I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

I purchased a few items from DH Gate but it was not always pleasant. They need to vet their sellers more closely! They don't have all quality products and when you exercise your rights to dispute the issues it is a struggle and the seller tends to get more of the benefits. They are not transparent in telling you exactly how they will be resolving your issue during the negotiation phase. However, I am happy that they have a dispute process and we arrived at a amicable agreement.

Bought flower stands for our wedding. They took 10 weeks to arrive, instead of the 3-4 advertised. The stands were dented, bent, and scratched beyond repair. They were also mustard colored instead of gold. After 3 weeks of arguing through 28 broken-English messages, 35 photos, and 3 videos we got half our money back. Stay far away. This site is a scam

Not sure about the other negative reviews, but from my experience it was great.
I bought a pair of sunglasses, asked the seller heaps of questions and he answered all of them.
Also, they were coming from China so i thought it was going to take 2 months to get here but they came in less than a week (6 days) and I live in Australia.
Would definitely recommend again.

Had to file a claim with my bank to even get a refund on my dress paid the shipping of $71.15 to send something back to China now Im fighting for my shipping costs they said it will go to a dhgate account but I plan to never use their services again being that I was being cheap with my wedding dress its sad truly and its a scam they get your money then hassle you to get a refund poor customer service and also this company is not for the consumers period they find fault in you

It was good until I had to return an item that was not what I ordered. Dhgate ripped me for over $120. They lied and cited reasons that were not true. Provided ALL documentation to them. Do not buy here! You have been advised. BTW- You will not be able to talk to anybody at dhgate as the phone number is fake.

I didn't have much trouble, but I do think the website could use some improvements like having an option to see 100-200 products on each page or making sure that doubles of the same price and product but not by the same seller are put next to each other to compare instead of being a page or two apart.

I am not usually one to complain or name and shame however this company has really annoyed me. I ordered and paid for items form them in August for my husbands birthday and did not receive them. After a few messages back and forth and nothing resolved I had an online conversation with their customer service who asked me to forward proof of payment to their customer service email address. I never received a reply from this email or a follow up email! Anyhow $120 down and no birthday presents for my husband 3 months later!

Bought a pair of (fake) trainers that came apart at the seam, DHGate don't get involved in anything- they just tell you to contact the seller. The "live chat' page takes forever and is no help. Seller is a conman not prepared to pay for return shipping and offered a low refund. Scam artists, don't bother

If you are thinking of buying anything from this website, DONT! I bought a casual wedding dress which I tried to dispute the purchase, I was instructed to send pictures of me in the dress, twice. I had to send the pictures to both the seller and dhgate. Clearly showing the dress could be not be the size ordered because there was at least a six inch gap between both ends of zipper in the back. After two sets of pictures were sent, they decide to close the case saying I did not dispute in time. They had been in contact with me regarding this dispute then just closed it out. Their service pledge also states that refund request could be opened after payment had been released, up to 30 days. Sent email to dhgate regarding this, no response. Bottom line, they have shady business practices and do not honor any type of return policy. Beware!

Good morning. I have a lot of mistrust in shopping online, that's why every time I do it I'm very afraid. A friend recently commented on the DHGATE page. At first I thought it was one more of the pile but little by little I realized that its system was different from the rest. One could pay with a credit card where your data was hidden. You also had buyer protection.

As always, the fear was to wait too long for the product but my surprise was that in two weeks I had it on my doorstep. Other pages took more than a month. I know that each vendor has its own rhythm, but I can see that DHGATE is concerned about the delivery of shipments very quickly.

After all the writing just gives me recommend this service online shopping. DHGATE is the best. Excuse me but I do not speak English and I am using the google translator to be able to tell my testimony.

I purchased two dresses on-line from DHgate from China. Paid for them by credit card. Neither dress fit even though I ordered them in my size. Sent them back according to their instructions and have never received a refund and shipped them at my own expense. They are an unscrupulous and untrustworthy company. DO NOT BUY anything from them.

