Better than I could have expected. Excellent workmanship

The heated knife actually burnt and melted our foam. We ship delicate airplane instruments in foam and often need to cut the foam to fit the unit. The foam ended up brown and melted, no matter what setting or speed we used.

Outstanding customer service. I had to make a last minute change to my order, and the over the phone support was outstanding. Direct person to person response without lengthy automated phone trees and outsourced service was a big plus.

Each time I order supplies, I get great service. Good pricing too

Very easy to maneuver and had a large variety of signs. I looked for signs that were still welcoming to our clients without making them feel like they had cooties during this epidemic. Thank you again for providing that.
