Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I ordered the unlock for my phone with OfficialPhoneUnlock and then started to read how they are scammers! NON OF IT, they have kept me informed every step of the way and, although over the 24-48 hour timeframe advertised, my daughters phone is now unlocked and in perfect working order.

Unlock took 9 working days to complete rather than the 1-3 working days advertised. However, this was due to a backlog with Vodafone rather than with officaliphoneunlock. During this time I was kept completely up to date, receiving email updates every two days. Unlock was delivered over the air with no need to connect to iTunes. All in all a really good service and would recommend using this company again.
I used this company for unlocking my iphone prepaid for walmart plan. It even took more than 14 days to do it, but it failed and is just giving a fxxking useless credit note. This is totally insane. It made a customer wait more than 14 days which is double to the promised date. And then now just give a credit note which I would never use in my whole life? Never buy it. Fxxking axx company at all.

I unlocked my iPhone 5s through this site and had no problems at all. I had an email saying it was unlocked put my new sim in and i am off and running. Good service they have done exactly what they said they would, if you have an iPhone to u lock I would recommend you use these guys.
Their page says that you only have to pay 28$ to unlock your phone, but after this step they confirm that your phone can be unlocked and want you to pay another 50$. This is not correct.
I then contacted them asking for a refund and they said I was not entitled to a refund.
DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY.

I have read mixed reviews about these people but a I have to say, to be fair my experience with them has been first class. They made the timelines of their service absolutely clear and delivered within 48 hours in the working week, without a hitch. I couldnt have asked for better service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them based on my experience.
I didn't know the process exactly when I purchase pre-order.
I was very surprised when I received the mail after pre-order was done.
I notice that I need to pay more after pre-order.
So I think it's better to let user know pre-order directly.
At first I was sceptical about the site and contacted them by email, in which I got a reply within an hour so thought if I'm gonna unlock my phone I've got to trust someone so I payed up. In the 48hrs that it said my iPhone 6 was unlocked oohh happy days...
I've updated changed my sim a few times and connect to iTunes and everything is working good and is permanent unlocked so don't put it off trust me everything will be ok

In my case it was awesome. I tried to unlock through thier site on weekenend. Surprisingly i got the mail on monday that the phone was unlocked. My iphone got away from loneliness. Thanks. Here more i m going to unlock another phone within this week. Thanks a lot again...
These guys seem to be based in the Seychelles (Indian Ocean), but the WHOIS for the website claims it is registered in Belize, Central America. If that doesn't ring alarm bells with you, then I don't know what will...
Once you've paid your money to these scammers, it's probably gone for good (or rather evil), but (at least in the UK), they need to operate through a credit/debit card payment system such as No-chex, which IS subject to the UK financial regulation authorities.
In my case, a strongly worded email to *******@nochex.com resulted in my £19.99 being promptly refunded to my credit card. So, forget about dealing with the guys in the Seychelles, go after the card payment company and get a full refund with apology!
This was my first time using Direct Unlocks but I'm totally satisfied with the services they provided helping me unlock my phone and the process didn't take long at all once we got everything settled

Stay well clear of these bunch of thieves, they took my money could not unlock my phone after 7 days of them trying even though on their website it says it would take between 0 and 22 hours and if they couldn't unlock my phone I would be entitled to a refund. They pawned me off with a credit note when I emailed them asking for a refund not a credit note they refused to answer me. Bunch of thieves.
The unlock process was ok. I had to oay extra money for a premium service so the total cost was around $80 instead of the $28 quoted when I put in the options.
So that was a little unexpected. Also after I payed the premium it took a week and a half to become unlocked. But it turned ok and it works good
Never trust this site... i ordered 69£ for unlocking my iphone, they were not able to unlock it because it has status stolen/lost and they dont want to return money even if on the site they say that if unlock doesn't work u will receive your money. Don't trust them. I will denounce them untill i get my money back
This was so easy! Was a bit dubious of getting my iPhone 5s unlocked on the Internet. I live in the UK and the phone was locked to the USA. The initial order for unlocking was on a secure website which gives the buyer great confidence in the company.It only took just over 24 hours and my phone is unlocked!
At first I thought it was a scam cause man it made me pay 29.99 then 50 and it took awhile to finally unlock after the next 5 days, went on settings to see if it actually unlocked, man I was surprised to see it actually unlocked, thank good it wasn't a scam

Iphone 6s voda unlock £19.99, then £24.99, then anextra £60, and allegedly, you cant cancel a pre order, well trading standards say different, return my money thieves.

I was one of the new people they had scammed. Its been more than two weeks and havent heared anything about my order. Lesson learned, I didnt read reviews first before placing my order. Dont trust this fraud company, every single thing they have on their site is BS. These MF's should be in jail for stealing other peoples hard earned money!
They told me that the time it took is 24-48 hours. And I spent over a month working. And do not respond to messages I send him.
I have no answer for them.
