I wrote a negative on d h gate regarding their lack of support and refusal to accept returns. Dh gate responded to my review online requesting my original order number, account name Ect giving the impression they were going to review my order. I send Dh gate the info hoping that maybe they might actually step up and do the right thing. No such luck. When they respond to your review on here it is just for looks. They do not really review your transaction and make it right. They are still crooks. Do not order from this site!
I will never buy from this site again. The dress does not fit and sits like a bag on me, even after paying for custom sizing. I asked for a refund and got given the run around and told I would be given $20 back. What a joke. I am going to tell everyone I know not to buy from this site. Customer service is appalling. I would encourage anyone to buy locally rather than this sham of a company with poor dress making skills. You think it is cheaper than butting in your own country until you get a dress you can't even wear. Never again! Very angry!
This is my new favorite Android TV Box. Price & performance is good and quality as well. Comes loaded with latest software, so very easy to setup. Only issue I've had is somewhat poor 2.4G WiFi performance, but 5G & Ethernet is great. Seller responds to questions and shipping was VERY fast! Will definitely do more business with this seller
While hesitant at first to use a site I've never heard of, I thought I'd give it a shot after looking at some outstanding reviews and well, it didn't disappoint. The massive range of selection means there is something for everybody and with the masses of community sellers, there is sure some competition so you can get yourself a good deal! My experience with DHgate has been very pleasant, however my main issue is the state of constant wonder whether my items will be delivered within the first two weeks or not. Really, the shipping is very very slow. In addition, some items I've purchased are unable of being tracked so I've no idea if they're arriving tomorrow or next week.
Ordered on dec 21 dh gate's website tracking deal said expected delivery 2/6/17 but change to 2/5/17 last night. The tracking number i was given says in transit received in china. I'm pissed. I contacted the seller and they told me to wait for it to ship that it takes a long time they are sorry. Here i am on the day it's supposed to be here and nothing. Very dissatisfied with this transaction. If i don't get the order very i mean very very soon i will be contacting my bank and contesting this charge. I have waited long enough.

I have been trying for some time to get a refund for a pathetic excuse of an order. The first real response to my issue- after MULTIPLE emails were NOT replied to- was after putting a bad review on this website. I immediately got multiple responses but guess what? They have yet to do anything but post on my review that they will do something. I have rarely been this frustrated with anything. I cannot caution any of you enough about using this website. If you do use them, go ahead and start an account with sitejabber because you are going to need it.

Reviews on this site are reliable and if you are selective you will find a large selection of item for amazing prices! I have been shopping DHGate for a few years now and have had great success- but I will admit that I am diligent in my selections. My best experience has been with the custom jewelry. Wonderful options and so very enjoyable. Furthermore- I have been able to send to my friends and family gifts I would have had to pay so much shipping for through DHGate at Christmas with a little planning. Over all my shopping experience has been exceptional.
This website works very well. I have received every product as described on the web.
And, one important thing that not every website has, it's the 24/7 online chat what is very useful to resolve any doubt you can have.
I recommend it, (always looking at the score of the seller.)
Presumably due to the review at sitejabber DHGate wrote a nice answer for the audience but they did not follow up with my problem. Thus, the conclusion remains the same avoid DHGate at all costs - no support or even respect for the valued customer.

Great Site, Place always has what I'm looking for, and at great prices. I saved 90% on my most recent transaction, which is insane!
I simply make sure the seller has a ton of positive feedback, and I buy with confidence! Yet to have a problem, and am a frequent purchaser.
Delightful to do business with; the silk scarves are lovely, the transaction was seamless and quick; I will order. The only thing I could possibly wish for is to be able to order all in one neutral or white color, so I can add my own dyes and surface design artwork.
Rh benson chrome light fixture came incomplete. Electrician could not hang fixture. Lens would fall off. Seller would not accept return because complaint was filed more than 7 days after i received fixture. Customer service kept promising me resolution.
In the end customer service would not help because it was 7 days after light fixture was delivered. Seller at dh gate was willustr. Very arrogant. Called me at midnight. I will never order from them again. My advice is: don't take a chance. I lost 245.52. Kl

