DHGate.com is the only website that I used to buy wholesale. Their prices are affordable and they also have free shipping on almost everything. I open my business a year ago I still don't find another wholesale website that comes close to the customer service provided, the price and their help in resolving disputes are excellent. Go DH Gate!
I have no quibble with DHGate. Always a good selection and good prices - Some vendors are questionable - Still waiting eight weeks for items that were supposedly shipped - I could have walked to Guangdong and back in the elapsed time. Free shipping should mean 2-3 weeks at the most - not 3 months
I have had a pleasant experience with DHgate, my one complaint would be if you could put an estimated time of delivery. I don't mind if stuff is going to take two months to be delivered if I know that from the start. Otherwise all is well.
After two months my package was returned to the seller who sent it to the wrong place but refused to refund my money. DHGate did nothing for me except ask me to review their services. Putting money in a one armed bandit gives better odds of satisfaction.

I am very pleased with DHgate, I placed an order on their website, the site itself is a little frustrating, but the payment and checkout was simple and my package was shipped promptly and received within 2 weeks. I have shopped other overseas sites and shipping is taking at least 2 months and in some cases almost 5 months to receive my order so I was surprised and happy to get my order so quickly. Nothing was broken and the items were exactly as described in the ad. This all makes me one happy shopper.
The guy sell here pure trash. When you open a dispute it is designed to fail. It is a special made long process with uploading evidence, that is surely restricted to 1 MB. Than it is not accepted due to the quality of the picture ;) ... and the I get an offer of the seller. He would reimburse 0,01 Dollar.

I ordered a dress and changed my mind a few minutes later after reading horrible reviews from others. I tried to cancel my order immediately but was told it was already processed. I then checked my bank account and saw that they had taken out the money immediately after I contacted them. On top on this, I never received the item and contacted DHGate who told me it was my responsibility to find my package they now opened an investigation saying I have to prove that I don't have the item. This company is a Chinese Foreign scam company which does not go by American ethics. You will never be able to return anything without a fight and they sell cheaply made products. The good reviews here? All i can say is read the broken English. Fake reviews! I will be reporting them to the fair trades commission if I don't receive my refund.
I am satisfied with the scissors I purchased. They seem to be good quality, though I doubt they are an authentic KAI set given the price and country of origin (China vs. Japan)! Anyway, they work well. The only downside was how long it took to receive them after ordering them (a month), but I knew to expect the wait. I am just impatient.
I was skeptical at first ordering here because the prices seemed to good to be true but then again I am an online shopper and love shopping on Chinese Wholesale websites. It's hard to find a vendor you can trust, prices change daily, can't choose colors of items when you want more than one. That way they keep from giving you a lower cost for bulk. So it's really shady but I'm selling the product so I keep finding the cheapest vendor and hoping for the best.

The refund claim page will not let you submit your claim, the submit button link is disabled. I lost $336. They charged my card before I received the item, then the seller sent an envelope to the wrong address just so he could get a bogus tracking number, I bought a bicycle, that weighs 35 KG, the tracking info from FEDEX shows a package{envelope} with a weight of 0.2 KG. This site is full of scammers, and runned by a company with no morals... Avoid it like a very contagious flu.

Do not trust the sellers or the broker DHGates, just dishonest. I will be contacting my AG to report them for wire fraud, and hope that all their sales are banned.

Never received my order and now can't login to my account to view my order even though I am using the password that I wrote down when I made the profile and had saved on my phones password for quick login. When I try to say forgot password the website says that its an invalid email so there is not way of getting my money back. Tracking number has said for two months now that the order is still in China, whereas when I could access my account it said that it has arrived in Australia more than month ago. Don't buy anything from here it's a scam!

I ordered a little wrist watch from DHGate more than a month ago and am still waiting to receive it. The so called shipment tracking feature hasn't worked, or it links to a website in Chinese. Still waiting, not sure if there's a way to contact them. Was looking forward to giving the watch as a gift. At least I didn't order something really expensive. I have to mark at least one star.
I received my item much sooner then I expected. The hair is very soft and looks to be exactly what I imagined it would be. Remember as a Caucasian woman that gets a full weave done. We must have a invisible part! So be sure whatever color you choose has a part to go with it.

The seller instead of the compact hard drive " HDD" has sold the flash card with two big bolts. I have addressed to the center of protection of buyers and I was helped and have believed. Since then I am sure of the purchases on the website dhgate.com. One of unpleasant cases in low-quality goods and a regrade in color scale has occurred recently. The website is okay, I personally think it needs to be a little more organized and user friendly. I'm an engineer and I have trouble finding some stuff. I would recommend to link the shipping messages not just with the tracking number or order number but also with the description of the product and picture, it is a little tiring to be clicking all this links in order to know what order belongs to which products. Apart from that prices are good, shipping is very very slow but that's depending on each store.
I ordered 4 pairs of dr dre beats almost two months ago and have STILL to receive them. I contacted dhl and they informed me that they have not even been shipped. They re not responsible if the product never arrives. We bought a violin 9 months ago. Sent several letters to DHgate, field complaints and did all possible. Never got a response from them or the china company who were to supposed to send of the violin. It's been almost a year and we were greatly affected for a total of $90. They should send them to trial court and their page be penalised. I am not the only one for sure.
