I wanted to unlock my phone before going on vacation where my sims card would not work. I had another sim and just needed to unlock my phone. Paid for this service, was charged an additional fee to not have my phone unlocked. My own carrier was able to unlock because the time came. Purchased this on 6/17 and it is still imminent. Contacted the company multiple times to get the same automatic response. Tried to dispute the charge through the bank but couldn't get refunded for this garbage because my OWN service was able to unlock my phone. Now I'm out $60 then was ended up being a free service..

The quote a price and it looks good, you pay enter you info and then 30 seconds later comes the extortion email. In essence it says the phone codes will be released upon another payment of 30 bucks. You ask yourself, like they know you will... should i flush 30 bucks or throw another 30 to jut get it now? You send the 30 bucks and get another notification that it's going to take days now... WHY? COVID the new way to rape consumers. I will update in the event the code doesn't work of if never even get one... STAY CLEAR OF THE CROOKS!

I ordered for unlock my iphone7 which is locked to boost network. Initially they asked for 28$. After i paid 28$, they came back to me asking for more 40$ to unlock. I paid the 40$ too. And now they are saying my iphone is either stolen or in contract with sprint and they cannot do the unlock, whereas my phone is completely not in contract and not stolen.

I request everyone not to go with this direct unlock and loose your money.

After initial payment for 28.99 I received an email that said halfway there.just 50.00 more for unlock.Thought I was getting scammed so I wrote them an email back and I was informed that had I read the small print I would known about the additional charges.When I did I realized it was my fault for not reading through whole paragraph. I sent in the 50.00 I was told 4-5 days.26 hours later I received my unlock code and had immediate service. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Directunlock to all my friends.

They take 140$ from me to unlock my 2 iphone 8 which they are clean on all websites
But they are keep requesting more money and premium services
After that they dont respond to my emails and they dont refund
They are providing another fake vouchers for the 140$ ( 2 orders not 1)

If you are looking for a trusted site to unlock your sim card lock this is the one, i was myself a lil bit not sure if i try it or not, but my brother recommended it to me and i tried it and it worth the try, the reason i gave 3 stars out of 5 is just one reason that the unlock process took too long, my phone was lock to sprint 99x i understand its a bit difficult unlocking to this carrier but i just think it took more than it should but other than that is perfect

Easy instructions to follow on screen.

Paid £52,98 (£19,99 + £32,99) almost the value of the phone to unlock it, but they claim they cannot unlock it and I need to pay more for the premium service but it is not available at the moment. Asked them to refund so I can go to another unlock service provider, but they didn't!
That's the reason they don't accept PayPal!
They did not unlock the phone, did not refund, stopped reply emails!

Having trolled the web for free sites that turn out to be anything but, I chose this site, it appeared official and it delivered exactly as promised, to time and no embedded nasties.
Highly recommend rather than go for hidden jailbreak scam and have to pay again and again.

I paid 49 pounds for a release, a release operator (20 September) and 99 pounds (26 September) to a release from the factory. I did not get anything and do not respond to emails. For me it is a scam! Do not Give them money!

A big scam they have taken almost 80 $ and they didn't unlock my iPhone as they promised they said it was registered lost or stolen and it's not I'm sure it's not registered that way they asked at first for 28.99$ then they said that my iPhone should be auto unlock which cost 50 $ more and after I maid the second payment they said it will take seven days to unlock my iPhone then after three days they contacted me and said they can't unlock my iPhone and they will refund my money as a credit note to spend on their website as I would want to spend more money on thier website which has no other services than unlock your phone
Another note they reply to every one with the same stupid message...I want my money back the same way a gave to that's what a refund means instead you gave me a credit note which can't do anything with but to spend it on your website

Maked an order two weeks ago for unlock icloud and they say that the device is stolen and gives me a voucher (before this i have payed 19 pounds and only after they say that is a pre-order and if i want to continue i need to pay other 30 pounds!). I have sended a proof that isn't stolen but they haven't reply about this and don't wont to give me a refund! Fake fake fake, don't trust them, it's only a waste of money!

Official iPhone unlocking site is really useful for unlocking in affordable cost. When the local places are charging very high price, they are charging a reasonable price. And the process duration is only 48hours which is really very short time period. I will definitely recommend this.

The process was very easy, they keep you updated it almost daily until your device is unlocked. Great overall experience.

Yes it took 21 days to unlock my phone, the site gives a timescale 24 - 72 hours i waited over 500 hours. The only time i ever got a reply to my emails is when i threatened to get in touch with bbc watchdog because i was convinced i was being scammed. Officialiphoneunlck kept saying its out their hands it was up to the server and they could not give me a timescale when my phone would be unlocked, in my opinion its the server who wags the tail in this relationship.
Bit of advice to all find a friend who is on the same networks as the phone your wanting unlocked and ask them to do it for you it costs nothing, with this company it will cost you at least £50 pounds...

They collected about $90 from me via BITCOIN and talk me my iPad will be unlocked in 48hrs. After payment no responds from them what so ever. Sending me scripted email. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

First they make you believe that you're paying $23 after that they will ask you to pay additional for direct unlock. Thieves

Website doesn't tell you the first charge is to see if you can unlock the phone and then they charge you again afterwards to unlock. Afterwards, they weren't able to unlock it and tried to issue a credit. I started a dispute and they threaten to blacklist your phone. I'm going with the dispute anyway. The website is a complete scam.

The unlock went smooth enough, I was informed of the status of my order when it was in progress. However, the part that I did not like was that I was not told the actual price of the unlock before I paid for it. After paying 19 pounds as listed on the price list, I was asked to pay 24 pounds more to get the actual unlock.

The service was good the only complain that I have is that is not clear the cost of the service. Initially paid nearly £20 but after I was asked for another nearly £40. Will be nice if was clear that unlocking the phone will have cost me £60.

Even though I paid $140.06, they could not unlock my iPhone 4S from Guatemala. Their last email asked for more money, guaranteeing me that they can unlock any iPhone from any company. They said that my phone has been reported lost. When I check with the company, they said that it had not. No refund... will not respond to my emails.

Pay wait a week and then they say that they can't unlock it and that they will give me a credit, I don't want a credit with them because they can't solve the unlock and they don't return the money attentively with that
