I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Hi, I ordered football boots to Ireland for my son on 17th April 2016. They have not arrived but you have taken payment from my VISA. I tried contacting through your website 2 weeks ago with no response. I am very unsatisfied. I will contact my VISA company to recover money if you do not deliver these boots. I have a very disappointed 12 year old who has been left without his birthday present. The website will not allow me to log to check on status.

I'm having my first dispute as we talk, time will tell once final. I order a pair of shoes, when they arrive they were not the ones I order or and the picture after payment was made. " Time will tell " how I feel ad out everything in the near future. The bad thing is the shoe was to be wore on my vacation now with the long shipping time this will draw out to two months or longer. Beside this issue dhgate has been excellent.

A great safe place to do your shopping and is protected by DH gate most of the time just watch yourself self with some of the sellers with selling lesser quality products as to their photos which basically are scammers! And there's a few on here beware!

Dhgate has impressed me with the ease of purchasing consumer goods from China. I have had little issues with purchasing aside from one accidental purchase that was easily resolved. The only advice I give is to check out the seller you are buying from as they are only using dhgate as a selling service: some sellers are more reliable than others. That being said, dhgate does a good job regulate who can and who cannot sell on the website.

As the title says, they took my money but never shipped my order. DHGate has an internal messaging system, so you have to log in to their system in order to read message from sellers. My seller said that he wanted more money before he would ship the insoles that I ordered, after he had already received payment. That definitely sounds illegal to me. I tried DHGate's dispute resolution process, but they never responded.

DHGate hasn't missed a beat in sending marketing emails though.

I've added some photos of what I ordered vs. what I received.

A seller sold us 50 pieces of fake fitbit flex ($1000+ USD), we found out and we returned them immediately. Dhgate told us that full refund will be issued once the products are delivered to the seller. After the products arrived, we NEVER heard anything from the seller again. We contacted dhgate and they said that the seller has no fund in their account to refund us! And they told us to wait patiently. Guess what? We have been waiting for a year something now and there is nothing from Dhgate. Every time we contact Dhgate they tell us to wait and they refused to take any actions to go after the seller, nor do they take any responsibility for this atrocious scam. Last time I checked, DHgate claims 100% buyer protection. See the photo attached for your information, we will do everything in our power to alert people to stay away from dhgate in social media.

If you received damaged products you are on your own, no help from supplier or debate. They say a new item was shipped but tracking number was no good. Dhgate customer service totally useless saying nothing they can do!. I think they are in cahoots. Buyer beware.

Do not order anything from dhgate you will be very disappointed! The products do not come as advertised. Electronic items may not work at all! They send you through this dispute resolution service that mainly benefits the scammers (they call them sellers). When the dispute is finalized its to the scammers benefit. Order at your own risk. Be prepared to give your money to them for nothing in return save grief. Stick with reputable sites like ebay or amazon.

Do not trust these shady sellers. I ordered my dress from them. They took the money immediately. The dress came a month later looking nothing like described on the website or like the picture that was listed. I requested a refund, paid $70 to ship the merchandise back. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received a refund. They told me to "keep contacting the merchant." The problem is, the merchant doesn't respond! Very disappointed and short $250.

I ordered two LED mini moving head wash lights for DHgate and I quickly regretted it. The lights freak out all the time and hardly work. The colors of the two lights don't even come close to matching. The boxes they came in were disgusting. I chose the free shipping option and in checkout it said free shipping, when I got the bill in the mail they charged me an extra $30 for each light behind my back! I had no idea they did that until I received my light! And of course they only give you a very short time to return your items which made things difficult. They are a joke, I highly recommend not giving them any business at all.

Avoid dealing with DHgate scammer group that collect a huge numbers of scammer.
Please let's take a serious action to end the scam cases we have to take legal way to save our refund.
I need money urgent to save brother's life, he needs an urgent operation and my refund will save his life.
I am still keeping to beg them for processing my refund as soon as possible but they always giving false information,false promise and false solution. I am suffering for 3 months, but my emergency situation now made me anxious to save my brother's life.
The seller keeps his rubbish product as well as my money...
DHgate and the $#*! seller keeping lie without any response to my critical situation...

OMG. What an awful experience. I can't believe these guys are in business. Never got my items, never heard from the seller. DHGate was slow to escalate my case to refund my money. I don't think they have the western world sensibility like eBay and Amazon do, which we all have come to expect as far as reliability and customer service. What a lousy experience. Won't do this twice.

If you want to save a few bucks and are willing to wait forever for delivery (in my case 100 days), then get a defective or inadequate product and be told by their resolution center that they rule against you, then DHgate is the perfect place for you to patronize. I only got ripped off for $13 but you may want to go bigger. Good Luck

Seller sent the wrong size and will not make contact after I complained. Wants me to send $20 for additional shipping fee for their mistake? No I'm not falling for that one... take my advice order from ebay unless you want to experience the Chinese transaction from He**! I told him no more$$ and that was the end of the communication from the seller... customer support is giving me minimal help beware beware. Should have review them first. Shame on me

I was extremely dissatisfied with the item after receiving it. DHgate makes it impossible to request a return/ refund. Not to mention the maze that you have to go through to reach customer service, even by email. I so regret ever going this route and have thus warned my friends/ family to "Stay Away".

Ordered goods, seller marked order as shipped and even provided tracking number, I could track, but when after 4 weeks goods did not arrive, seller told me that they didn't even ship because they don't have those goods available. DHGate resolution centre agreed to refund and said that they refunded, but after several weeks of wait I'm still waiting for it, probably will never get it

Dont deal. Con artists. Poor English. No refunds. Snide merchandise. Counterfeit $hit. Looks decent on their site. In reality goods poor in colour and quality. Not worth the seemingly cheaper prices.

Update: I've challenged the payment with my credit card provider on the basis the goods are counterfeit. See if that gets me anywhere...

Overall, I'm happy with my purchases from DHgate, however, my deliveries took way longer than anticipated. Three out of four items that I ordered came exactly as described by the seller. DH gate allowed a seller to steal over $300 from my 13 year old. Terrible customer protection! The seller sent us the wrong type of electric scooter and it was defective. He acted like he was resolving the matter and gave us info to return product. He then stopped communicating. DH gate acted like they were assisting but ultimately blamed me for the process I followed. I was given a cell number and the guy I talked to admitted that there were multiple frauds occurring. These guys are allowing criminals to steal from people over their exchange.
