I've paid for icloud activation lock removal from this provider. Till I paid for the order, I was not told anywhere between that the amount I was paying was only for a pre-order. It was nowhere mentioned on the product page. After the payment was done, it was then that I was told of the pre-order. I complained about the same to Nochex but there was no proper response.
Thank god that I have all the proofs and ready to provide if needed. Dont waste your money.

I have had a terrible experience. My phine was finally unlocked after 50 days but I had to reset my phone and it got locked again. Apple Store said on their website the phone was never unlocked. They are crooked and no one answers the customer service and when you write a review on facebook, they remove you from the post.

My brother gave me his old iPhone, the only catch is that it was locked by AT&T. I paid $30 for the standard device unlock and then I had to pay $50 to AT&T so in total it was $80- something. It was fast and they offer money back guarantee so I'd recommend this company.

Avoid this company, they are the biggest scammer's on the net by far, they take your money then they want more for this, more for that, and still no result, should be reported to trading standard's for deception and fraud.

They're scammers. Do not waste your money. They never let it clear that the $23 is just a check for eligibility to unlock. I paid it and they said my handset was eligible for unlock. Then, paid more $35 and after 5 days they said my mobile was not eligible to unlock as they've said and they do not want to make a refund. They are now charging for a premium service of $220 that they guarantee my handset will be unlocked. They're scammers, do not believe in them. They don't want to do the refund I've requested. Waste of time and money as they cannot provide the service they offer.

On July 1 I paid 49.99 euros to unlock my cell phone, 25 days have passed and they have not unlocked it and they do not refund the money either, I feel robbed, it seems like a fraud since the *******@directunlocks address does not give an answer, they always return the same email saying that I have to wait 10 business days and that time was already met 20 days ago, they don't refund the money either, I feel robbed

Before I submitted my first payment, the time estimate was 24 hours. Finally 13 days later I was notified that the unlock was unsuccessful and I would need to pay for the premium unlock for another $135, and it would take 24-72 hours. Once I paid the money I was informed that it would take another 10 business days. I emailed them and asked them to expedite this and will update this if they act quickly on my complaint. Otherwise, I would suggest you go elsewhere for your business.

In their first payment, they do nothing except give you a yes that they can do it. But even with the 2nd payment they may say no & ask you to make a 3rd premium support payment. I think these guys are just scam artists operating ftom outside the US. They do have this scam running from multiple similar looking sites with different names

Horrible, a rip off. After an initial payment that in theory checked if they could ask me for a second payment, and after 4 days they tell me that it is not possible to unblock and they send me a link in which in 10 seconds they say that it is not possible, They could not have done so before asking for the second payment. Scammers

I paid them to get my iphone unlocked and they told it would take about 4 weeks. I did wait over 4 weeks and emailed them. I never the code, so I emailed them again to ask them for refund and they never answer me. I'll not recommend it to anyone. Honest business go beyond and dishonest businesses don't go so far.

I first paid 28 final price and then was asked to pay 42. Then Was asked to pay 99 pounds and they still can't fix the device and I have yet to get my refund. I am so madd I wasted my money on this dirty service!

It took them a week and cost a lot of money and at first they make you think it's only gonna be under $30 and then it's 50$ and then they credit you 80 back to pay off your unlock I depends on what the issue is with the phone being locked, and the pricing to unlock it from a network all in all, I was satisfied, and I thought it was a little pricey, but in the end fair

This is a scam. The initial information fails to inform you that it will cost over double for the service they are offering. They take your initial payment and provide no service to you except to "check" if they can provide you the service they say they will. Then they extort another higher payment from you and refuse to refund anything. Despite confirming in an email that their website fails to provide you this information in some browsers they refuse to refund. This is simply a scam.

I have wrote two 1 star reviews about the poor service support of this service website OfficialIPhoneUnlock.co.uk. None of them was actually posted in the review section here which means there's something fishyy about this site. You should look it up and fix it before getting you reported to google. I hope you understand that you have a job to do and scamming is not a good way to get people's money.

Very pleased with unlock from this company from pre order to unlock they let you know by email what stage your at and deliver what they say at the end once again very pleased with service thanks I would use them again excellent service

If the codes they send you work, then everything is fine.
If they don't work, like in my case, they just don't and won't refund you. They don't even tell you why.
And yes, I gave the correct IMEI and model of device, because another company was able to unlock it with the same data.

In reality who reads all the small print then when you think you have paid to get the phone unlocked you get hit with a massive charge for it to actually happen. It's a con to get you pay then they want more money off you

Service was great considering it was the festive period however it should tell you the full price including the pre ordering when purchasing as you don't know the full price until after paying for the pre order but overall good service and phone working a treat

I was referred to this company through a friend of mine who was also moving to London. I needed to find a way to unlock my phone as I was moving to London for school.
