Long wait time, paid twice as unlocked the same Imei number already unlocked and still not received my money back or the decency of a response so pretty annoyed!

Absolute scammers nearly a month and no unlock keep away from them

I ordered and unlock almost a month ago and the countdown started, I contacted them after two weeks and a new countdown started which has now frozen at 1 day 8 hours for about a week, I have contacted them but can see I am going to get nowhere fast and my money is gone

I saw this company on a Google search amd saw they had great reviews. I paid the INITIAL check fee, which they make it seems as if you're paying to get the unlock code. You then get a message to pay an additional fee for the unlock code. I felt uneasy, but I paid the additional fee because the phone I purchased online was locked to the carrier. I waited the 5 days, and the progress bar went to 99% and got a message saying that they are needing additional time. I emailed them 3 times, to which they never replied. I honestly wanted to leave a good rating for this company, but I feel that the majority of the positive reviews are fake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After I paid the full price more than a week ago, still waiting for the solution. I cannot reach real customer service! Already written a couple of emails but only the same pre-written auto-reply (See pic below) I've received. No telephone number is available for assistance, no chat box is available, and there is no chance to reach them at all.
There are other trustful unlocking services are available on the market with real customer service and faster service time! If you don't want to risk your money and need quick service AVOID DIRECT UNLOCKS! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

First they charge $28.99 and then after 5 minutes they look for a further $60 to finish the process. The unlock was extremely slow and in the end it did not work. Complete waste of money

I was never given the service I paid for! My device is still SIM-LOCKED and I'm still being given the same excuse. I want a refund but I'm being ignored! I really feel scammed and that's not right to take people money and not provide them a service!

I was warned that it might take a little longer than normal because the phone was locked to T-Mobile I was traveling from the US to Africa during the process so I was a little worried at first. But after almost two weeks the process was complete and phone was completely unlocked.

I have placed order for icloud unlocking in December 2018 and after 3 days they said we dont have service And they didnt refund i said ok then Feb 2019 they said we have service pay the premium service money and they gonna open i paid till now 100 pound and its now more then 7 month and they are playing with me

I paid for icloud unlock and after a day they sent me another mail to provide extra amount. So total is 50 pound for icloud unlock. Beware of their cheap price on the beginning.

DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and then claim that Apple has your phone listed as Stolen/Lost. I contacted Apple directly and there was no problem unlocking (wish I had done so in the first place!). All you will be offered by OfficialiPhoneUnlock is a voucher for "future services". Nothing appeared and despite numerous attempts to get a refund, no response. I am seeking to get a charge-back for the money I spent with the online payment service used to process the transaction.

My phone was locked and barred so it did take about two and a half months, but they kept me informed during the entire process letting me know when the services will be complete.

I'm from South America and this company is really credible. If You get their services, you're gonna have your phone unlocked at the time that they promise. I'm really happy. Thank you so much.!

After 10 days, I got an email stating that I had to pay for "premium service" to unlock, after I have already been charged $40 MORE than their original quoted price. Basically it's a fraudulent site. Initially they asked for a small fee to sim unlock an iPhone 11. Then, they wanted more, as they said, the initial small fee was for a pre order... Then they said they couldn't not unlock the device bacause it was reported as stolen or in breach of contract, having the audacity to send me a link that, free of charge, that reported accordingly... When I complained, that they could have used the free link to tell me that the phone can't be unlocked and not charge me more than 50 euros, they said, no worries, they can issue me a voucher, when their Premium sim unlock is ready... And presumably charge more. When I demanded a full refund, they said OK, only if I send them the original receipt for the purchase of the iPhone. When I did send them the receipt... Nothing, they no longer respond to my emails for a rufund. Simply put, it's a scam. Beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - google them and see how many people have been ripped off by them

These guys are really amazing. At first I was afraid whether my iphone will be unlocked or not and also I was afraid of the money which I paid is secure or not and they are real or not. And I finally I found they are real and the work done by them is really appreciating. They did my iohone 5 unlocked which bellonged to AT & T USA network and they responded me in a timely manner.

I am testing this unlocking service and am doing updates how it progresses. I've read the reviews and will continuously update how this goes. Hopefully they can do what they say and it's legit. Will update cross posts.

I am SIM locked to Verizon's network and want to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I ordered their "unlock check" today and have paid them twice. Lets see what happens.

5/16/23 - Ordered Service, paid $28 to "check" my IMEI.

5/16/23 - Got an email saying they are able to unlock my phone and to pay another….$45. That was paid and now I have a pretty 7 day countdown timer I have access to online.

Will update to five stars if it actually works.

Directunlocks contacts me through trustpilot and asks for my IMEI and my device is blacklisted 2 hours later. I counted the phone as a burner phone for this test so they can't manipulate me to pay them more for fear of them placing a fraudulent blacklist on my device. I simply don't care but my story is here as a cautionary tale to you. Just a snake oil scam.
