The unlock worked and was effortless. However very disappointed the way they charge you. Pay 11.99 for the unlock so you think but this is essentially just a check so after you pay the 11.99 they then say we can unlock your phone for 20 somrlething quid.

Why not just be upfront and say it cost 35 quid. Cheeky *****. Wouldn't use again for this reason.

Honestly I was using an unlocking company for years and recently they basically robbed me. They stopped answering my emails and phone calls. At first they kept saying they were looking into it and nothing ever happened. I lost $60 usd over an iPhone 5c and I have spend hundreds of dollars with them but I guess it didn't matter. I tried unlocking my iPhone 6 with them after that and it was also unsuccessful. And I can't get my money back for it. I came across this site and was really iffy because of the cost almost 2x more than what I'm use to paying. But the unlock was successful and my questions were answered promptly. Now my iPhone 6 has been unlocked with no complications.

They advertise $28, and charged $70 for Apple Watch Unlock

They advertise $28, and there is no disclaimer or notification that there will be another charge. Then after you pay the $28 it says the process has begun. IF you do not go to "tracking" to check the progress, you would not know that the process will not complete until you pay more than the $28 already taken. For me it was $42 more, $70 it cost not $28 as advertised! I feel cheated, I would not have paid $70 when there are cheaper companies, but since you already paid how much frustration would it be to try and get a refund? So, I assume most people just pay it. I don't even know if it works yet. But, so far this constitutes a SCAM in my opinion.
If they are a legit and a good company then why aren't they transparent?

So 1st they told me $28 then they added another $42 was brought it up to $70. They told me 5 days. I would get a code and then they told me another 7 days It was gonna take and now they're telling me that they can't unlock my phone but they're not gonna refund my money just give me a credit completely unacceptable and I'm speaking to a lawyer.

When i googled and come accrss this site great about £11.00 to unlock bargain, but! This was to make sure my phone was eligible to be unlocked, it was, then i got spanked for another £27.00 to actually unlock it, it did work and was happy but! I feel it was a bit naughty and i probably should have read the small print etc etc.

I paid for an unlocked code with this from the 24th of November and up to date i have not gotten anything positive. I jeep asking for a refund and all they saying is that they are chasing imei i think its a not a legit site

I bought my Iphone and didn't know that was blocked. I searched in the internet for a service and I found this site. It was a pleasure to buy the service from them. I will recourse to them if I need to unlock an Iphone.

The unlock took far too long. On the 6th day I was informed that "the unlock was taking longer than usual and it would be investigated* The next day a message informed me it was unlocked. WHAT was the problem for a simple unlock?

I read the reviews of this website before I ordered. I was quite confused but they proved me wrong. The service was outstanding. I ordered them for unlock my iPhone 4s. After 4 days it was unlocked and running smoothly. Right now I can log in to iTune, iCloud with my own id. Thank you very much for this awesome service.

£19.99 to unlock icloud then £39.99 to unlock phone, then wait and wait then all unlocks have been offline A week later unlocks up and running but price has gone up and want another £59.99 to unlock your phone within 7 days. Tell you what I'll not bother and get onto my bank for to refund for goods not received.
Go to your provider a lot less hassle I went to vodafone and it was unlocked within 24hours and it was free.

Could anyone help me if this official iphone unlock people are trustworthy and efficient enough to place an order for removal of activation lock due to icloud?

I tired to call several times on the number provided but no one answered even after waiting on line for 45 minutes to an hour.

Directunlocks stole 49.99 euros, 5 months ago I paid to unlock my cell phone, they stole my money, they do not refund the money, I know of many similar cases, directunlocks is not reliable, directunlocks is a scam

They did not unlock my phone, they asked me to pay more and i paid and then they asked for a third time.
I wanted a refund, and they have ignored me. Almost a year has gone my phone is not unlocked and no refund after I have paid twice.

This is the real crooks and thieves. Pay them for unlocking iPhone 5. Before payment learned from the operator sprint in which list my phone, sprint said in a clean list. Paid to these thieves and after 2 months they said that the phone is in the black list and they can't unlock and will not return my money. NEVER PAY THEM.

This site is scam, i already paid 19.99 pounds b4 realizing they are not functioning as they said on the site. They claim they can unlock iphone icloud in juz 3 days but all are scam. Plz don't do business with them. Thieves...

Beware, until you pay money their customer care will be active. After that no body will respond you even if you message them 1000 times. I lost my money and time.
At that time they offered blacklisted iphone also, now again they are messaging me about their new offers without proper service.

The whole business is built around finding rouge employees in a network for an unlock, for me it was a Vodafone unlock 1st asked for 19.99 for unlock as a pre order?! Then asked for £39.99 extra for unlock and now asked for a further £19.99 cutting my losses stay away!

Exactly what is says on the tin. Phone unlocked in time-scales provided (24-48hrs). Slightly on the expensive side, with a additional level of payment required after the original pre-activation payment but still cheaper than buying a new phone!

Had trouble getting AT&T to unlock this phone that I had inherited from a friend. Even the friend couldn't get it unlocked. This service helped and I'm glad I found it. My unlock took longer than usual, a few days in fact. Wish I had gotten some email updates as I was anxious to know what was taking so long. When I did get an email it was saying my phone was unlocked and it worked with the SIM card over a wifi connection just like the instructions said in the email. So even though it took longer than expected they did exactly what they said and I'm happy.

My unlock was successful, but it seems my carrier is not unlocked because i cannot check ussd code ie. I cannot load credit on my phone by using short code. Which is very bad. And also, Hotspot tethering is not located in my settings. Why is that? Thank you

Over £50 was quite a lot to unlock a phone, it seemed initially we had to pay £23 which was acceptable and then a further £32 was to paid to finalise the unlock and then that took nearly a week to complete!

It's a scam. They ask for a bit of money at the start, then suddenly ask for more, and then more. All while giving excuses that your Iphone is lost, stolen, or whatnot. I'm sure if you asked, they couldn't even provide a video of the process they take to "unlock" your Iphone. $#*! this scam company, and $#*! apple.
