I've bought a children toy watch from them for my son's birthday. It has been 4 month's now and I still have not received my goods that I've paid for. I've emailed them 50 times and I never got a reply! And not only did they closed my dispute they don't have a phone number you can contact them from. It was my first time ordering anything from their website and it will be the last time too! They are the worst online company to order anything from. All they want is your money and you won't get what you paid for!

The phone I purchased was defective in more ways than I can count. The resolution dispute process was unresolved. I don't have the funds to send it back so I am stuck with it. I will not be ordering anything else from this website. It took him weeks to agree to accept it back. Process is too slow for me. Thank, but no thanks!

I ordered LED bulbs, for track lighting. All the bulbs were wrong, not at all as described, and the seller insisted that it did "not understand" the problem. Their order form was vague and not understandable, which I'm sure contributed to the problem. The website rejected my photos of the wrong bulbs, would not take my complaint. The live chat person was courteous, but nothing came of all the chatting. Finally, they wanted to essentially go into arbitration, all for a $238 dollar order. They provided me with the worst buying experience of my web buying career, and I'm sure they are willing to provide you with yours. Pay more and go to a legitimate website, and avoid this inept store at all costs!

Seller first gave me a tracking number that wasn't associated with my order. He eventually was asked Dhgate to pay him as the order is delivered. Opened a dispute and sent proofs to Dhgate informing of how the seller is trying to cheat. Still awaiting my refund. Don't even think of using this website

DH Gate is not a bad website website at all. I feel it all depends on individual sellers. There are good and bad sellers on every website. I have purchased on Dhgate and I haven't had any problems at all. All the items I ordered arrived safely with good packaging. The hordes of negative comments on this site about DH Gate is shocking. I feel some of these bad reviews are intentionally given by some buyers who want to hide their source of inventory from other online sellers. Give Dhgate a flying chance. Thanks.

I have multiple credit cards and use specific ones for specific charges. Used only one card for this website and after 2 transactions received an alert of fraudulent charges on the same card. On some things, the prices are cheap if your willing to go through the hassle of monitoring your accounts and disputing charges you did not do.

If the order arrives well, there are no problems, but as it comes to you badly, forget to recover all your money quickly, with the excuse that the seller is going to sanction you get 60% of what you paid or they tell you send the products back, and that is to wait a minimum of one more month.

Be careful on this site. Some sellers don't care about you at all. The products are fake and can cause you trouble with customs. Customer service is okay but some of the representatives are rude and are not helpful. Remember that you're buying illegally made items from criminals. This is the absolute truth about this. If you understand this, then just imagine that anything can happen.

I cannot get any assistance. I am having trouble logging in and I am not receiving the email to reset my password. I had the wrong tracking number and had to do a return & refund on 7/28/14. I haven't gotten any kind of response from dhgate or the seller. I am very disappointed at this point. I would appreciate it if somebody would help me.

Dhgate is a great site to find deals on the stuff i need which is not usually locally available.The prices are good and the service is good! Delivery is free but it takes some time to arrive. You can use other shipping options for quick delivery. Overall i like this site and will continue to shop from it frequently.

I ordered from jdorreds on DH Gate and he sent totally different items. I disputed and was told to send back items, pay a shipping fee and seller would be responsible for full refund, including shipping fees. In march 2021 I was refunded the cost of the wrong items the fraudulent seller sent. My shipping costs have yet to be refunded. I have sent countless, countless emails to DHGate, customer service and the Fraudulent seller jdorreds. Dh gate have lied over and over again. Now they are stating when the seller get money form items he has sold I will get my refund. Excuse me? What he sells or do not sell has nothing to do with my shipping fee refund! This seller is no longer found under jdorreds. I want my money you owe me DH Gate. There need to be a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud!

I buy many products on DHGate. Quality depends on the sellers. Most are very good, and if not, DHGate gives refund without problems.
Because of this DHGate for me is better than all the other platforms!

I ordered a down vest for my son for Christmas. He gave me this website. I ordered towards the end of November. By mid December it had not come. I sent a request asking about it and they replied saying it could take a month... so I waited for that month to end. It never showed. It is now over 2 months and I am to assume it will never get here. I am disappointed and will NEVER order from this website again. Plus I lost my money... bad deal dhgate.com!

I received my order, communicated with seller of how terrible poor quality item was. Shoes did not fit on my foot. The label describe 9 1/2 men's was wrongly labeled. I am still trying to return on how to return is nearly impossible very disappointed

I ordered a jersey and expected it to come in about 3 weeks. But to my surprise it came in only one week which is incredible for international shipping! I am sure to make more purchases on DHgate and am beyond pleased with the transaction.

I've now bought 5 different items from DHgate, it has been a great experience and the products so far have been top notch, love how easy it is to shop and communicate with the sellers, will shop again.

Where can you find quality like this (titanium & carbon fiber) for the $ I spent here? They even covered the shipping! Anytime I had questions in the past they respond ASAP. That's more than I can say for a lot of sites these days...

I've only ordered a few items from DHgate, but so far, so good! The items were excellent quality, and shipped extremely fast (to Canada). I was really surprised that the items were shipped free, but still came with a tracking number! DHgate were always quick with their order updates, as well.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience, and I'm glad I found this site. Thanks DHgate! :)

Worst customer service ever. Then they Doctor up evidence to make there case do there way. If you don't have the size I ordered. Don't go back and change my order to make it what you sent! I would not recommend this crooked company and I will never do business again!

The products I have recently purchased have exceeded my expectations. They were high quality and were as described. One arrived in two weeks the other, however took more than a month. The seller kept in contact and took care of the minor issue. I will continue to make purchase from DHgate.

Bought converter -doesn't work, bought vehicle navigation -working but maps 4 years old with cracked unit with impossible update, no dealing anymore with that website, customer service -no power at all, very bad experience
