Very impressed! I was concerned to start with but the customer reviews and amount of 'unlocks' convinced me to go this way to unlock a phone purchased on ebay. The service was straightforward and I was very pleased with the email updates. I hesitated because of the price but now I am very happy that it was value for money as it was the easiest, most straight forward way to unlock my phone. Thank you!

AIfter buying a locked iphone from a third-party (Ebay), i was in a fix when O2 turned down to do the Unlock. I engaged officialiphoneunlock.com last week for the job. And astonishingly, they did the job quickly within the promised time. Excellent Service with cooperative staff.

100% for your wonderful service to unlock an old phone to give to a family member who sadly had a stroke on the morning of lock down and remains in hospital without visits. To say I am ignorant I'm matters of tech would be an understatement. So THANKYOU x

I doubt this service has really meant for unlocking the phones,
I recently i purchased for iPhone unlocking service and paid 20 lbs, and i see status shows 50% complete in their website. To rest 50% complete and to get the code need to pay another 50 British pound, stating as said before buying this service agreement.

I having big doubt this site really meant for unlocking or sucking money.

Do not give them your money, they charged me 78$ and the did not accept to return it to me as well as they claimed that they cannot unlock the phone. By the way they said to me they could unlock it at the beginning.

Direct unlocks is the worst company in the world they are scammers they take your money tell you That they can unlock it then 15 days later they say they can't unlock it and then they keep your money don't give you a refund they give you site credit to use on something else and you probably won't ever use it. It's a scam there's scammers all they want to do is take your money and not give it back do not use that company

Went on there website and it advised it was a total of £23.99 to unlock an iPhone so on 02.
Received an email it would take up to 24 hours to process and then would be unlock.
Just received second email to say it is now ready to unlock, but now need to pay a further £29.99 to unlock it loud.
I have emailed demanding a refund under the distance relation sellers act as they have mislead and miss sold the product to me. Failing that I will be doing a charge back with my bank

Hey I'll be honest, I was very dubious about this. I read a lot of the feedback to see what other people wer saying because I wasn't sure if it was a scam or not. I needed my iPhone unlocked urgently so I went ahead with it. 2 days later I got the email and my phone was unlocked. Brilliant service and I would definitely recommend it.

You are led to believe that you can get your phone network unlocked for £11.99. However, the £11.99 is merely for them to confirm the information you've already provided them, like your model and the network the phone is locked to. So in essence, stuff already know, but they charge £11.99 for the privilege of confirming your correct! Then they hit you with a further cost of £26 to actually unlock it. Absolute con.

Don't deal with them, they are scammers. Don't believe them about the the payment. They charge me $26 and they sent an email to pay another $30 to get the unlocking code. That's insane. When I asked them why they said that they mentioned that when I made the first payment which is not true. Scammers Scammers Scammers...

After conducting preliminary research, and reading more than 50 positive reviews in different pages, their platform seemed trustworthy and their promises convincing. The service was great, I entered the appropriate details and was advised when tracking the process that there may be 24 hours remaining, this was plenty fast enough for my requirements, and the service seemed to be working well, so I sat back to watch the tv. About half sn hour later I got an email saying that the process was complete, I entered the details into the phone and it unlocked in an instant. The process was very fast. Far faster then expected, and was very pleased with the efficient results. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs to unlock any phone without hassle, and at a very reasonable cost.

If you don't care about your hard earned money, then this service is for you. Spend $70 to be told iPhone cannot be unlocked. They drag you from one service to another! Why not check if the iPhone can be unlocked for a fair fee before having customers pay hefty for useless service?!

I have been waiting since March for my phone to be removed from iCloud data base, sent them a mail they responded it could take up to 6 months if you don't want to wait we will refund you with a another unlock voucher. I spent a lot of money by using this service I first used direct unlock and I paid money there, then they told me to wait for the premium to come out, I waited and eventually it came out and I had to fork out more money and still do date I'm still waiting for my device to be removed from previous owners iCloud! And I sent them numerous emails back and fourth and they only replied once to my first email. I wouldn't advice anyone to use this company or these people they a bunch of scammers! If they where so truthful why wouldn't they respond to emails or anything and why don't they offer people money back instead of vouchers!

I've used these guys three times now to unlock my iPhone's having read reviews and doing various checks I felt these were the people to use.
They were very efficient and prompt in dealing with my request the first and second time completing within days but the last time took three weeks! Apparently a problem with Vodaphone.
I will use them again due to my first experience to see if the service is quick again

I paid over $100cad to have my phone unlocked only to get a message that unlock was rejected and I needed to pay another $100 to get more help. I have contacted the company several times and never received a response. Will be filing these as fraud charges for services not rendered with my credit card company.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because it took a few days to get the code. Also, I had to make two separate payments but I guess that was my fault for not reading through. I was just so anxious to get my phone unlocked and clicked on the first thing I saw. However, after the second payment, I was given a tracking link to monitor the progress and when I finally got the link, it worked as soon as I entered it with no issues whatsoever. Everybody kept telling me it was scam and I would never get a code and if I did that it still would not work, but ohhhh boyyyyy were they wrong. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this service. Just be prepared for the wait.

This actually worked! I'm surprised I was looking thru the bad reviews hoping it was not a scam and it wasn't! Make sure you no you do have to pay 2 separate fees of 32$ make sure the device is paid off and you have the correct imei number and it will work thank you

I don't know how this business works but in the states we call this false advertisement and a scam. When I first came across this site they promised a FREE unlock check and guaranteed a permanent unlock. Even after paying the £19.99 I was deceived to believe that my IMEI was "ready for release." Then they made me pay £49.99 because "the unlock was ready" and it would be completed between 4-7 day. It wasn't until 20 days later that they said that the phone was barred and could not be unblocked. The only reason I paid the fees was because I was led to believe that my phone would be guaranteed to work. So they charged me £70 and I got NOTHING in return. They refuse to give me a refund.

I was a little weary about using this service, but it actually worked! I sent in the request at 17:00 UTC on Friday and they said it would take 24-72 hours. They emailed me at 21:00 UTC that same day saying it was done. I waited until I could verify the phone worked on another network before writing this review. It works no problem.
