This page is a scam. First they use the name Approved to catch the client, then they make you pay 20EUR to send mobile info, then they ask you for 59.99 EUR to check it out. After 1 month and 1 week, writing everyday to ask about my money and unblocking situation, now I've been asked to go PREMIUM so they can unblock the iphone.
They stole my money and still answering "we are having problems unblocking your device, will let you know when we see what is the problem, PAY MORE"

At first i thought this was a scam because i had to pay twice separately, but i followed through and soon enough my phone was unlocked by the technician!

Directunlock they say they can unlock your phone from a network. They intiallaly look for approx €24 euro to unlock and they say they contact the provider and need more money to complete the unlock another €34. And after paying then tell you they can't complete the unlocking as the phone is locked to network. They won't offer a refund or part refund only a credit note that worth nothing. Then you realize you have been SCAMMED. You send emails and NO REPLY..

SCAM! Reported fraud to local UK police

After first payment of £19,90 i've received an email for Thanks for purchasing a "pre-ordering", and ask for £30 to complete the activation.

I paid£19.99 now they want another £80 they are the crooks they dont answer phone or emails these are real bunch of bastards on the net to do scam on nice people $#*! your mums you $#*! heads.

Great service, the timescale took a little longer due to a few minor issues but I was kept updated the whole way through. The phone is working great and I'm very pleased, definitely recommend

If they cannot unlock your phone they give you a credit to their website which is useless... There are better unlocking sites...avoid Direct Unlocking

So I started this process in the middle of April May first say that for a small fee they're going to unlock your phone so I paid it it was $28 then they said that was for some security check to make sure that the phone connection to be unlocked so then they send me some message saying my code is ready to pay another $83 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid the $83 turns out if my code wasn't ready it's been a month they're refusing to give me a refund and they don't even respond to their emails all they do is send these template messages that don't make any sense and don't answer any of my questions I would avoid this company

The 3 photos below tell the story. After pay the first fee, where most reasonable people believe thay are paying to get theri phone unlocked. I received and email telling me my codes are ready. When I follow the link to retrieve it. I was charged another $91. After paying this things get ugly. Your expected wait time for your code goes from 15min.~12hours to 3 days. Then eventually you receive a 3rd email advising your ATT phone is hardlocked and the want a total of 250$. Other than this outrages charge/practice, they could just as easily advise you upfront on their web page that att flagship phones are all hardlocked and what the outcome willbe.

They said instantly unlock ur phone and for only 30 than they hit you with oh another final payment of 60 an afternu pay that it takes 11 days to unlock I want a refund

I should have researched this website before paying this website money. They claim that my IMIE is blacklisted(report lost or stolen) and offer me a voucher worth 36.49 pound to purchase an unlock for a different IMEI on their website. No way my IMIE is blacklisted since I bought it from the APPLE STORE. I do cross check online and my IMIE is clean. What should I do now?

Should improve time frame for an order to more exact number in webpage. However delay is still in acceptable margin

Easy process but expensive & long wait. £50 to unlock iPhone and took two weeks. Would've been free from Vodaphone & probably quicker. I would not use this service again.

Seriously never thought it wud be successful unlocking. But gave a try to officialiphoneunlock.co.uk aftr going thru many reviews. It gave some and confidence to go with none other than this site. Bcos other sites were offering unlock for mch lesser price, which made me sceptical. Best part ws the time frame in which my iPhone 6s got unlocked. Flat 24hrs only! Even though they mentioned upto 7 days. But i ws out of this world happy to get it unlocked so fast. Great *******@officialiphoneunlock.co.uk

Dreadful service from start to finish, ended up getting scammed for £37.50 and funnily enough "Luke" the boy wonder in Customer Services (as if) has disappeared off the face of the earth - would never use or recommend this DODGY firm ever. True conmen - BEWARE. At Direct Unlocks it does not do what it says on the tin BEWARE

Go my IPhone 6S unlocked took a bit longer then expected. I didn't need to chase up as they kept me informed with regular emails which was great. Great service

It was a bit up down as it took along time compaired to you adverts also I emailed yo a few times with no reply or a standard email back but got there in the end
