I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Costumer service is just an AI who doesn't understand what you say half of the time and never connect you to a real person, if you have any issues with a seller, you're doomed.

And boy i had issues with them:

1. They lost my package (i was warned 1 month before i could open a dispute on the website and they basically held my money hostage)

2. The seller themselves informed me my package was lost but they refused to refund me

3. Once i FINALLY could open a dispute the seller countered my claim (under the pretense that i had filled the wrong category. When i didn't) with a refund of 0.01$ instead of a full refund of 100$.

4. I was not allowed to ask DHgate itself to intervene until more time has passed

I ordered my item back in March and this situation still isn't solved

I don't recommend this website, it's 100% a scam

We have been trying to deal with an issue for WEEKS now. Seller won't respond. I am getting ZERO help from DHgate directly. I am missing thousands of dollars of product that I ordered. I want the product or a refund!
I strongly suggest staying far away from this company! The customer service is terrible!

Horrible horrible horrible! Remember you're buying from China so if you want to return anything it's pretty much not going to happen. It's a scam honestly... been trying to return a dress and it's in "mediation " with DH Gate which is a joke. Dress came torn and NOTHING like the photo except maybe the color... it had cheap sequins instead of beading which had fallen off or ripped off the dress. The ruching is more like stuffed newspaper inside the dress. Definitely NOT TRUE to USA sizes. A size 10 barely fit a size 6 woman. Stay away at all costs!

There are only a handful of reviews here and who knows what percentage of those are fraudulent from DHgate employees. I purchased an item that never arrived and the seller advertised the product would be free if it didn't arrive in 23 days. DHgate did not enforce the guarantee of its seller and the dispute I filed didn't mean a thing. I never had an issue with Alibaba and their customer service has been excellent. I will never buy from from DHgate again after this experience.

I am a business owner. So when I receive a faulty part. They want you to provide the seller with evidence. This type of evidence is more suited for video. But they only give you 5 MB. And that's nearly not enough room. I am currently looking for someone else to buy my parts from.

Size and colors are not available to select when ordering, instead I had to privately message the seller with my size and color. The garment itself when sent did not look like the one in the picture that I ordered and it did not fit correctly. When I messaged the seller about how to process a return/ get a refund, he or she did not respond. I wasted $60 and now don't have enough time to find/order another one (bridal bolero jacket) from elsewhere before my wedding day. I am not happy with this site and would not rely on them if ordering something for an important event

I've placed an order with DHgate, and paid for it, but have not received any confirmation of the order. When I try to to check my orders, messages and try the chat option I am constantly being asked to login and this gets me back to "square one" its driving me crazy so frustrating. If this is the way the company works I don't think I will be ordering any more from them

Tip for consumers:
Once you have found what you want to buy check the reviews and any other information relevant to the purchase before placing the order. Once the order has been placed take a photograph of the confirmation of order page because DGgate do not send out an email confirmation of order. I made the mistake of not taking details of my order and am now having difficulty in accessing my orders on their website.

Very positive shopping experiences using DHgate. I have ordered about 7 times in the past 2 months using DHgate, and 6 of them were very satisfactory. The 1 order I had issue with, DHgate stepped in and refunded my money on a deadbeat seller. The key is to research what you want and who you are buying from. DHgate has some the of the lowest prices around for name brand shoes and clothing.

I was thinking of buying costume jewelry from this site. Glad I read up on the reviews ahead of time. As a suggestion to the reviewers: It might be good to include the name of the company you did business with. It looks like 80% of the complaints were of scams, 10% are legit. That's unfortunately not going to deter every one from buying. This would surely help others if names were named.

Always contact the seller before buying an item. Wait for their response, and see how good their reply is.

Always check store credibility, especially checking user feedbacks on their products to gauge whether the store is good or not.

Ordered Cyberlink Power DVD 17 Ultimate from DHGate due to its low price. Man, you definitely get what you pay for.
After realizing it had no serial number, I was suspicious. Then, failing to register the product with Cyberlink, I learned it was supposed to contain 2 discs, not 1.
$40 wasted, an invaluable lesson learned.

I hate this website. I brought for more than 400$ of dresses. I never got them. The customer service are playing. The sellers stole my money. They do not want to pay me back. Please guys stay AWAY from those People. Its a Scam. I would like to give them more than 1 star if I could, because they do not deserve it

I thought I was ordering a windshield for my Harley, what showed up in the mail were a pair of wings that attach to the windshield... so rating my experience... probably a 0 out of 10... from the ads I've seen they have to be read very thoroughly, because most are deceiving... they show guitar with case, but case is not included, they show pure sine wave inverters with cables, cables not included... you get the idea...

First of all sent me an invalid tracking number. After raising a dispute, I was provided with another tracking number. My dispute was closed, without confirmation from myself about my order being received... WHICH IT HAS NOT! Payment was released to seller. It's a joke... avoid this website

I bought a few things from DHGate for the first time, I was skeptical at first to purchase because they asked me for a picture of my credit card which is pretty weird. (I'm guessing it's only for new customers) but I covered everything on the card accept my name and expire date/last 4 digits and everything was fine. I received all of my products from sellers! To be safe, purchase from the Top Merchant Sellers and Premium Merchant. Be sure to read reviews also. This website isn't a scam but some sellers can be. Other than that, the website is really good.

Ordered on 5 Nov a Christmas gift promised by 8 Dec. On 5 Dec got another email from dhgate stating wrong tracking number was given. Really? It took a month to figure that out. Now new tracking says another 30 days. Considering it's 19 Dec I opened up a dispute. Downloaded the proof but now I get messages constantly saying to trust them it's on the way and to cancel my dispute, but no guarantee I will receive my order by Christmas. What a scam

I am very upset with my purchase. I ordered 4 thin small rhinestone belts for my bridesmaids. I received one large butterfly sash. It was the wrong item and wrong amount. I was so excited to get these beautiful sashes and was so disappointed when I received my package. It took us an hour to send a return request on your website. We still have not heard back from your company. I am now going to have to file a complaint and dispute my credit card charges.

I will never buy again from Chinese websites. I ordered a product worth $ 60 (standalone TV TUNER) and the seller sent me something else worth $ 40(some kind of game box?). I wrote to seller 2 times but he does not want to cooperate. I lost my money. So BEWARE!

Do not buy from this disreputable company. They will not respond to inquiries via email nor do they have a working customer service number from the USA. They are a Beijing, China company, and I think they do not care whether the product they ship you is acceptable or defective. My only protection on the $340 order I purchased after returning to their shipping point in California is I used my American Express credit card and disputed the charge once I realized these people would not respond or make any attempt to help me resolve this matter. I would give them zero Stars if I could.

Do not trust this site! I ordered two items and payed extra for faster shipping which after a month I'm still waiting. At this point I'm sure I will not receive any items. You cannot contact anyone, the live chat is a robot, it takes you through a maze which gets you nowhere. The tracking numbers Don't work and you can't see where it is. You can't contact customer service bc there probably isn't any. Emailed the seller and guess what it's an automated robot message! Beware and do not buy from this site.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding and not only did it not fit (I specifically looked at all the measurements that were given to me) but the material used was at best sub-par! The dress does not resemble the picture at all. I have tried repeatedly to return the dress. The address that was given does not exist (per my local post office) the mediation was a joke. I have spent way too much time trying to resolve this and still have nothing to show but an extremely ugly and poorly made dress. They continue to give the run-around knowing people will eventually give up. How many times does one have to "give evidence" that the dress is a piece of crap! After you continually give evidence they claim that you cannot ask for a refund because it has been more than 7 days. 7 days? Who has a return policy like that?
