I have used Diet Doctor for the last 17 months and have found it to be so informative. No selling pills, bars, or plans. Just practical information. I send all my patients here for help to restore their health. Amazing.

Diet Doctor is the place to look for the best health advice for everyone. Whether you want weight loss, or a return to metabolic health, or even the reversal of many chronic diseases, this site provides scientific evidence, and results based advice. As it's totally independent, never taking funding from any drug company, food company or anyone else with an agenda, you can trust the many presentations, testimonials, articles and posts. All information is presented in easily understood terms suitable for anyone. This is not the usual website seeking high cashflow but instead every member of staff, Doctors, nurses, and scientists are genuinely invested in guiding you to your best health and best way of life.
Ad-free and fun, respectful, community feel. Great recipes. Although there is a big emphasis on accessibility (lots of free resources for non-members), the information is not reductionist. You are given tools and links to the scientific research to help come to your own decisions on health matters.
I have spent my life in healthcare. As our understanding of the importance of controlled carbohydrate diets unfolded I witnessed many battles within the professional ranks. The public and our patients have been misled for 40+ years. Diet Doctor has had the courage to challenge the mainstream. Cannot speak more highly than that. Courage to alert us that the low fat thought police got it wrong!
The website is extremely user friendly and updated regularly. User Information is easy to find and ranges from absolute beginners material through to very experienced, so kind of a here's everything you need experience with great continuity. Articles and recipes again added to continually so things don't become stale. Very interesting and informative but I also feel Diet doctor is supportive and even nurturing hence my title. I like that it explains the why and why nots of the do and do nots but I really like the helpful advice given when slipping up and carrying out one of those do nots, we are human it happens and it's good to be prepared for that too. Another big plus is that so much is free of charge which is rare in today's market place, an admirable quality in my opinion giving the information to lighten you ranks way way higher than trying to lighten your pocket.
I've been doing diet since i was 16 years old and this is the first time that i don; t feel hungry anymore, with more energy and all the pain that i had on my joints went away.
Recipes are very simple and easy to make but nothing is bland or boring.
I've had lost 30 lbs since august 2018.
No products being sold, just honest free information for the betterment of ones health.
The truth is here for the finding, you can learn how to save yourself from many health problems quickly easily and safely. I have tried this information on myself. The result is lost belly fat, lean muscle, huge improvement in my Insulin/ Glucose levels and I believe a new lease on life.
Watch the videos, spring for the $9 for membership to be able to watch them all. Then apply them and after a couple of months check your health markers. If you are like me you will have a new lease on life and believe me when I tell you that feels fantastic.
There are some incredible doctors, scientists and specialists around the world who have made inspirational improvements to patient's health through diet alone. The Diet Doctor brings many of these people together and gives me access to their knowledge and research without having to worry about credentials and credibility. The recipes are great, interviews are excellent as are the movies. I love that there are no commercials or cash for comment.
I love Diet Doctor and subscribe to support the site for others who are just starting. The videos are extremely helpful and the success stories good for inspiration. I really feel I can trust the information they provide. I love Dr. Jason Fung's intermittent fasting videos and bought his enlightening book "The Obesity Code" which explained in clear terms exactly what I have suspected all these futile years of Weight Watcher's etc.
Eight months ago I did the two week challenge, hooked me instantly. I lose weight for the first time in years. 80 pounds down and I'm still going never stopping, never looking back. Love the doc and everyone else out there doing the same.

Answer: This is a keto low-carb diet, similar in many ways to other strict low-carb diets. This is an approach that has been extensively tested in dozens of high-quality studies, that have shown that it results in more weight loss, less hunger, and potentially increased metabolic rate. At Diet Doctor, we work to make low carb simple. And everything you need is available for free, forever. Our premium services are also free for a month. Answer: $9 per month according to the site. Hope that helps.
Answer: Hi Deborah! We don't sell or recommend specific supplements. Our premium program is free to try out for a month, after that it's USD 9.99 per month or 99 dollars per year. Losing weight happen at individual speeds that can not be predicted in advance, but realistically and long term 1-2 pounds per week is a very good result for a sustainable and enjoyable plan. That would thus take around 30 months at that speed, and the total cost of using our program for those 2.5 years (after the free trial) would be 250 dollars on the monthly plan or somewhat cheaper on the yearly plan.
