I purchased a hot knife to use for cutting foam board. We created scenery to depict Athens for Vacation Bible School. I had purchased one from another company and it never arrived. I was up against the wire so I had it shipped overnight delivery. While the shipping was more costly than the knife it showed up at 7:30 a.m. the very next day. We could not have completed this large project without this great tool :))

It was very easy and quick. There was nothing confusing about the process. Unfortunately, the signs were cracked upon arrival; most likely from shipping process despite the excellent packing job. However, Creative Safety Supply worked with us at the best resolution and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and customer service orientated. I'd definitely do business with them again.

I've ordered numerous items before and have always been satisfied. The only issue I had with my latest shipment was that the tab holding the tape in a tight roll came loose causing the tape to unwind in the box. This is not going to deter me from ordering again, but I just thought I'd bring it up. It was only 2 rolls of the same type (Green and White Hazard tape) that this happened with.

Products were all in good shape. The free "SWAG", not so much. Several of the pens were broken and the flashlight does not work. (I haven't tried new batteries) But overall satisfied with what was purchased, which is the main concern.

Only place I could find on such short notice that had such a color choice of tapes to choose from. Doing a school job and they demand things a certain way. Your tapes will do the job I Must get done.

You should have a more clear way of letting customers supply a FedEx account number. I put it in the notes, but the shipping charge is still showing in the order summary. I didn't actually shop on this site; I simply bought what I was directed to with a website link in an e-mail. I have the company credit card, so I buy the stuff.

Excellent. After I made the first order, I realized that I had forgot to order another item ad was worried abut paying double shipping charges. I called and talked to a customer service rep who assisted me in getting the other item added to my original order resulting in no extra shipping charges event though they were two separate transactions. Excellent!

Very pleased with the multi colored tape products. I'm actually going to use them to designate channels on analog snakes that connect to inputs and outputs on digital snakes. Nothing like a little color to alleviate confusion. By the way I'm talking about professional audio.
