Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I ended up paying £19.99 x2 because they have helped me with my iphone unlock and that worked well so I was dumb enough to believe they could perform this operation as well

At first, i was hesitant to use this service as the site does look a bit illegitimate... but i tried anyway. This was recommended by a computer repair guy while i was walking around trying to unlock my phone. As my phone was locked to a Japanese network, the unlocking fees are apparently higher than others, and shops quoted from £90 - £120, which is absolutely absurd. I tried this site without properly reading the details that the initial £19.99 was just for checking if this phone can be unlocked! I was quite shocked when an additional quote arrived. I must admit it was hard to commit to paying, as this site does not impart a lot of confidence...

Anyway it took 2 weeks of waiting with a few emails informing me that they are still working on it. I appreciate that these guys really updated me about the progress. When i finally got an email saying the deals done, i just replaced the old sim with a new one and voila! It worked just like that! I give this service a 5 star rating and have recommended it to everyone i know :)

I paid $80 to have my son's iPhone 11 unlocked on which was a GUARANTEED UNLOCK and they couldn't get it unlocked and REFUSED to refund my money! I will NEVER EVER EVER use or recommend this service to anyone. Ever

I was skeptical, but decided to gamble my money on it. At first I was charged for pre-validation ($29), then it said that my phone was unlockable and I was charged a second time ($91), then it said my phone was hard-locked by the carrier, so I was charged a third time ($197) for remote USB unlock by technician. This was way more expensive than I was prepared for, but the end result was my phone was unlocked by remote USB. The technician contacts you via WhatsApp. During the entire time I thought I was being scammed because of the multiple charges. But at least I got my hard-locked phone unlocked (which is still under contract and isn't fully paid off) and now I can use it with dual sim.

This company will mislead you and let you think your getting uour phone unlocked for $28 but after you pay it then it goes thru and does a "verification" on yout phone then they tell you congrats your phone is eliginle to br unlocked now psy another $42 for the unlock code.
Yeah well i wont give this company another penny!

Been about 2 months and tracking says 8 days left with 99% left. Been like this for over a week. I asked for my refund but got nothing, not even a reply.

Tip for consumers:
That there is no customer service and you get no refunds even though its stated in their policy.

When I ordered for my iPhone unlock, I was given 1-5 working days. The next day I received a response from OfficialiPhone concerning my unlock. I was told my iPhone has been barred which I need to make another order to unbar it and will take between 1-20 working days, upon which my money will be refunded if the carrier cannot unbar. Fortunately for me, after 16 days my iPhone unlock was sent to me. Now I am enjoy my iPhone 5c without any hassle or worry, no jailbreak but outright unlock.
