I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

They sell fake products while claim the products are authentic! I ordered a pair of Air jordan 5 wings shoes, the pair has strong smell, it must use some kind of fake industrial glue. I didn't notice DHgate is a China wholesale marketplace, thought it's a US website. Don't buy anything so call "authentic" from this website!

I ordered three suits from DHgate. I specified sizes. Two of the suits were small enough for a child. I'm finding the process for returning them complicated and frustrating. First, I've had to submit a request, with "evidence." I got back several rounds of arguments from the Chinese manufacturers. The language barrier made these exchanges even more challenging. They insist I got what I ordered, and refuse to accept returns for a refund.

Now, I'm told that I can ask DHGate to mediate, but I have to wait until a specified amount of days have passed. I ordered these suits as options for a wedding I'm attending. It's already too late to replace them with the right size. I had to shop elsewhere.

I'm fairly skeptical that the process will end in my favor. It looks likely I'll have to eat the expense. I strongly advise shoppers to avoid this company.

I've ordered gifts for my children several times. The sellers provide tracking numbers and I'm easily able to keep up with where the shipment is and when it will arrive. Many times they arrive quicker than expected. I also like that they hold my payment and don't release to the seller until I confirm the items are received, are in good condition, and as described on the site. It's also easy to communicate with the sellers through their site and their dispute resolution process gives me confidence shopping here.

DHgate almost ruined my wedding. Ordered my wedding dress on March 6 and expected it to arrive not later than April 1st. Emailed Seller three times requesting status and got ambiguous response "don't worry, my friend" and nothing else. Dress finally arrived on my porch late evening of April 17th! With my wedding scheduled for April 23 (less than a week away) my panic was off the charts. Dress's actual measurements did not match what was posted on the website (I'm size 4 and the dress was size 6). Rush alterations costed twice more than the dress, not to mention the aggravation. Would be cheaper and easier to order through David's Bridal.

Unfortunately this website is not reliable. Before ordering a dress, I asked for delivery time and payed extra fees for express shipping. Not only did I receive not receive anything. 1 month later they sent me an empty bag with a sticker on it saying wedding dress.
They ignore messages and decline refund request. This company basically stole 136$ USD.

This site is a total scam. My dress took 1 month to arrive and looked nothing like the picture. Dhgate completely misrepresents their merchants products and return policy. I sent photos of the dress I received, evidence of insured return (which cost me $25), time stamps, etc and finally had to file dispute with my credit card to stop payment.

I always have a great shopping experience with Dhgate.com. The selection is huge and the prices simply can't be beat (with the free shipping option). With that being said never order anything from here if you have a deadline to meet as you never know how long it will take to arrive and clear customs. Also, know what you are looking for in advance as the descriptions are often confusing and misleading, intentional or not.

With those two factors in mind, shipping time and descriptions, I enjoy the value and selection that Dhgate.com has to offer and shop from them regularly.

I've had four transactions so far three of them have been very smooth and easy. The layout could use some more work and the communication isn't the easiest but it is very evident that the dhgate administrators are trying their best to bridge these gaps between the seller and customer

Paid $55 for a pair off sneakers waited exactly one month and when the package finally did come it only contained a plastic shoe tree i tried reaching out to the seller and got no response and the funny thing is before i made this purchase i contacted the seller asking for more pictures and he answered right away moral to the story is don't waste your time or money on this site it's a total rip off

I had a terrible experience with DHgate from beginning to the end. No matter how you return it you still will lose money. To ship it back cost me more than the original payment. I finally got refund what I pay for the product, but they haven't refunded me the shipment expenses. ( seller agrees to pay for shipping). They give me credit to my account, but I cannot use that money until I transfer more money to my account. No matter what you do, they will screw you one way or another. Customer service is terrible, you need to chat with 10 reps before you get one who cares and wants to help. Each chat and waiting on hold ( you have 8-9 people in front of you) takes at least 40 mins, count how much time you waste. I lost a lot of money with this company. It was my first buy and the last.

