I ordered a pair of pants on Saturday the 3rd and paid extra for 3 day shipping. When I looked at the tracking and it said the estimated delivery time is at the end of the day on thursday the 8th. I paid extra for 3 day shipping because I needed these pants to start my new job. I emailed $#*!ies and asked why. They couldn't even give me a proper email back. I got an email in return that said." 3 business days via UPS Total Time: 5-6 Business Days. That's not an answer and if it had said that anywhere on line before I purchased the pants then I wouldn't have made that purchase. They lie and then don't think they don't owe you an explanation.

I attempted to order during their Thanksgiving week sale. Each time I tried to place my order it would say that their website was no longer available. Come to find out each time I tried it was holding money from my account in case I finished my order. Thus charging me 5 times. I called on Friday and the customer service rep told me it would only hold my money for 24 hours. On Saturday I called again and they told me up to 48 hours. Monday I called again and they said 3-5 BUSINESS days (very rude, she told me I could do what ever I wanted, but would have to wait for their system to unfreeze my money). So still no order, but they have frozen my money for one whole week. Thanks for nothing and the inability to spend my $400 dollars. WILL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!

I returned two pairs of pants in January of 2024. It's now March 31st and still no refunds. Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.

T-shirts are a nice weight. They are not too thin and they wash well. They don't shrink and keep their shape.

Terrible delivery service through Fedex, and blocked my negative review. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this web site.
