Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
This site is just a money scam!
I placed an order. First them ask me to pay 15.99Euro for verify handset, check unlock eligibility, and ensure correct network. Then they checked and confirmed that my phone should be unlocked.and ask me to pay another part of amount 63$. I accept it and paid them 63$ after than which I waited 3 weeks and today I received email from them that my phone can not be unlocked because of Bad ESN but my phones ESN was clean because first of unlock I checked it.
They refuse to refund my money back due to: As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances
But when I paid them 15.99 Euro and they confirmed that is that it can be unlocked, it turns out that they just deceived me and appropriated all my money just like that.
They are a scammers. I'm going to find a lawyer and file a complaint against them
After paying the unlock fee, telling my bank they were not fraud, they did not provide the service. This is a fraudulent company and I will be requesting a charge back through my credit card company as they did not perform a service and charged for that service anyway and then requested an additional payment to complete the service I initially paid for. Do not engage with this company and if you have I strongly encourage you to request a charge back through your bank and prevent them from making further fraudulent charges.

It's been 3 months since I paid for this service to unlock the Apple ID on my of one which they claimed they could do. I paid 19.99 and then after I paid for the premium service of 40.00 they still have not unlocked the phone and are not emailing me back. It's a big scam stay away from this site
They charge you a $4.99 fee to get you in, then $24.99 to I don't know but you already paid one fee, then they have the audacity to charge a third time. It would have been cheaper elsewhere. Oh and 48 hours now it says 7 days.

If you have money to blow then go for it. My boyfriend just asked me to do it I don't know if it works I will find out in a week

Was very happy with initial service but then was shocked to discover how much more i would have to pay. Your pricing for the whole service you provide needs to be advertisd more clearly when first going onto your site times were also longer than first posted.
They will charge you $35.00 and will not unlock your phone. If you phone is locked due to payment plans, they won't refund you if the carrier don't unlock it. It's a scam…. Don't fall for it. Instead contact the carrier directly, and request an unlock, it's free!
I have just recently had my son's iphone 4s unlocked - the process was very simple and done in fairly quick time -although it took a little longer than first expected as I think the provider was dragging their feet. It was also easy to use once I had notification that the phone was unlocked. Thanking you

They don't want to give the money back after they don't unlock. Stick with ebay or a company that uses paypal because then you can get a refund if the unlock does not work. They do not reply to e-mails or anything. They just try hide all their negative reviews. Call your credit card company for a charge back. Then they will finally reply, saying you are trying to cheat them! They are scum
It took a long while. But I am quite pleased with my unlocked iPhone. I completely understand what I wasn't the only one that needed this service. You guys were helpful even when I was impatient. Thank you very much for your service. I will recommend my friends to you.
Paid about £75 to unlock my iphone 6s, which was more than advertised on the front page, and then had to wait just over a week for the unlock rather than 24-72 hours advertised. But now it's working perfectly and was absolutely no hassle in terms of the actual process.
I requested a iPhone 6s locked to straight talk to be unlocked. Paid $28 for the first payment then $87 for the second. Was stated that it would take 1-7 business days for it to be unlocked. It had been more then 15 days now. According to the policy of it has been more then 14 days that I can get a full refund but the agent always emails me back saying to wait a little longer. How much longer do I have to be waiting? Wasted my money on something that didn't even work. Phone was going to be for my brother.
They made me pay $28 firs, then $60 more, it has been more that a month and the service has not been delivered. I demanded a refund and to stop the service immediately and they don't answer. I know now that they have done this to several clients. I want to denounce them, don't buy from them, is a scam.

