Both my grandchildren have uncommon names. It is so wonderful to be able to order them something so personalized. The books are adorable and wonderfully illustrated and my grandchildren love them.
I've purchased four if these books and it won't be my last.
I received my book ahead of schedule and it was exactly what I expected it to be. My son is thrilled to have a book with his name in it! :) I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I ordered a book for my granddaughter and failed to update to my new address before I submitted my order. I sent an email to customer support and although my order had shipped, LaQuinta helped make sure that my granddaughter would receive her book. Would use again without hesitation

I ordered the personalized children's books for all my younger nieces and nephews, they were thrilled seeing and reading there names in theses books. The paperback books had just enough reading for younger ones.

I ordered two books and the ordering, shipping was no problem. The books I received are of excellent quality. I ordered a hard cover one and a soft cover one and while both are nice, I prefer the hard cover, so future orders will definitely be hard cover books. Such a great idea to put child's name as a character in the book. I personally like the cover page where you can put a special note showing who the book was from.

I loved my photo blanket. The pictures were clear and crisp no pixels and the blanket is soft. There were so many choices with picture placement, how many pictures, the color of the blanket, the boarder, text, it was great picking out the pictures and style.

Bought a Groupon only to find out that it is impossible to use it as everything on the website is on sale and the Groupon is considered using two sale coupons. I spent 100 minutes chatting with customer service who was unable to help me and in the end told me I was lying. Delightful. Luckily Groupon has better customer service and I was able to get my money refunded. But I cannot get back my time.

I ordered 4 personalized books for Christmas for my daughters first Christmas on Nov 15. I received an email to say they were shipped Nov 22. My order number is: *******. I contacted the company on Dec 19 to inquire ablut my order, only to hear that they had likely been "lost in transit". How does a package of 4 books get lost? I have never had this happen in my entire life. I was really hoping to get these gifts before Christmas, as I ordered before the cut off time. If they thought they were lost, why was I not contacted? I have now had my messages ignored, when I requested they resend the order by fedex so they would arrive in time for Christmas. I am heartbroken that this personalized gift will not be here for my baby's first Christmas. I'm very upset with their customer service. I now have not heard back from them for several days about my order.

Wow! I am so surprised to see so many negative reviews. I had a really great experience ordering from Dinkleboo. I ordered 3 24"x24" canvases for our nursery and they arrived on time and are beautiful. The staff was very helpful to ensure the colors were correct (I was trying to match a painted wall) and I couldn't be more thrilled with how great they look.

I have 9 granddaughters and 6 grandsons. I have purchased 7 or 8 of these books for birthday presents for some of the granddaughters. The ones I have given so far have been a huge success with one even asking for more!

Answer: Hi Lynette, Both the soft and hard cover contain the same inside pages. It's just the cover that's slightly different. Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