Bought bridesmaids dress and what I got was not want I ordered. Wrong color wring sizes and wrong style! Nit like the photo. After I contacted them about the issue they offered me a refund only if I changed by review and when I did change it they lock me out of sending reviews! After they agreed to gibe me my $278 back I no linger heard from them. I contacted the seller and he would tell me different stories his boss is not there his boss is in France that he forgot all this $#*! and until this day 9 months now I have not gotten my dam refund. I had to take my dresses to another seamstress and pay another $300 to have them fix dhgate sellers mistake! Even the customer service sucks they keep playing games with you saying they will help and dont!

Ordered a teapot... took about three weeks to deliver, but considering distance, China Post, and US Postal Service I consider that to be pretty good. Also, I always use PayPal whenever possible. They pay the merchant, I don't.

I am only giving a 3 stars since I am having a major issue with one of the sellers and not getting any response back. Most of the time I have gotten my shipments very fast and they have turned out great however this one is making me think twice about purchasing anything else.

First, the types and variety of products here would blow you mind away!

Customer service is quite efficient too.

One downside here is that they tend to mix it up here! Sometimes you find fabulous deals that save you a lot but there are also lots of what I call cheap deals. I mean, 50% off is great but then it is not great saving when you apply them to those that cost little (like 5 bucks) in the first place.

First of all, don't buy from this site! They have others making dresses for them and the one I received looked nothing like the photo. When I tried to return a $160 dress, they told me I needed a tracking number to return it to China. The USPS post office said that it would be $126 to return with a tracking number and $33 without. The seller (third party) said they would not accept a return without a tracking. I spent an hour on the chat line with a DHgate rep and she could do nothing to help me. This company does not back those making clothes for them so don't waste your money! Do yourself a favor here folks - bad site to buy anything.

Great price does not mean much at all. From what I have seen so far the products are listed with exaggerated claims and low quality products. Customer Service is just a sounding board that has been set up to calm angry buyers after they have been screwed by a seller but can not help much other than pretend to care.
Even now I can not write a review about that last product I bought and I have already sent the item back to the seller but the DHgate system prevents me from writing review (because you already know I will not give that seller a good review and you do not want to have bad reviews on-site)

I placed 3 orders and all of them were cancelled because seller failed to ship. Customer service was absolutely horrible, and rude. I waited 31 days for my last order before it was cancelled. I will never order from them again. Waste of time and money. Sellers dont respond to your questions and its like dhgate hold you money hostage in some sort of scam. Very disappointed!

There are numerous sellers on your site who I think are less than honest. After ordering the products, they contacted me to inform me that the product is no longer available. They insist that I order another product from their shop. When I declined, they claimed that they will get it from another seller for me. However, after waiting for several months, I didn't not get the merchandise. But the payment has been released. I can no longer ask for a refund by then. Some seller send items that are not as described. Therefore, I'm starting to buy more from Aliexpress and Ebay now.

I purchased shoes from seller cmc001 and despite their rating, 95% of all sellers will steal your money, send wrong size shoes, will not refund your money and the tag size inside shoe will be what you ordered but insole size is much smaller. Company needs to be shut down. They are only getting away with stealing from us because China and the CCP allows them to do it. China is a joke and this company is a fraud. You have been warned. STAY AWAY!

Do not ever buy from them. STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The product never showed up but the vendors backwoods delivery said they delivered it... NEVER got it! However upon writing negative reviews on several sites gave me a full refund even though the case was closed! So I felt it was only fair to move my review to neutral!

Be careful not to start with large purchases! Sometimestheir shippingis a problem on some items!

Awful experience too! Found e-scooters on DHgate, ad were saying EU stcok, delivery 7-14 days. I made an order, after a week, still was not shipped. Contacted seller, he said that items out of stock and they will get it after a month or so. After 14 days I requested refund, cause there was no point to wait anymore. Customer service said to wait 8 days. After 8 days they just declined to return me my money and said that I have to wait for my scooters. I said I dont need them and I want a full refund! But they dont care! Awful experience! Not recommended to nobody! Keep away! Even aliexpress works better, much better! Order Number: *******928
