Poor customer service

Their telephone service is impenetrable- can't get through all. It say there is a 6 minute wait time, but I have been on hold over a half hour at least twice and no idea that I am going to be helped. I left phone number for call back... nothing. I have an order that has been over a month and a half and not shipped yet... all things that were listed as in stock when I ordered. PPPOOOORRR CCCUUUSSSTTTTOOOOMMMEEERRR SSSEEERRRVVVIIICCCEEE.