I bought 4 services to unlock 4 different iphones of different networks, but they kept them in progress for more than 3 months, they didn't reply my emails, they didn't even refund me. $#*!ing scammers

End of January 2019 directunlock announced a "Premium Service" to remove iCloud account for all devices, including lost/stolen ones. I paid 100 POUNDS! And service time expected was 30 days. ONE FULL YEAR! Later I can say, no "premium" service has been provided, there is no indication available when the service will be completed, there have been very limited replies to requests (only 2 times) and only with standard wording. I asked for full reimbursement so that I can check alternative providers, but instead was offered vouchers. You will for sure agree with me that is quite ridiculous or shall I lose another year on a service not being performed?
Unfortunately I lost my money, but would like to avoid others to experience the same.
As with so many others, I have been scammed by this company. They first took £20 to remove the activation lock on my iphone. Then a day later they asked for £30 more, which I had to pay or lose my initial payment. Then my order was under way. Three days later I get an email saying that my iphone has been reported as blocked and lost or stolen. This is a lie. They said I could pay more to have their premium service unlock the phone. I have told them I want a refund of my £50 as they haven't provided the service I've paid for, and I'm not willing to pay more money to them after I've now seen all the negative reviews. I am awaiting their response. UPDATE: 12.09.2016. After advising them that I would file a complaint and leave bad feedback, I am pleased to say that they emailed me to say that their information that my phone was stolen or blacklisted was wrong, and they refunded my money.

Took a little longer to unlock than I expected and cost more than I expected but was kept informed about the status of the unlock. Overall was very impressed the whole experience and have the peace of mind knowing that my phone has been unlocked professionally. Would recommend and use again in the future.
It's been over 16 days since I ordered and still haven't received my unlock code. I asked for a refund several times and their answer was that the order can't be cancelled while it is being unlocked, but once I receive the code, apparently I can get a refund if the time it took was longer than the time frame given under "Terms and Conditions" which I cannot find on their website. I asked for a link to Terms and Conditions and they never provided it to me.
The service was amazing, I was so worried about using this website and putting my card details in because I was unsure of the website. But now I would recommend this web page to anyone that is looking to get their mobile phone unlocked.
When ordering on mobile site it says £19.99 for unlock and a 24-72 hour unlock. It says nowhere about the additional charges and 18 days to complete the unlock. Found the whole service misleading and they don't tell you till they've got your money.
After costing me about $100 usd, they never done what they promised in 3 different orders
1. Icloud unlcok
2. Network unlock ( after the initial payment and checks, they confirmed the unlcok is ready but the carrier need additional money to cover the potential lost and I paid that and waited 3 days and they said the just wait, the unlcok is under way
Finally they said the phone is blacklisted although after the check process before it showed the phone is clean
3. Network unlock is ready and again require additional payment and will take 24-72 hrs and the waiting period is four days which would be 7 or more duo to the Corona!
They are thieves and any network unlock done is through the carrier only and not through unlock servers as they claimed

I purchased this unlock all the way back on November 10th for an iPhone XR and it's been stuck on imminent unlock for two days. I've sent multiple emails and have gotten no replies and the timer itself hasn't moved from 6 days and 6 hours in three days!
Complete scam. I paid over $200 in fees and got nothing. They just keep saying pay this fee then another fee is required for premium service. They even gave a refund for one payment but then asked for another. Total scam.
I tried they're services on Oct 2,2021 to unlock a T-Mobile S21 device, they returned as unlocked but when i try to unlock, shows Unlock failed reason code: 255. I have emailed them multiple times, they ask me to send video of my error, i sent them my video request and nothing back from them or response.
Stay away from this company, they'll pretend to help you but stop responding when you have errors.

It feels good to wait and finally have my iPhone 6 plus unlocked by official unlock. Am really enjoying my phone now and to tell it all. Official unlock in a trust worthy website you can relay on for you unlocking.
Do not use this service unless you want to guess how much it will end up costing. They run one test which you pay for - then make up some BS and tell you the next step is double the price of the first one. All in all -this is a true scam with an open-ended price range and shady fine print on every step of the way.
Do not use unless you want to throw money into a pit. After paying $30 - they want $60 more to unlock a $20 flip phone. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
