First of all the amount you pay at first isn't for the unlock but a preorder? Most of us chose this site because it appeared cheaper. Next they give you a timeline that shouldn't exceed 2 Weeks but i have been waiting for a month now no unlock.
Then you ask for a refund and are told preorders are non refundable.
For lack of a different word it smells like and is

Better service but it will be best among the rest of your prices ain't that expensive and you should work on the communication too... at least a online chat support

Had my phone unlocked in a reasonable time.
When using the service I was delighted that it got dealt within a very great manner even with Email updates!

Took about 2 days longer than they predicted but was cheap enough so can't complain. Would have been 5 stars if they had completed within the original timeframe.

My phone (iPhone 6) was carrier locked, officialiphoneunlock managed to unlock it in less then two working days. I can recommend anyone with the same problem, and it is a trustworthy site.

Service is very fast and reliable. I unlocked my iphone within 8 hr. They keep you update your cell phone status in every 2-3 hrs. I will recommend this site for future use.

Although took longer than the 24-48 hours my iPhone is successfully unlocked! Pricey but definitely worth it - other companies told me it would take up to two weeks.

I'm always a little worried about using internet sites for these thing, you never no if they will work or just take your money. This has been a success and I would recommend them to anyone.

Putting after payments in the little print what wasnt clear to me and straight away already say that a refund isnt possible so its basically a scam and they hope people dont see it.

Days into the supposed unlock process I sent an email questioning why it was taking so long when their website advertises that it only takes hours. Their response? It usually takes weeks and no you can't have a refund. They are blatantly guilty of false advertising and running a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CRIMINALS!

Great service, was a bit dubious of course at first, but absolutely fine, emails came through with progress status etc, so always in the picture, was over Christmas period too, would use again

I have been waiting since October emailed the customer service email multiple times and haven't Hurd one thing from them but got emails right a way for payment very unsatisfied at the moment

Website fraud. I'm already paying 12.4 pounds. After more than 5 days they said rejects account. I ask for a refund of my money, they don't respond. Do not use this website

After primarily checks of my IMEI # and Sim Locked to Sprint,report states ALL is well to move forward to UNLOCK. After paying $29 it started process to basically state the same info in different format then asks for another $45 for a basic service or Premium Service with no Pricing stating Sprint servers are down for few days. BULLCRAP. They tried to get $45 more just to move me to premium eventually at who knows what costs! SCAMMERS.

It does work just they don't tell you there's a double payment required making it over £50 with I think is a rip off but you either pay both or lose some if not all of your money

GREAT SERVICE, I bought an 'Locked' iPhone 5C Sprint in the US and took it to the UK only to find it was still locked. I was told that and unlock in the US would cost me about $120. I got in touch with officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and in 2 weeks I had the unlock done and it only cost me 60$.

True to their word, gave me the timescale, kept me informed with a progress bar, the whole process was faultless and no need to be chased up. I highly recommend them if your carrier won't help.
