Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
On 5/26/16 I received a your email. It was written that the IMEI of my iphone was unlocked but it is not so. To date it is still locked.

This unlocking service was very easy to use, and they quoted 36 hours to unlock and it was done in half the time! They also gave plenty of directions on how to use the carrier unlock code in case it didn't work the standard way! I highly recommend them and would use again!

My iPhone got unlocked within a week and I can track the status through online also. Never had any issues with unlock and now I can use any sim without worrying.
I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 unlock and paid 20 GBP. After a few days, I received an email telling me it costs an additional 100 GBP to unlock my phone. Total scam. They ask for little money at first (about 20£) then they a few days later will ask for a lot more ~70£, then they will say your phone is blacklisted. Nobody will ever answer emails, phone calls or chat.
Be aware. If you have been scammed contact your cc company and they will reverse the payments.
Hi this website does exactly what it says however sometimes depending on what carrier your phone is locked to may take longer then the time it says so do take that into account as that is what I found
First of all my iPhone is unlocked, that is great. I was charged 20 GBP first, after three days again 40GBP for premier service. Second time I was a bit hesitant to move forward; but I took a chance. Then finally after 4 more days it was unlocked.
I know I can see the progress in percentage, it would also be nice if I can see estimated days left, I mean if you guys do a lot of unlocks everyday you know how long it takes as per your data. And it would be better if they did the premium at the very first time, instead of two step process and the wait time.
But these suggestions apart, it was a great service.
Pago 78$per lo sblocco del mio telefono, dopo tutti i controlli mi dicono che il mio telefono non ha un codice di sblocco, e mi rimborsano con una nota di credito da usare sul loro sito(cosa che a me non serve perché se non mi possono sbloccare il telefono non ho bisogno di nessun altro servizio) così la uso per lo sblocco di un iPhone 15 pro di un collega qua in libano, opere ione effettuata senza problemi a parte il fatto che il telefono continua a non funzionare anche dopo le centinaia di email mandate, a cui rispondo sempre di provare a fare dei passaggi sul telefono che cmq non lo fanno funzionare.
Da quello che ho capito ho perso i soldi non è una ditta seria assolutamente non ci cascate.

Had two unlocks with these for two iPhone 5s with Vodafone out of contract but still in my name 19 days later I am still waiting I could of put a free pay as you go sim in to get unlock quicker have asked for refund but told to wait then told yesterday it can't be done where's my refund! Initially they ask for small amount 19.99 Euro. Once you pay they will say I have to pay additional 30 Euro. They have fake site it will change the terms once you make initial payment. They rarely reply to your emails. They dont have any contact address. Stay away from them as they will cheat you 100%
Ok, I really don't like to talk or write bad about others but this time is to let others that this service is a total scam. At first they trick you with the "Pre-Order" price and then you have to pay like 100 pounds to "get the job done" then after waiting a lot I finally received a confirmation email telling me that my phone was finally unlocked. I change the sim card to finish the unlock process just to find that the unlock wasn't true.
I've tried to get a response by email and writing them directly in their support page link provided when you receive the confirmation but after 1 month I haven't get any help.
If you can report this site as a fraud I recommend you to do it so they can not steal money from more people.
BTW I'm from Mexico and my phone still locked to Iusacell so if you're looking for this service try another site or guy.
This is absolutely a scam and after reading the comments below it confirms it. My story is pretty much the same as below. They didnt tell me about other charges, then requested a second payment almost immediately. Since then I've been stuck on a screen telling me my request is pending (its been over a week now). Estimated time says imminent smh! They need to be shut down asap! They are taking money away from so much people.
I found the websites instructions on how to unlock my iphone simple and quick to follow. The price asked for the service was very reasonable. The results were as promised and I now have a permanently unlocked iphone!

My son passed his iphone to me as he did not like it? It was locked to o2 but for travelling I needed it unlocked so I could use payasyou go sims as and when. It did a lot longer than advised (due to o2 problems I was told) and I was updated at regular intervals. However when it came through it was a seamless operation and I would have no hesitation in using the system again. Thanks
I feel cheated by you taking 10 days to unlock my phone. You advertise 24-72 hours in the full knowledge that it takes much longer for the provider to unlock in this time frame. For what you charged I expected the service to be quicker than going direct to the provider.

They do nothing, just collect your money and ask for more money when they can't deliver what they said they will do. They are hackers, try to hacked into my phone and steal my information, and probably domestics terrorists stealing people identities. Stay away.
My iPhone 5 was unlocked in approximately 4 days, which I thought was quick although longer than the advertised 24-48 hours. It was quick and easy to do and I would use the site again if I needed to unlock a phone in future.
I paid to unlock an iPhone 5s from sprint and it did not work. I also bought the icloud unlocking service which worked. But be sure find my iphone is not activated or you still will not be able to get into the phone
I bought an icloud ilock, it failed because they claimed the phone I had was a difficult case because it was reported as lost, they didn't reimburse me and never mentioned that some cases may not work. I have accepted that reality, but then they marketed a premium service that unlocks all icloud unlocked phone whatever the circumstance is, including phones marked as lost. I bought that "premium" service in January 2019. YES: 2019. So I have paid this company 100GBP in total. They promised for the phone to be unlocked in a maximum time of 90 days. It has been a year and a half now, and the phone is still locked, the phone has lost all value it had, they answer one over 5 emails I send, and they do not accept to reimburse me what I have paid for a service they have failed to provide as promised.
Totally unacceptable.
