From the landing page one feels that the unlocking will be ~20£ and only by reading all the details in small letters one can understand the total possible cost. I perceived this as deceiving and would've preferred to have this very clear from the beggining.

They ask for more money in 4 different stages in order to unlock your i Phone, First they ask for
$4.80, Then $28.90, just to start to process! Then they ask you to pay $43 & after 40 hours they ask for another $43 to finish the job!. I paid all but after 2 days no result. No response to my several emails & messages!. They are Universal Professional Thieves.

On 26th August I paid £49.99 to initiate the unlocking of an IPhone 6 on the understanding that it would take the advertised 24-72 hours (ex weekends). After this time had elapsed I logged in to see that the status of the order had been updated to 2-8 working days due to third party factors. After 10 working days / 16 calendar days had elapsed I requested a refund. This was ignored.

THIS IS A SCAM!. I paid 19.99 pounds to unlock my iPhone 5s but immediately changed my mind and asked for a refund. They still send me email asking me to pay additional 30 pounds despite sending them 2 emails asking to cancel my pre-order and refund the 19.99 pounds i originally paid. Their email are system generated sent by a certain "stephanie", "operations manager". They never replied to my emails.

Successfully unlocked my ATT locked Samsung Galaxy S22.Was a little skeptical but it turned out just fine. I was unable to unlock by using the very first step of the detailed ways to unlock my phone. I simply had to insert a 6-8 digit code when the phone prompted me to once I inserted a competitive company's SIM. Phone asked to to reboot, I did, and phone is unlocked.

I didn't receive replies to two emails inquiring about payment having been made. I kept getting a spinning wheel when using a card, but after using another card after not having heard back, it worked.

After I paid them $28.99 they wanted $40 more for the code. They would not refund. I disputed the $28.99 with my CC company and they removed the charge. I found another site that unlocked for $16.95 with no BS.

Little late but done the best job. They took 5 days to unlock my iPhone. Now finally I can see my iPhone 5S home screen. Good price, good customer service. I would like to recommend them to my friends and family also.

Do not use this site, it is a massive scam. They make out your paying £23.99 to have your phone unlocked. Then send you an email demanding another £95. And do not unlock your phone. Whatever you do, do not use this site. Unlock for free with your network provider!

While I waited more than the estimated timescale at website, my iPhone is now completely unlocked and work with SIM card other than previous carrier.

No temporary card supported from Revolut, I used a standard card. The order process is a little misleading with a pre-check IMEI payment and another unlock code payment. The delivered codes worked perfectly for unlocking a Vodafone Romania terminal.

I thought it's impossible to unlock my phone.
But my boyfriend introduced this service and I tried.
It was so reliable and fast. I thought it's gonna take around 1 month but actually they took about 1 week.
I'm so happy I could have unlock phone.

I'm all for doing things officially and happy to pay a premium. However! This premium service was not value for money!

I wasn't impressed with the turn-around time, lead-time stated on the website for Vodafone where not true. It took 3 times longer than quoted.

Customer service is pretty poor to be honest. Sometimes talking to someone over the phone helps clear the situation. Dealing with e-mail updates is shocking!

Summary, if you don't care on the time it takes then this is a simple service and hassle free. If you are happy with a templated weekly progress update via e-mail then this is the service for you.

Unfortunately my experience is that I had to wait three weeks after paying for the service before I was unlocked. The company inferred that Vodaphone was the problem.
Nevertheless £50.00 is a high cost.
On reflection I think it would have been better and cheaper to go to Vodaphone directly.

Don't waste your money everything is a lie first they will ask you for £19.99 which is not bad to unblock your phone and then they will ask you for £100 more you can unblocked in the store cheaper... By the way when they ask you for £100 they will ever give you the £19.99 back... A complete insult!

The end results is great, but you need to put the things clear, I do not likes tricks and looks a lot like a trick when you have to make an small payment, them an other payment for 5 times the first payment, them an other payment for twice the second payment and them an other payment for 4 times the third payment, most people won't fall for that.

There needs to be a one time flat fee or an analysis fee and them once you have the results an other fee to complete the process.

But I do not like tricks and I think most people either.

It was really easy to do, it's just the price, I didn't notice there was an extra charge to the original price I paid and this was pointed out by email by one of your workers but having already paid I thought I couldn't have used somewhere else to get it done because you'd already started it. In all great service, just the overall cost is way more than I could afford but I had to I guess. If price was better I'd happily give 5 stars and massively recommend.

I might be one of the lucky ones but they did what they promised for me, I paid £44.98 in total but they did say there would be futher charges when I paid the first charge. Said the iPhone would be unlocked between 24-72 hours and it was unlocked in 2 days and all working fine!

TOTAL FRAUD! Stay Away from them! Ordered my unlock for the iPad that came with my new house in Jan 2019. It is now June and not only is it not unlocked, DirectUnlocks won't even respond to my emails.
-Feb 14,2019: Ordered Unlock, they took my money, told me 90 days (working days) to complete the process.
-Apr 22,2019: I asked for status update, DirectUnlocks response was "We realize these are taking a long time, it's the nature of these unlocks" 90 days had not expired yet.
-May 20,2019: Asked for another update, nothing heard
-June 3,2019: Asked for another update, still nothing. Well over 90 working days now.

Bottom line, unless I hear something quickly and this gets resolved, I strongly recommend against using these guys, it's a total scam.

Get away from this site, they manage to answer all post on the internet and I think they post fake good opinion (there is too much 5 star) but I can told you and proof that I have pay for a service that has never been done.
And By the way don't trust the trustreview page that They have buit because very suprise there is not a single bad review on it, and mine (bad review) has never been published... it is a fake too I suppose.
So if you don"t want to loose money simply get away from that website.

Scumbags, waste of time and money, pls avoid dealing with this Scumbags. They will take your money for the first time then they will blackmail you to pay more and more and they will not do the job.
I had a very bad experience with them.

First of all the website said it costs $23.99 to unlock your phone. After you pay that money, another $44.99 for the unlock code. 2 days later, they charge you another 74.99 for software and cable (I never received a Danm cable). In the end, they said the Phone is compatible with our USB unlocking software. Is a Samsung S7.
Don't bother your self you use this website unless you want to be scammed.
It will be easy for me to buy a used phone for less money.

This is a big scam. Initially they tell you the can unlock your phone. As time passes they say your phone cant unlock abd youre not getting any money back. Big scam. They offer a money back guarantee which is a lie! 0 stars for this place!
