Achieved the unlock but it took longer than expected - first as I hadnt actually activated the original sim then just waiting on the process happening. Official iphone unlock did keep me up to date throughout though.

I also didnt understand the pre order price, not realising that was a standard estimate and that more charges would apply - whether I didnt notice the obvious messages advising of this, or that they weren't obvious, I'm not sure!

I repair phones and laptops and sometimes get requests to unlock them. IPhones (as appose to android) are always a pain because you just have to go through their longwinded process... Apple has full control. Official iPhone Unlock made the whole thing painless. Admittedly, it did take a while (2 weeks in fact) but I cannot blame Official iPhone Unlock for this. Their part in the process was quick. Vodafone was a bad link in the chain which held things up. The great part though was that Official iPhone Unlock give me regular updates by e-mail explaining any delays. Now the phone in unlocked, and I'm very happy.

On Dec 19 2015 I paid the required amount(total 20+76 euros) to unlock the subject Phone. So far It was not happend. Finally I was replied on 03 Feb 2016 that you require another week to unlock the phone. Since then no reply. Status not informed. We are very much worried. Request to response for our mails to make good customer satisfaction. I am eagerly awaiting for your good response.

Do not purchase from them they are scam artist. Charged me twice for services they did not provide. Im currently in the process of disputing the two charges with my bank Ive contacted this merchant several times only to be ignored after serval attempts they finally reached out and they offered me credit for another purchase. I dont want credit I want my refund. I wish I wouldve seen this site prior to making the purchase. Foolish on my end to believe all the amazing reviews on their site.

Looked for it on the web and found the service.
Made the first request and after the term it returned no good for my device.
I was offered another service. A premium one with a guaranteed job done.
And so I signed for it.
After neally 3 months it came and it was great. Absolutely!
Almost could not believe it. Open the iTunes, connected the phone and it was there.
No more words. Thank you. Working 100%.

If I could give them no stars I would have. They didn't tell me before that I would have to pay a "prepayment/deposit" I thought the one payment was all. I didn't want to pay the full price so I contacted them about getting a refund on the prepayment and they won't give it back. So now I wasted $27 USD on something that's not even going to be completed. Take my advice and don't do it. If I had seen reviews before I wouldn't have paid for it.

Dont buy anything from officialiphoneunlock.co.uk, it is a scam, they don`t state that you are actually buying the change to buy something. After you purchase they send you an e-mail to pay more in order to buy what you actually payed for. Visit their website and you will see that they dont state you are buying a presale.
Stay away and keep your money, it is a scam and they dont deliver.

I lived in Japan for two years and had an iPhone 5 on contract with AU KDDI. When I relocated back to the UK I ended the contract and brought my iPhone back with me in the hope of unlocking and being able to use it in the UK. AU don't unlock phones in Japan and I've heard internationally that is it very difficult, if not impossible, to get it unlocked! Yet OfficialiPhoneUnlock has proved everybody wrong! It did cost a pretty penny (about £90) and took about a month and a half to complete, but I have tested it and it works absolutely fine with my British sim card - so I am a very happy customer! I was kept updated throughout the whole process via email and the status/tracking system on the website is very useful as well! I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but the reviews reassured me and now it's completed and all gone well, it was worth every penny and the wait! Thanks so much! So I was looking to unlock my iPhone 5 from vodaphone to O2 and came across this website via Google. I paid the initial deposit of 19.99 but there will be another payment to be made a few days later, my was another 29.99. My phone did become unlocked eventually but please be patient, it states on the website it can take up to three days but mine was just over 3 weeks. I did google the website and started having doubts whether this website was a scam but I can definetly confirm this is not a scam. My phone is working fine, and they do keep you constantly updated with emails. A job well done, thank you

Easy to use, phone was unlocked within a couple of days. Found the pricing a little misleading as it indicated the cost was £19.99 however once unlocked there is an additional £29.99 to pay, it is in the T&C's but wasn't obvious.

Would use again if there wasn't a cheaper option.

Paid almost 93 dollars to use lock my phone to AT&T.After 4 days they give me a MCK code and did not work followed also all the trouble shooting but did not work.Then after 4 days they still investigating 1 remote technician contact me and ask for my whattsapp.After I follow al the instruction that he gave even rebooting my phone connected to laptop MCK code still not working.I ask for refund and he told he request to direct unlock to refund me my money and he accept that MCK code did not work.Now I send emails to direct unlocks but no response.Dont get be fooled of this website they will not refund your money if there code is not working.Your remote technician cannot solve the problem just refund me my money scammers

First they said pay 30$ and your phone will be unlocked then they said pay $50 more and it will be unlocked within 48 hours ans it took a week before they said it can not be unlocked and instead of giving me my $50 back or the 30 they said that I got a $50 credit but I needed to pay another $135 minus the $50 credit to get it unlocked which of course I'm not going to do and they refuse to refund my $50

Got an iPhone 5C as a gift, the previous owner couldn't remember the icloud password and besides that the phone was also locked to his carrier. Bunch of thieves, this site is a scam I paid $196 US to have my iPhone 5s unlocked, two months later it's still locked and they won't respond to me. Won't respond online and won't answer their phone. Money back guaranteed service? Money back to whom?

It was quick and easy to unlock, I paid for sim unlock and after I received the unlocking code, I was directed to remote unlock technician and they made me happy

I'm really getting fed up now I started this order on the 26/04/2019. I want my money back so I can use a company that will actually get the job done in the time scale that they promise. The process has taken far to long and it is not acceptable.

I am disappointed! I paid 86,99 GBP for service but my IPhone didn't get any unlock. I didn't receive any service! They got money but they don't give me any service.

They would not give you return even not to unlock your phone. When you order they take your blood money and send you an email to check the status then the process will be red color after few days and also says your phone is lost or stolen. But their no way i have full gsx report and lost or stolen report as well everywhere is green. This has sister concern iphoneimei.net they also doing the same thing. I just made an order on the site it mentions that the Total to pay to unlock the phone is $ 19 in an unlocking period which does not exceed 6 hours, after 4 days I sent an email to *******@directunlocks.co.uk to request news on my order, after a few seconds I receive a robot email asking me to pay additional fees! At that time I discovered that it is a scam website! Also note that the few positive comments on this site is only bluff they are only commentators who work for society nothing more! Currently I will proceed to make a recourse against this site using my youtube chain of more than a million subscriber and I will ask my circle of youtubers to make the companion against this website and I will move to England next month for a case and I will take the opportunity to file a complaint against this site I will not drop the case and it will be an opportunity to benefit my subscribers and also the web community to pay attention to this kind of legalized scam!

Promise everything and deliver nothing, really sums them up. Like other I paid the inital fee, then after a couple of days, they ask for more money, which I paid. Then after a few weeks they tell you that they cannot unlock ipad. Then after a few months they send an email stating, they can now unlock any ipad locked/stolen whatever, they can now unlock them all. However it will cost another £49.99 to do so. I paid this in May 2019 was told it could take up to 90 days. Never heard from them again, until I emailed them in Feb 2020, I gave them plenty time! There answer is that they have been unable to unlock ipad, but cannot refund any money, oh what a surprise, I can use them to have a sim unlocked if I wish, at no cost, well I can do that myself. Dishonest, no customer service, in my opinion it is scamming.
