It's been a very easy experience in purchasing from Dinkleboo. I use groupon to purchase discounted soft cover books to personalize for my granddaughter. She has a very unique name and this is the only way I can buy her items with her name on them or in them. Thank you!
It has now been 45 days and no labels customer service keeps saying "a few more days" what kind of service does this company have to keep saying that to a client. Never again and I will be telling all the moms and mommy groups to not buy from this company.
Bought 2 books each for two great nieces & a great nephew. Paired with a stuffed animal that complimented the stories they were the perfect Christmas presents. I still have a personalized Christmas book from 1973 and think they will keep these forever too!

I've been using them for years, never fails right before school starts for my kids I order their labels. Great quality, great price, and super cute pictures. They hold up in my dishwasher with no issue. Will continue using them.

I ordered 11 different books for our grandchildren. I wasnt real sure of how good they would be, but figured the kids would get a kick out of seeing their names. When the books arrived, I sat down and began to leaf through and discovered my jackpot! They are extremely well written and I cant wait to give them out at Christmas! Ill be a returning customer!

Fantastic! Not only are the books adorable and educational sound ( retired elementary teacher w/40 yrs of experience) but whoever did my personalized books used the cousins names in both books WITHOUT my requesting them to do so. I ordered 140 xmas cards that had "Merry Christmas" in a script overlay over the photo. For reasons unknown "Merry Christmas" was not on the cards I received. I spent the first day trying to call but there was never any answer. So the next day I started a chat session. I spent approximately 10 hours, off and on, trying to chat with Angelina. She was great. They are lucky to have her! Unfortunately she was spread too thin and it took forever to get the order fixed, reprocessed and expedited. My fingers are crossed that I'll be able to get them sent out before Xmas day!

I ordered from Canada and was not getting the option to select "Free Shipping" as I had made the minimum purchase required. I started a chat and Agent Gracie took care of it for me. She was polite, patient, knowledgeable and was very professional. At the end, I was told Free Shipping was for the USA only but they would refund me the money once I placed the order this one time. I appreciated that as on Gracie's screen she was able to select "Free Shipping." I will definitely be ordering from them again - despite shipping costs as the customer service was amazing. I can't wait to receive my first shipment of books!

So excited to have received them early and in time before my kids started school. I happened to wait last minute and stubble across Dinkleboo and decided to give them a try (I usually get them else where.) Pretty much attached a name label on everything I could and random people always asks where I got them. My kids love them and they haven't peeled off and have washed all containers/water bottles a bunch of time. Will definitely order from Dinkleboo again.

These would have to be the worst labels I have ever purchased. The colour disintegrates in the dishwasher - (eco setting and in the top shelf). I've tried to contact customer service without any response. Whilst the labels look nice on paper, they do not work as advertised. Buyer beware. Update, customer service has now contacted me and will be doing a reprint as they feel it could be a faulty batch. I have to wait and see.

Dinkleboo is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered my books a month and a half ago and they are nowhere to be found! I have emailed and phoned them multiple times, no responses and no call backs. I am furious. I want my money back. I believe this may be a scam artist.

I originally bought the labels through Groupon, and have come back to buy more for my other child as well as the iron on labels. The original labels have stayed on my son's water bottles for over two years now with daily use. They get hand washed and also go through the dishwasher. The shipping was super fast and I like that it's a small business and local company. I've referred several friends to the Dinkleboo website to buy labels. We have everything labeled that went to kindergarten this year (pencils, folders, water bottles, forks for lunch boxes, crayon boxes, and clothing).

I bought the book "The Little Red Fire Truck" for my toddler. He loves when I read it to him. When he hears his name in the story he gets very excited. The illustrations are done in bright colors which is perfect to keep my son's attention. I'm very satisfied with my purchase from the Dinkleboo company. I can't wait to order more books.

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
