The service was very profesional stating all the details I had to know and was very easy to complete the steps necessary to unblock your phone. It is a service that I have not been able to find anywhere else over the past two years so I found it very useful. I would recomend it if you need to unblock a phone but I would also recomend finding out whether the phone works properly first before unlocking because there are no refunds.

My tongue language is german, so i'am sorry for my bad english. I can really commend the service of this Site. Took a lot longer to compleat than I would have liked nearly a month but they did keep me informed every step of the way not sure if I would use site again payed more than I would have going through my moble provider didn't mind paying extra for what was meant to be a "quick" service but was let down by the speed of the transaction

I sign up their premium service and promise to unlocked my iphone regardless with status, but seems their advertisement is complety FALSE... how to make refund of my money, pls advice me how to get my money back

So, I had looked up the reviews for unlocking an iPhone and direct unlock was highly recommended but in my experience it's not. First of all, there's a non-refundable deposit which wasn't stated anywhere! All it's say is that if they aren't able to do the certain unlock that it'll require a different unlock. In my case, it was a simple sim unlock. I feel scammed, in order for them to continue they say that another payment is needed! Please save your money and go somewhere else.

In 2013 year I order sprint unlock. My iPhone was clean(not blaclisted) but after some days they said that it is blacklisted and they can't refund me money. Only refund on my web account.
Now I want to order iCloud unlock, but can't pay using my money on web account. And they don't answer on my emails!

I was responded to quickly and efficiently when needed. My only problem and I think possibly unique to me, was once it was unlocked I had a problem as I needed to connect to my computer and due to numerous reasons this wasn't easy. If you could find a guaranteed way to just unlock without connecting to ITunes I think would be an advantage. Otherwise great service

I wasn't sure if it could unlock my phone from Softbank until I decided to have a try and sure enough I was happy with the service and follow up emails. I got a total of 7 emails to let me know the status of my phone. Now that is unlocked I'm very satisfied with your company. Thank you.

I placed my order on unlock iPhone 6S+. After 15 days I got a mail from them that it requires premium service to unlock the phone which will charge additional money. I paid the additional charges and again startrd waiting. After 25 days of waiting finally my phone is unlocked. Their service is good but it needed 40 days to unlock my phone. The worst thing is I found no phone number to contact with them and the reply of my queries were not informative. All they asked to go to the FAQ page for any query. I expect better customer service.

The wording on the site leads you to believe that you can easily unlock your device within 24 hours, but they neglect to tell you that there's a fee for preordering a device check that is separate from the actual unlocking service itself. That is a separate fee, and is not worth it for the amount of time you have to actually wait for them to "check" the device. I could've called the company myself and paid for an unlock without having to go through this had I known it was just going to be a waste of time and money.

I actually contacted my provider and had the phone unlocked because it was taking over 5 wks. I would not recommend this service. In essence I paid for a srvicevi did not get. Rip off!

Looks like there are lots of fake reviews to make the reviews rating high for this site, but its just a scam. They will ask money which is non-refundable and willl never come back to you. If you will try to reach them, you may just get reply that you have to wait and wait and wait till the time they figure out how to unlock. Its more than 2 months i am still waiting. In email thy told me if my ohone will be unlocked with other carrier they will refund, but they never replied on my refund request. Dont waste your money and time, try some other local authentic unlock services, who will take money after they unlock, not scam people like this who will first take money and then disappeared. DOnt trust any service like this who ask for money with no assurance and no customer value.

I have used OfficialiphoneUnlock's service for unlocking the last four iPhones without problem. The service is was to use, communication is first rate and the time it takes very reasonable. I shall continue to support them and to promote their service to my friends.

This company claims to remove icloud from iphone devices... well they can't and when they fail they will tell you that your devices is black listed in apple server. They will refuse to give you a refund unless you can give a reciept proving ownership and if you are lucky enough to have a reciept, they will still refuse to isuue a refund.
I have by the way gave them a reciept then look at their response after that " it is blacklisted so we are protected from chargeback" Really?
I am reporting them to my bank for a charge back and I will be reporting them to the office of fair trading.
Keep away from this company, They will not unlock your phone and you will not see your money back ever again.

I've been waiting for the unlock number for my ATT sim in the United States for two months and every time I ask what's going on, a bot answers me.

If you're reading this review, you're skeptical of the service - and so was I! But with a week before my month long getaway to Europe, I wanted to utilize my AT&T iPhone with other networks and OfficialiPhoneUnlock came through! The process took a bit longer than 24hours which had me utterly nervous, but within 3 days I received a confirmation email that the process was successful! After landing in Europe, I was able to go and purchase SIM cards at various telecom retailers and use them successfully - it sounds sketch, but they're doing something right! Thank you and I will use this again.

Purchased a phone off FB market place, once I received it I found it to be locked. Couldn't use it on any carrier and the carrier it was locked to wanted a lot of money to unlock it. You guys did the unlock quick and for a tenth of the cost.

Don't trust these guys because it is all a scam! The pre-order is to get your card and they send you another email to get you to pay again to unlock it. There's no way around unlocking these iPhones through these websites. Don't trust the Positive Review links...

They took $76.99 in steps and phone wasn't unlocked. They pay people $10 to give a good review. They don't answer email and have no phone to call. They lure you with $6.99 initially and you end up paying a lot more. Don't use them thieves and don't answer quick

I paid for my iPhone 6 to be unlocked. I got an email a couple of days after to say that it has been unlocked but it still doesn't work. I paid for another check to be done on the phone and forwarded to the sales office to be escalated. I heard nothing for days and when I resend the email. I got an incomprehensible reply starting with "Exactly." from a Stephanie which was not helpful and I am still waiting for a reply.

I think that it's unfair to be made aware that after paying the initial amount your then asked to make another payment to receive the code this should all be stated at the beginning of the process.

Brought an iPhone 6s for a friend in Jordan. Was locked to a UK network but managed to get it unlocked effectively and now my friend can use a Jordanian SIM card with ease and enjoy his iPhone. I was very impressed how quick the service was and now looking forward to my own iPhone 6 being unlocked with a trusted company. Thanks very much.
