This company (Design Dua) is horrible. Seriously, order from
ANY other company, even if it costs a bit more. First off, I ordered one of their Moses baskets from their website. When it came, it was completely the wrong basket and the order form inside the box was supposed to go another customer in another country (and she got my order). When I contacted Design Dua about this, they asked me if I could ship the basket to the correct customer and she would ship me mine... instead of them having to deal with the situation (they said they'd pay for the shipping but it's still a hassle to box it back up and take it to the post office etc and hope this other person would send me mine?). Moreover, what company would even ask that? Especially when your dealing w baby items. I did not do this and after going back and forth this was eventually resolved and I was satisfied w the outcome. HOWEVER, I went to order the stand for the Bassinet a few months later and accidentally chose the wrong shipping method (this was my mistake). 3 weeks later I contacted them asking when my order would be shipped (as I was unaware I had done this). They informed me I chose the wrong shipping method and emailed me about it weeks ago. I never received this email. Even checked junk mail. Nothing. But yet I was still charged for the stand. They said they could send me an invoice for the shipping, I agreed and suddenly there was no response from them. I could see that they would view my messages (this was their online chat form) and not reply. This went on for a while and I asked if It would be easier for them to refund me and I'd place the order again w the correct shipping. Still nothing. As soon as I asked if I should dispute the charges with my credit card company, suddenly I get a message just saying they cancelled my order and reorder if I want. She/he then condescendingly told me it was my fault for choosing the wrong shipping as it states it on the website. Yes, I acknowledged it was my mistake. However, the way they were dealing w it was not professional or friendly. I'd never order from them again. Go with Plum and Sparrow or anyone else. I completely regret this purchase and I even feel compelled to sell this basket and order from Plum and Sparrow just on principle.
