience brought to make it not only informative but relatable.
Brian adapted to a location where he never trained before and made the day well received.
Experience was great! Billy was very knowledgeable and made the class interesting. He was more than willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly you may have thought they were. I'd recommend to anyone.
I didn't really learn anything new, it was just review from material that I've already seen, read, or heard in the past 3 years while beginning a hobby as a gun owner. I was hoping since it was hours long, there would be new material, but there ended up being a lot of downtime. Too many breaks. Pamphlets would have been nice so the class could read along at thier own pace, or review a previous topic. Felt like the class was designed for students who have never held a gun before.
I am a Marine Veteran, familiar with guns, however there were some in the class that didn't even know how to hold a pistol let alone cycle it. Very concerning actually. There should be a test. Or screening. Something. Other than that it was good.
LTC instructor gets 5 stars, super knowledgeable, highly professional, you can tell he has a passion for instructing.
Concealed Coalition customer service over the phone was nice and professional. There was however a lot of confusion when I called and asked to qualify at a specific range leading to my credit card getting over charged. So for that 4 stars.
The online web training was fantastic!
The instructor was very helpful and informative on the gun laws, you have to ask yourself, is it worth having a CCW if there's no purpose behind it such as for business. To many laws and rules that one must follow, So if you're not ready please don't waste their time.
My time and experience were awesome.

Michael purvis was a super interactive instructor that made the class entertaining. When we got the range he was extremely helpful to the people that needed any type of help. Whether you are experienced or have no experience both instructors went around and helped with whatever you needed.
The class started on time. The lectures were to the point and clearly understandable. We had a lively class who asked a lot of great questions. Only about 3 or 4 questions didn't get answered because they were questions for an attorney.
The class was actively engaged with both instructors which I observed were pleased to answer so many questions about concealed carry. I will be seeking out more on line instruction and live shooting opportunities going forward.
K.C. Brown as an instructor was spot on, you could tell right away he knew what he was talking about. Throwing different scenarios at you to help understand and convey a point was great too. Easy to communicate with and attentive to any and all questions asked was refreshing to see. Up front and honest in all the information given to us knowing we were in an information dumb and would kinda be overwhelmed, but also giving us the tools to continue our education on everything gone over. Will be recommending this to others in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Dillan did an excellent job at keeping the class informative and fun! He covered all the important safety, legal and ethical topics and encouraged questions, input and feedback!
Ivan was an excellent range instructor and spent time with those who were new or needing extra guidance. Overall it was a great course and well worth the money and time investment.

The instructors Marvin Domingo and Terra Romero were excellent. I was impressed with there safety awareness and enforcement from start to finish. This was a serious coarse however, the instructors set the environment so the class was not intimidating for the less experienced gun owners.
Particular focus was placed on the responsibilities and seriousness of having a CCW permit and how to avoid physical and legal damage. Further instruction was also stressed.
Marvin and Terra answered all questions to the best of there ability and willing helped students with various fire arm related issues and concerns.
To sum up, I believe this class has made me a better protector for my family and improved my safety awareness.
