I ordered two jerseys September 25,2017. One for myself and one for my daughter. I received my jersey in about a week. However my daughters jersey didn't come until today, October 14,2107. She has waited patiently everyday for this. Finally it shows up. Only to be totally disappointed due to the fact that it is huge on her. It clearly had a M on it and is the exact same size as my jersey. I can't tell how disappointed we both are after waiting for several weeks. She doesn't want to return because she would like to give it to her sister. I have made the decision after this experience not to shop on the website anymore in fear of not receiving what I paid money for or for the disappointed look on my daughters face again.

The nerve of this company. I found the most amazing dress on their site. It was for an formal event I had coming up. Finally arrives and it's not even remotely close to what I ordered. Requested a shipping label for return and they said no. That they will refund only 30 out of my 140 dollar purchase. Not only was this not the dress as advertised their response to it being different are the pictures are there just as reference. You will not get the dress in the pictures. Blown away by false advertisement and falsely being informed I demanded my money back. Currently no shipping label has been provided. I am not not being responded to. I will more forward with reviews across several websites and I will be contacting my bank. Do not order from this site. Pictures attached are the dress I received compared to the dress I ordered.

I have made 2 purchases with DHGATE. Both for bike shorts. The first order was perfect. The second order for same product size xxl came in 2 inches smaller than first and I guess I'm stuck too costly to return. Pictures available if wanted

I received a knife full of scratches and cracks between the liners.
I deleted partially scratches with abrasive paste but the cracks remain.
It was simply a better quality control to make a good product.
Other 4 folding knives purchased on dhgate were perfect.

Scammers. Never received item ordered. Tried to contact them and contact information is phoney. They are incompetent scammers. You can't follow up on your order and their chat line does not exist. They will scam anything they can. Do not deal with this company

Never shop with Walmart Store. They will steal your money and your item will never be delivered. I ordered from them in December 2015, so more than 1 year ago and the item has never been received. When I contact them they keep saying that they will follow up with the forwarder. I made a complaint twice with DhGate to get my money back but nothing... I ordered so many times with Dh Gate without any troubles but with this Walmart Store I got stolen, don' t shop with them!

I've been using DHgate to supply my small business. I run a medium sized weekly flea market table and sell regularly on Amazon and Ebay.The customer service is excellent and the products if researched are top quality. I order at least 10-15 times a week and if I run into a problem with a seller DHgate mediation is there to resolve any issues that the seller and I can't work out. I highly recommend this site.

I will not order anything again from your company! It was not even close to the size that I should have received. The color was maroon instead of magenta. The person making it refused my request to return it. I am spending another $40 dollars to see if 8" can be cut from the pants to put an insert in the back of the top ( about 5"). Even after drastic alteration I may not be able to ever wear it! Nothing I can do about the color! ORDER # *******

Dissatisfied with the product. I really did not know how I was going to even have a chance to refund any of my money from this seller. Once I did contact the dispute line. Everything went much faster and fair.

Just trying to get resolution is a chore. Bought clothing and the sizes were more for children than adults. Very, very, small sizing! Try to return or exchange and the freight is more than the item cost. Seller refuses to pay for shipping even though their product was not as described. Don't buy clothing, you will just be throwing your money away.

I have already placed a few orders on DHGate, and overall have been satisfied with all my orders. The shipping is about 1-2 weeks to Belgium, and the quality is very good for the price.
Have ordered one item from a seller who did not yet have a good rating, and it broke after one week.
I've been wearing other watches for over 4 months now, and they are still as good as new!
Would recommend this website as a good alternative to aliexpress!

There was no problem with the purchase, everything went well. The order arrived correctly, well packed and according to the advertisement. Attentive seller, highly recommend. I will make new purchases again.

DHgate is user friendly. I was able to communicate with the supplier. Received updates on the status of my shipment. I would definitely order again. The only complaint is there isn't a way to use other payment platforms like PayPal.

DHGate favors their vendors if you have a dispute. I ordered a product that was not the item as described by the vendor. I tried to submit evidence for a complete refund but was blocked from doing so by DHGate. Then they lied about the amount to be refunded. I only got a small refund and I am stuck with items I cannot sell and I am out over $200. My suggestion is to find another company to deal with.

There was no confirmation email sent for details of my order or order number. I have no idea how to return the wedding dress I bought as it does not fit properly and I cannot wear it so that is money down the drain. Also, there should be some indication that the dresses are for tall people and you absolutely need to order a custom made dress.

DHgate is an amazing website. It offers really good buyer protection, and ensures that you have a good experience regardless of the quality of the seller. Lots of great items for sale at affordable prices for personal use or reselling.

I have ordered a few times form DH Gate and my experience has always been positive. You are ordering form China so don't expect the quality of the original item, especially if you pay a fraction of the price for the real thing. I have never ordered electronics and never will, only shoes, dresses and bathing suits. There are a few things that you have to keep in mind in order to avoid any issues. Like, make sure the seller has 100% positive feedback, even if the seller has 99% positive feedback I don't use them. Also, make sure they have at least 200 transactions so they are credible. This combined with good feedback should cover you. I've always pay using PayPal and my credit card because that way your payment is secured and if there any issues you can dispute the charge and your credit card will back you up.

I can't write a review because after reading this page off comments I didn't order, I do have a suggestion for Solution everyone on this page should contact their State Attorney General and explain the situation. That's what The AG office is for, protecting citizens from scams. They take the necessary steps to investigate companies in and outside of this country. Don't hesitate to tell of this sites numbers of customers that had a bad experience.

Dhgate is allowing people to steal money. I paid 200 dollars for a pair of slides. I never received the item. It took them weeks to send the item and when I finally got some type of notification from Dhgate, they had already released my money and said it was delivered. Except I never received the package and the package that the postal service logged in was under one pound. I disputed this with Dhgate and received no help. They are a complete rip off and make most of their money by scamming people.

DO NOT USE this site. We ordered wedding invitations from them.It took 5 weeks for them to get here and all they sent us were 50 sheets of completely blank paper and 50 envelopes.We tried to get our money back... SURPRISE. No luck

I ordered a bag and a sandal and the bag will not and will not reach me. The seller showed a picture that is completely different from my order and I rejected it and will not return the money. The second item is a different sandal and very bad from the one I ordered. There is no customer service and no money back. It is just a scam company.

I see so much people here hating on dhgate, just because they had some problems with their purchase. You really have to look for what you want, and check that it is actually what you have been looking for. DHgate helped to remove the wall between manufacturers and individual clients, opening more people to the benefits of wholesale prices at personal quantities. It is a tool I really love.

I ordered a pink high low dress for my daughter. It was not the same shade of pinks as pictured-it was ugly peto-pink. It had a large hideous leaf pattern to the lace rather than the nice delicate floral lace that was pictured. And because I took longer than 7 days to complain, I was denied a refund. Vendor was listed as Click_Me. Will never order from there again.
