Jeff was an excellent trainer. He took the time with questions and especially at the gun range.
He stood right next to me at the gun range and gave me so many pointers. Jeff stayed and made sure we were comfortable learning our guns and the proper way to use them.

This class was fantastic and very informative! Jill Hamblin knows her stuff and is a great teacher!
My instructor were jill and crawford. Never got their last names. Crawford was well informed and well trained. Jill seemed inexperienced, unprepared in the curriculum, and over all chatty. She had more storie and opinions than needed. Did not enjoy the class over all. Did not have a problem with the supplied curriculum just with the instructor and their overall instruction.
The class with Jill and Crawford was great. They are both great speakers and know what they are talking about.
The downfall to the class was that in the back of the room a person was taking the photos and fingerprints. It was disruptive and distracting during the entire class. Please change this.

THE FIRING TEST WAS DONE AT ARTEMIS RANGE.
Iv had training before but that was superficial compared to what this class had. The instruction was detailed, with slids and videos. It was easy to followwith time to have and questions answered. Good participation by the class.
I had an enjoyable 2-day course Martin was a very good teacher and spoke very well answer any questions that we had his best of my knowledge I believe it's something and everyone should do even though there's a place to carry without permission I also enjoyed Josh and all the rest of the people that were there
After an hour drive and heavy delays, my wife and I arrived at class only a couple minutes before the start of our 2pm class. Embarrassed for not arriving 15 minutes early as instructed, we were concerned the staff might be visibly upset with us. Not the case at all! They greeted us with kindness and a joke, then got us registered and seated with a smile. This set the tone for an exceptional presentation that was entertaining and educational. All of my expectations were exceeded. We left feeling empowered and excited to learn more. We also left with a Family Plan Protection Package. Thank you all.
