Do NOT use directunlocks.com they are a scam. directunlocks.com charged me $28.99 first to unlock the phone then they claim this was an eligibility service. This was never stated upfront. This scamming website wants to charge me more money ( $45 USD) to unlock your phone. STAY Far Far Away!

I was really reluctant to do an unlock using the site. But somehow i got the courage to take the risk of unlocking and applied for it. Initially i was scared of getting the phone unlocked wheter it would work or not. But now i fully satisfied after my unlock for 5C. Though the time period was more than what was mentioned but the status update from the OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk kept me updated about the status of the unlock

The service was quick and efficent! The comunication was very prompt and clear during the process. Although I am extremely happy with the service I think that the total cost should be clearer from the start. This may be down to an oversight on my part but It should be VERY clear for customers so they cant miss it (in the small print).

I will use again for sure, if need be!

They say the will unluck your phone in 6-24 hours after the 24h and you write support they tell you that you actually purchased a pre order and that you have to wait around 2 weeks they charged my credit card 3 times and they dont want to refund.

Good points:
First of all, my iPhone 5s has been unlocked and My wife is now really happy to be using it!
The communication via email was great too!
Bad points;
To unlock the phone from Vodafone was advertised at 24-72 hours.
Huge delays meant it ended up taking the best part of 4 weeks!

I first thought these guis could be a fraud when I paid and they asked me to pay again. It turns out the people are outstanding. Job well done and in a short time depending on the difficulty. For me it was two days and it all happened as they said. Their price is definitely lower thann many who advertize in the net. I recommend to any one needing an unlocking service not to look anywhere, just go straight to OfficialPhoneUnlock. They are efficient, reaonable in pricing and more importantly they do the job. Bravo to them

Ur hard earn money. Until this time they havent unlocked my unit and now there asking for another $139 wow! I dnt know this ppl they feed there family from some scamming scheme! Well goodluck luke! Karma is a $#*!

I tried to unlock an Iphone, paid 30 for the pre-service and then asked for another 30 to complete the service (that they call pre-service). I paid for it and they told me that my IMEI is blacklisted (I checked in several online tools and my IMEI and iCloud are totally clean!). I've sent several emails with the invoice and proofs that the phone is actually mine and totally clean and they did not answer. Man, if you love your money, do not buy this, totally SCAM and no REFUND. Trust me! You have been warned!

COMPANY IS A SCAM!

No response or service since 2 months of payment. THey wont answer calls and everythng is completely a lie. The so called good reviews that you read online are from fake accounts probably cooked up by the company itselves. There is no limit to where they would go to fool other people!

I paid for 2 phones to be unlocked. They took my money, it's been way over 30 days, my phones are still not unlocked and now their not responding to me about my refunds! They are most definitely liars and they take your money and don't do what they are suppose to do for the money they've taken from you! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Tried using them twice, 1st time the phone couldn't be unlocked so I received a credit note - no refund. The 2nd time, I applied the credit note to the 1st part of their process to perform the eligibility check, and was then asked to make a final payment I did & then they asked for an additional payment, which doesn't make sense since I already paid twice and was told my 2nd payment was going to release the codes. Now I have to go to the bank to deal with these SCAMMERS! Furthermore, they sent me multiple order #s. I cannot!

I had an iPhone from UK, was sent to me to Ghana by my brother and it came locked to O2. I google "unlock iPhone" and this website came as an AD so I tried it out and they did the magic! Working very well for me here in Ghana.

I received a confirmation email that my IMEI has been unlocked but when I tried to use another SIM card, as per the methods said it did not work. The phone number given doesn't answer the queries and I haven't had any after sales support through email either.

DirectUnlock the real scammers in cell unlock service are dedicated to offering services which they do not have. They scammed me a service and now they even ask me for personal documents so they can return my money which pays for a service I never received... don't be scammed they are scammers

Total BS. $28.00 just to consider doing the job. A $45.00 bill awaits if you want it done. And iron Clad contract to screw people over. I hope bad things happen to these guys and people like them.

These people knows how to scam people they don't deliver their services which they promised people I'm still waiting for almost 120 days and they won't update you unless you emails them check their response
We hope to be given a date when this and other unlocks will be completed

We understand that they have incurred delays, but we dont want to leave our customers in the dark

Direct Unlocks

Took an extra 3 days to get the unlock and the support wasn't great - I got an answer to my email but, the questions I had in the email weren't answered/addressed. It was just a generic - 'your phone is with the supplier'. Id use them again but with more realistic expectations (not 24 to 48 hours).

My phone is now unlocked and I updated the ios version with no issues - the phone is still unlcked.

It took a bit longer and cost me more than expected, but I am satisfied with the services provided overall.
