Connected Devices

I bought a cell phone ( Samsung galaxy A7) on the 5 April 2019. I was promised delivery by the 15-16 April 2019, Nothing came and they sent me a email telling me that the supplier delivered the wrong device to their warehouse and I have to wait another 15 days, I told them I want my refund back immediately. They canceled my order and promised to refund me, However I have not received my refund yet and these people are ignoring my emails.

Was skeptical at first but received my goods in perfect order, even though my order was slightly delayed I received communication and was updated throughout the whole process.
