I highly recommend staying away from this company. They make getting a hold of anyone in customer service nearly impossible for a reason. There is no phone number. The online form to contact someone receives a generic automated response. After placing 2 large orders that arrived in multiple shipments, I awaited the final piece of my order which as one out of two weighted blankets with hoodie that I had purchased. The 5 other similar items I placed (all in different colors and patterns) were delivered separately (except for 2 that were packaged together). Since they arrived in so many different shipments, I waited several days to for the final cream color to arrive – this was the only blanket that I ordered 2 of the same color in (which I now believe the person who handled packing my order did not note the quantity was 2) before contacting through their website to inquire about missing item. I reached out via this ONLY way to dialog with Daily Steals 3X and never received assistance from anyone. I then left my disapproval and dismay about this on their Facebook site after trying to research online other methods to reach them like live chat, phone number etc., which there are none. Within minutes, someone contacted me via email with the reason being someone had a family emergency and that is why there was over a week delay with someone getting back to me. Ruth (the CSR) said she would handle this problem for me. Today, the answer she gave me is a tracking number saying all items were delivered. No refund will be given. When you open the tracking number, you do not see what items were in the order. Like I said, I received everything I ordered in multiple shipments (she only provided one tracking number), you cannot tell what the order contained, and it does not help me with the missing item from my entire order! I have asked/begged for assistance on this. I am not ok with losing $43 on a packing error on their end. They are the ones who refuse to refund me for an error they made! I have no problem paying for items I wanted and ordered and RECEIVE but I am not ok with being ignored and having money taken from me unfairly. This seems to be a pattern of theirs. Zero accountability. Shady practices especially when trying to get legitimate help with a problem with your order. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB next. I have wasted so much of my time trying to get a hold of someone at this company and have never experienced such poor and unsatisfactory customer service from a company before and I order online 95% of the time I shop. BUYERS BEWARE! I will NEVER shop here again and will continue to spread the word about them taking my money and not fulfilling my entire order. I should have been refunded immediately!
