First when I saw this website, i thought it is some scam. Because other than network company no one can do unlock in such a short period of 48 hours. I like it and I recommend everyone to use this

Legit able to trust first you need pay below 8 dollar to check IMEI then after you get from email which telco then you can start to check eligible term is around below 30 dollar then after completed eligible check you may need to pay 50dollar to unlock you sim lock within 48 hrs total unlock your device and they keep you update on this via your email! I was a bit skeptical at first but the end everything was sorted now I can use my phone with no problem

I recently paid to unlock my iPhone X. 2 weeks later phone still not unlocked. They said it's on priority to be unlocked on their tracking website. They don't reply to emails. THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM!

I really thought they weren't going through, but TOTALLY WORKED.
Every 5 days they sent me update e-mail and all instructions were very clear. I was a bit uncertain, but after read a lot about the subject, I saw an opportunity. After all it's a really trustful unlocking servicing website!

Every review that you read that is positive about Direct Unlocks is a lie. Do some research on YouTube, Google and everywhere else you can think of. I promise you that they cannot unlock a locked iPhone. If you can't unlock it, they can't unlock it. I am referring to SIM locked iPhones. They took my money, failed to communicate, then refused to refund my money. SIM locked iPhones can ONLY be unlocked by the company who activated it. There are zero exceptions to a legal, permanent SIM unlock. Please do not give them your $.
Again, if you have a SIM locked iPhone, Direct Unlocks CANNOT unlock it for ANY PRICE.

I placed my order on 01/31/2020, a few days later it said overdue and they sent me an email saying it would need the premium unlock because it was not eligible due contract. I was already aware of that because the carrier refused to unlock it, they didn't even let me pay them to unlock it. I paid for the service through direct unlock because there was no other way. Not once on their website did they mention "premium unlock". I'm fine with all of that. My problem is that on 2/3/2020 the email update that told me about the premium unlock says "we do not have a time frame". How do you not have a time frame?! I paid for the fastTrack service but this is just so sad. They gave me a "credit" to go toward another phone (I don't own another one) or to wait for the premium unlock but so far no updates from them. I only received 1 email reply when I asked what it meant it was overdue and it was a short reply. Then they haven't replied to me at all. BTW, today is March 7,2020 and the date on the pictures is 03/02/2020 but that is because they put the day first as in dd/mm/year.
I really wanted to believe in them. But I am saddened and disappointed.

People, this SCAM company is so long online, because, they are busy working on writing a good reviews on thier scam site. DO NOT BELIEVE these positive reviews, as they all are FAKE officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is a SCAM!

This company will try charge you twice...

First charge me $28 for "eligibility". But later at 50% of the process, tray to charge $48! For "release your code".

Hidden cost, not upfront prices, no full refund... very disappointed

PS: Right now the company send an email "punishing me" because I'm "doesn't ask for unlocking code". And... "As a goodwill gesture" give me (instead of a full refund) a credit note to use inside the company...

I will never buy nothing here and surely will rate this company the lowest review available

Having a phone locked to one company is disappointing. With this great website they made it possible to unlock. It may have been timely consuming waiting for it but at the end it's worth it!

I am tired of waiting for you to answer your emails. If you are not willing to carry out the things that you got paid to do, at least reply and say something about it.

My friend was charged £19.99 to have her phone unlocked. Informed it would be unlocked between 24 and 72 hours. She has just been charged a further £39.99. Is this a scam or a rip-off?

I have been done by this scam of a firm, brought the iPhone unlock from them for the displayed £19.99 then the want an additional £34.99 to carry the unlock out. Total scam
I have been to my bank this morning and they are taking it up with the Lloyds bank fraud department

I think it is awful to trick people into paying double what they thought they would have to pay for your service. You need to state CLEARLY UPFRONT what the full charge will be for unlocking a phone.
On the plus side, the unlocking was successful.

Hello, I want to tell you that these guys directunlocks.uk are the same doctorunlock.net and Appleiphoneunlock and imeiphone.net if you do not believe me check your order on doctorunlock.net and find it. The method is very simple. They promise to decode or delete phones. I include accounts and take your money through the same company nox payment through which you pay and wait for 120 days to pass since you placed the order and then neither bank can help you. Call the bank as soon as you want to recover the money but as soon as possible quickly will thank you

Please do not go with these folks and does not work. They charge initially 24 pounds and again ask for another payment which is ridiculous and don't unlock the phone

This is a scam! AVOID at all costs
This is a scam! Poor information that two payments are expected totalling £50 to unlock a handset. The first payment was made and I wastold it was succesful and that unclock codes were ready follwoing the second payment. I stupidly made this payment. I was then sent an automated response that the selected network was in error, which was not the case and that a "credit" was available for the second payment. There was no link to any credit option and the website does not seem to be present (error code 505). They clearly use a series of automated responses to encourage payments and should not take money for a service they do not provide, in other words a scam. I had been directed there by a reputable vendorm as had many who have given similar references on the this site. AVOID!