DO NOT order from this website. Ordered dress that was completely different than pictured on website. The dress delivered was equivalent to a halloween costume! Asked for refund, their dispute was a waste of time! Took about 6 weeks and they didn't even ask me for my acceptance of dispute. Just decided on their own. Buyer beware!
I've used DHgate many times with no regrets. Their product suppliers are easy to deal with when issues arise. Meaning if there is a problem, which was very seldom, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I deal with DHgate due to the great quality of the products offered and their quality control over purchases.
I have only had 2 problems with received items and both times the seller was quick to resolve the problem. My only suggestion to improve service would be in providing more and better information on tracking or give options for quicker shipping. On a few occasions it has taken longer than what I was initially told to ship and with a few items on my latest order it has been 8/9 days with no info as to where the items are. Twice i had the tracking # changed after over a week and a half without any reason why. As I have said "all in all" my experience with DHgate has been excellent and I will continue to buy again.
I would recommend staying away from this site. They are impossible to get in touch with. Never respond to questions. When a dispute is at length resolved in your favour they make promises but don't send the refund.
During disputes communication is next to impossible since English is a second language resulting in frustration.

I came across DHgate and decided to give it a try for a few items that I was looking for (e.g. Team soccer shirts for the boys team). I was impressed with the price, good quality and responsiveness of the sellers (shipping to the US has been ion average 2 weeks). DHgate also creates a marketplace you can trust as they broker the relationships between buyers and sellers and assure the sellers will follow through. They don't release payment to seller until the buyer verifies receiving the goods, and also provide safety that if the goods don't arrive on time you'll get a refund.
Overall, very pleased with the experience in buying from this site from the US.
I can't say anything bad about dhgate. All of my orders came 100% working and within the given timeframe (of course not over night, do read the estimated delivery time guys). Of course I'm buying again.

I ordered a designer style handbag which arrived after 4 weeks creased and really cheap looking. I can't get any advice from the site and it is confusing to say the least to try to even email them.
I could have bought it for 10 euros on a Spanish beach... never again. I have learnt my lesson.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a brown leather jacket in medium and eventually it got delivered, it was black not even PVC and it was also double extra large! I tried to contact the company to arrange getting it replaced but they just completely ignored me! Stay away from them!
Quality of goods as described, Shipping times were pretty close as estimated, and a few even better... units of sale were pretty straight forward. Unlike some domestic vendors dance around actual numbers in lot with ambiguous nomenclature. And image depictions of goods. I will continue to search this site for goods I can resell.
Usually have good experience but lately I had one vendor that I purchased an item from that had four or five different delivery services. I paid $20.19 to have mine delivered within 2-6 days and four days later I'm checking the status of my order and it hasn't even been processed yet; so I contact the seller and they tell me that I should receive it in 11-25 days. I did not pay an extra $20.19 for that; so I had to cancel the order and buy from another vendor. So now I've wasted almost a week of my time trying to get my item(not happy). Some times the delivery service is terrible but most times is good.
Been waiting 5 months for a hockey jersey I ordered in January. Never received the product and can't seem to get any information from dhgate or the seller. I'm guessing I'll never see the jersey or my money which was basically stolen from me.

The package has arrived all beaten up and damaged. The tool didn't work as expected, so I opened it and realized that it was a non-working imitation! I complained to seller, he denied all charges. I have opened dispute with DHGate and submitted PDF with detailed fake proof. They requested to ship the item back to China. The return shipping will cost almost $200. DHGate has offered an in-store credit, but I'm not satisfied with this resolution as I am not willing to shop at DHGate again after such a dreadful experience. Stay away from DHGate!

Beware! The site's document upload feature only works with IE. No go with FireFox/Chrome. Customer support is slow and reluctant to respond. If you like me will get in trouble and need to return be ready for steep shipping charges back to China. The site's policy is that you have to ship goods back, then they *may* issue an in-store credit for return shipping, so you remain locked in to DHGate.
