Obviating the fact that it will cost much more than the initial 19.99 pounds they will ask you, they succeeded unblocking my iPhone 6 from the Japanese carrier SoftBank, known for being a very complicated carrier when asking them an unblocking. The time the process took was also very fast: less than one week. In my case, it worked.

I had received an email that my phone couldn't be unlocked due to it being financed. I was hesitant on doing the premium service from thoughts of it being a scam. It seemed to easy. Since the unlock service doesn't offer a refund, I took the risk. Anxiously awaiting, a week later I got an email; I grabbed the phone & popped a Verizon SIM card in it & was jumping with joy! I have never been more pleased and happy to come across this site. I work with electronics & this site is like a godsend! I am ecstatic! Highly recommend!

Fast and easy and up to par with the latest software and technology guahan was by far the best person for my job he was just so helpful and was working hard to get my job done and let me tell you he did without breaking a sweat lol ( he was sweating) took longer than he expected but boom done love it thank you again!

Direct unlocks told me that they could unlock my new phone in 5 days. When 5 days expired, they then told me 7 more days. I requested them to forget it & return my money...No answer...Careful, they are in the UK & charged me $120, for NOTHING!

Had my locked Sprint iPhone 5s for 6 months, going from unlock shop to unlock shop with them all saying they could not unlock my phone. As a last attempt I used officialiphoneunlock and within 2 weeks my phone was unlocked. Could not be happier with this service. Thanks so much.

Direct unlock he's a liar I do not recommend to anybody to do business with them they don't have a phone number to contact them to ask them that's a scam and the liar and the bad bad bad customer service!

Although alittle bit pricey compared to others worth every penny prompt service regular updates and does exactly what it says on the tin forget the cheaper option you get what you pay for and these guys do what they say they will do 5 star

Paid them 35 at first then 45 an then text back after 7 days talking they credit me to use they website for other phones I want my money back on my card never useing this site ever good luck to whoever decides to use them u been worn by me

Signing up to get it is no problem, The wait you have for unlock too clear the Carrier is not down to OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk its as always with these things the Carriers slowness to get job done. I must say that EE have been the quickest too clear the unlock happening in just around 3 days
This is the 3rd time I've used this service and has been great every time.

I was a bit dubiase about using an online site and with some of the other reviews! But they were very informative and kept me up to date with the process and how long it would take. It took about a week to have the unlock code, which was quick as other shops or networks said two weeks to a month. I would definitely recommend these to friends and family!

I have tried last 2weeks to email them but no one replied about my few problem with my pre-order and one unlock returned. They told me that as return lock i will get my money credit account but i haven't got anything. After that i try to call but more than one hour waiting no response. Still i am struggling to contact with them. You guys read my review please help me.

They are a scam! AVOID!
They took my money and did not do the job! They also ignore all the emails you send. I've lost £25 (or shall I say they've stolen my money!). Avoid this company at all costs! Go for a different company.

They advertise an unlocking service for $17.99 specifically for my phone model and carrier. After I paid that, they wrote me saying that they have contacted my carrier with the details of my specific device, who told them that my device was indeed eligible. However, they asked for an additional $42 to unlock it (and no refund possible for the $17.99). I paid the additional amount, and a few days later they wrote me saying that they were not able to unlock the phone, and they would only refund the money if I sent them proof of purchase for my device. After I sent the proof of purchase, they replied that they will not reimburse the money, but only offer credit towards another unlock (which we already know does not work anyway).

Hi, Initially I suspected whether this site will unlock my phone or is it also a scam like other fake sites. I took risk and ordered iPhone 6S unlock, to my surprise it delivered the unlock exactly within the time frame as mentioned. My phone is unlocked now and I'm able to use it with any sim without any restrictions :) :)

I was hesitant at first to unlock my iphone 5 at iphoneunlock.co.uk, but as I see on other reviews and also look for other site that can unlock phones they are the cheapest, so I tried it and I am very happy that now I got my iphone 5 unlocked in just 2 days. I am very thankful.

02 refused to unlock my iPhone 6s and I spent a day looking at different companies online that would do it properly. I really was sceptical that it would work - I assumed I was just going to get ripped off but took a chance here and sure enough 48 hours later I have my 'Three' sim in and working! So happy.

These guys are scammers they make you pay $28.99 then they take you to the link which demands another $50, for an out of contract, or unfinanced or a completed payment phone. Well you morons, if the phone was out of contract and did not have any payments then the carrier themselves would unlock it wouldn't they,you bloody scam artists,the other option was unlockable (see attached photos for the scam), contract carriers cannot be unlocked, this option is unavailable so they want to charge you $89 for not being able to unlock your phone, T-Mobile in this particular case

This will not give you an unlock code. It will tell you what network your phone is locked to, which you already know. Then if you decide you're going to go ahead anyway (because it didn't that much for the mistake) you will then discover that the fee you have now paid is for a check to see if it can be unlocked. Then it just snowballs... STAY AWAY. IT'S A SCAM...

Put simply, stay away. I have reported this company to Trading Standards in the UK. Google is your friend, don't believe the reviews / hype advertised on their website. Remember they have thousands of affiliates making money from promoting their unlock service and their website is insecure and NOT protected via McAfee Secure, the seal is fake, reported to McAfee direct. Be warned, don't be another lost cash statistic.
They have zero support after you pay and you have no chance of refund, approach your bank and get a charge-back only option (and even then they threaten you with blacklisting IMEI, (which ofcourse they wont and can't anyway!) Don't be fooled by the telephone support number, no one ever answers. Terrible experience, never again..

They definetely took really long 3 weeks overall. When they advertised for 72hrs. However I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Its worth the wait. When u order do not expect it to be on the deadline.

Ordered unlocking service in 2th July 2019 now is 15th November 2019 works not finished!

- First payment was on 17.99 Pounds 1 Jul
- Second payment was 30.00 pounds on 2 Jul
- officialiphoneunlock.co.uk told me that they will unlock my phone within 7-10 business days.
- In total, I was paid 187.99 pounds!

But still no any news from this company, my phone still locked!
On email does not answer, Ignored completely!

The experience was great and quick, I was informed in every step of the unlocking which was really good. Now my phone is unlocked and enjoying it. I have told a few of my friends to use the site to unlock their phones too. Price is reasonable.