I ordered a package of LED grow lights, advertised at $36.00 US. Weeks later I get an email from the seller saying that the wrong price was on the web site and I have to pay $18.00 more. My response was that I am not paying for your mistake. Ship the item or refund my money. They claim that they have shipped, Now months later and still no delivery. They claim it was received in the destination country. No location no shipper who it was delivered to or anything else. Also DHGate says since it is past 90 days from the order date there is no refund.

Do not order from this site it is a total fraud.

Bought a watch paid with credit card... charged my card right away. Then no respond... email many times then said want payment proof! Finally after 10 days said ok... then seller keep lying about sending items with fake DHL waybill number. Now after 1 month still said item in transit...

I really love DHgate. I love that they hold your money in escrow until you say you received the product as advertised and in good condition. Most items are free shipping, prices are great and most items have wholesale or individual retail quantity options. I like that it's not an actual store but a way to contact buyers with sellers. It gives me the ability to deal with the source, giving me the same power as large businesses.

I saw an item I liked for over $100 but DH gate offered the same one for less than half that price so I decided to give it a try. The reviews were average so why not. I purchased the item, waited for over a month and didn't receive it, contacted the seller twice and asked for a refund. They just said to talk to the shipping company they used. I put up the reference number on the shipping website and nothing showed. Sent an email to DH gate and their response was to open a dispute which I tried to do but the website kept giving me problems until I gave up with this bull$#*!. Better to pay more on a trusted store than cheap out and get a headache.

I often visit this website to look for some deals on the products. They frequently give out juicy deals in the flash deals section.
And by the way I don't know if it's true that the majority of their deliveries happen in less than 72 hours, but my experience was exactly like that.

I've order 9 items from the website and my experience so far has been great. Some items take longer than others to receive depending on the manufacturer but all my items have come in less than a month. Usually two to three weeks. I highly recommend reading the reviews on the specific item you buy, just like you would on Amazon. I will continue to use this website/app.

This is a scam site. I got the product delivered after 45 days and it was nothing like as in the picture. Please look for yourself. And they know that it cannot be returned from US. It will cost me 150$ to return the package to China. So i had to settle down with a 45$ refund for this crappy service. I spent 60$ for a blanket kind of apparel from them. BEWARE

A very short version of events: I ordered a beauty machine which arrived broken. They sent me a new part to instal which we could not instal because the screws were so tight. Why should I try to fix a machine I brought? Complained, a lot. Filled in all the DHGate forms. No reply. No reply... 3 months later saying not enough evidence and my case was closed. This all started in May! I sent photos and many requests for help... nothing!

Put in 2 orders the same night. Paid extra to speed up shipping date on one of them. They shipped the free shipping order one first, the one I paid extra for didn't ship until a week later. Now they are saying the first order was delivered over 10 days ago, nothing came to my house. Customer service is a joke. All they say is "what is wrong with us". Cant even have a conversation with them. They don't answer questions, they just push the problem aside and say don't worry. What a scam

For order 267081053 was shipped with tracking number LW957139885CN. We tracked this but there are no information found from the tracking number. Please open a dispute to request for a full refund.

Customer service is going above my expectations. I used to ordering items and if I have a problem with the items... or even receiving the items... I usually have to make several calls to several departments in attempts to get it resolved with other online stores. DHgate is communicating with me before, during and after shipment has arrived. I am impressed with their efforts to earn and keep my business. However, this kind of treatment may encourage me to buy more than I really need. :) But, I'd do it willingly.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. It's funny that you get notifications that your money is out if your account, but now I have to wait for my item. I don't know if I'm even chatting with some legit company. They won't allow a 0 for rating!

I was not sure if I should take a chance, but the prices were too good! I have received 2 glass pieces, shipped from China to the US, and bother are top quality and were well packed. The clothing accessory I ordered is just as described. I'm only waiting on 2 of 5 items and it's only been 2 weeks since I ordered (the other pieces arrived within 10 days! I am currently looking for some more pieces and will not hesitate to purchase from DHgate!

Tip for consumers:
FYI - they sent me an email asking for my review on this site in exchange for a $5 off coupon - I did it and followed their directions - it's been almost 2 weeks with only 1 response - they have not sent the coupon and I still have not received the rest of my items but they did take the full amount for all 5 items out of my account. They claim to do it as received... just be aware.
