Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll is an amazing site. The only downside to it is that it doesn't have dubs for a majority of anime, which isn't a big problem anyways. There are a bunch of reviews on this site saying how "you can't cancel a subscription" which is false. This is just a bunch of haters and competitors of the site trying to get people not to buy from Crunchyroll and rather to buy from their site. One I saw was "Unethical site run from a guy in his mother's basement". Of course, if you did 5 minutes of research, you would realize that Crunchyroll has millions of people using it as well as lots of professionals running and funding the site. Don't listen to the people on this site, most of them are bull$#*!. Crunchyroll is a 100% reliable site and I've had no problems with the year and a half I've been using it.

I ordered a figure and received a damaged product. Milim's wings were chipped, pancake she was sitting on was completely scuffed, her thighs had scratch marks. Literally a defective item was sent to me and I paid hard earned money.

I have been a paying prime plus customer now for over 2 years. There have been times when service was slow or there was an issue and it normally clears up. Now for the past two months no matter the platform I use cell phone (WiFi or 4g) tablet (WiFi, app or browser) or computer (Wi-Fi) there service is terrible. I use Netflix Hulu and YouTube on all three devices and have no issue streaming HD video. This can not be said of Crunchyroll I can not get through a single episode of any show I want to watch without 15 to 20 mins of buffering. I have fallowed the recommendation on the website and nothing has help. Then to top it off I have contacted them several times to try and get some help and nothing.

I started watching anime on crunchyroll with a free account, where you have to sit through a whole bunch of ads to watch the videos. I'm a patient person so it didn't bother me. When I realized that premium accounts were roughly what I paid for Netflix, I signed up for it. I love the ability to not have to sit through ads. So, for me, this was the perfect solution. I also like that I can do watch parties with friends. I've used there site store before. I've gotten a few good deals on some stuff. I think the downside is that there's some titles I loved that are not available on Crunchyroll. But there's so many titles that Crunchyroll offers that I don't worry too much about things I can't watch. I also appreciate they have an app on my firestick so I don't have to rely on watching via my phone or on a computer.

I could hardly find any English dubbed anime and so i quickly lost interest. Make sure you cancel your account before your free trial is over or else you'll automatically be charged a non-refundable month. I contested the charge since i canceled the very first day of the beginning of the month but Crunchyroll refused to refund the charge and simply just re-activated my account without my CONSENT for the remainder of the month. I would avoid these guys and shop else where.

Crunchyroll is a great place to watch anime and all but there are a little to much ads and there are so much anime shows that requires premium. Also, premium isn't cheap and everything you watch gives you more then 5 ads. I would really like it if Crunchyroll puts less ads and let us watch more shows that don't require premium.

I bought a preorder for February release and its July and there still no word and it just keeps getting delayed with every new date.
Every preorder figure i get is delayed and they used covid as an excuse but they did this before covid even happened

This store is a useless piece of garbage! You can't log in, you can't create an account, because if you create an account it doesnt exist. Processing takes "3 to 5 days". I have been waiting 16 days for something that was in stock! All they could say is black friday, black friday excuse after excuse. I would not, and never will order anything from this scam of a site. If it was a possibility i would have given a 1/16 of a star!

You can't even cancel a subscription and get the month for you pay left. Basically when you cancel you lose your premium as soon as you cancel and it doesn't wait until your month is done

Okay what the heck man? This is the best anime website so far. I don't get to many ads atleast and it's a high quality anime website. I don't get lag. Just watch it as a free user. If you only get problems with premium that just get off that. The main reason I love crunchyroll is because they have a variation of anime so I can choose whatever I want. Enjoy crunchyroll until you can. Hope everyone enjoys this website as much as I do! ()

I tried subscribing for a month to watch my favorite shows. But I'm really dissatisfied by the catalog as most animes are not included in the region. All the that can be watched here in the Philippines are limited. You subscribe with the same amount as the US but get to watch only less than 1/4 of their catalog. Will not subscribe again unless they also give us the same contents.

As you can see below. Only Boruto is the show being offered that is being simulcast same day as Japan. If you would compare it to shows offered in US, it would include Black Clover, Re: Zero, Rent-a-Girlfriend to name a few. Anime is big market here in the Philippines, if Crunchyroll gave us the same contents as the US, there is no doubt people would subscribe in their services. Crunchyroll is wasting an opportunity on hitting a big group of consumers here. Hoping Crunchyroll would do something about their region restrictions.

I don't have a membership, so I understand that I have to watch ads to watch anime, even if I have to watch 7 ads in one sitting. However, a lot of times the ads don't even load themselves and a lot of times when the ads are over the video freezes and I have to refresh the tab just so that I can watch more ads!

It's completely understandable that I have to watch ads, but it's not understandable that the video ads don't even work properly.

Why the f&*$ are you asked to pay for a premium membership to watch anything from their service on an Xbox360 when it's free on a Roku? Miss the early days of the website when it was just free period, greedy companies & their BS like free airwave television doesn't exist.
