Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
My iPhone 6 Plus was locked to Tesco Mobile. Having checked the various companies on the web, promising to factory unlock my iPhone, I decided to go with Officialiphoneunlock.
They were not the cheapest but something inside told me to go with them. I had read many varying reviews some good, some bad, but I put my faith in choosing them.
It was the right choice. 72 hours later my iPhone 6 Plus is totally unlocked and has been confirmed by Apple via iTunes. I think the only reason it took 3 days is because the weekend arrived. I placed the order late Thursday afternoon.
My iPhone now accepts all sims with no issues whatsoever. Very very happy with the overall experience. I was kept informed all along the way, even when the 48 hours had elapsed, they sent an email advising that it was going to take bit longer.
I recommend this company highly and say without hesitation, you get what you pay for, it is a genuine and honest company, the only thing is you have to be honest with them.
Looking back I believe the people who have written bad reviews had either stolen or blocked handsets trying to unlock them which is as everyone know illegal and impossible. There is no other explanation.

These guys are professional fraudsters, I've been waiting for over 6 months now.
I have tried 3 different devices with those fools and not even one has been unlocked after paying so much.

Who really has time to read the Terms and conditions when you feel all companies should be running a legitimate business and customers are top Priority, After a primary check of my IMEI, the report states ALL is well to move forward to UNLOCK. After paying $29 it started the process, then asks for another $64 to complete the unlock, BULLCRAP. Eventually who knows if they will ask for any other fee! SCAMMERS!

I used their services to unlock more than 5 phones so far through the last three years. I also have to say their customer service support is very efficient.
Buyer beware. Directunlocks charges $77 to unlock your phone. May as well just buy use this to buy another phone that is already unlocked or find a different service.

No email but standard emails regarding the process was still running.
After 2 weeks the process of clearing stuck into 99%, and it keeps freeze at that 99% since any movement.

This place says what it needs to say to get your money. I was foolish enough to believe the email I received from them. Lesson learned. To anyone else wanting to use them, do so at your own risk.
The service worked, which for my phone being financed and locked, other services hadn't, though it was expensive and took a few weeks. They were in contact with me and replied quickly to my emails.
Sorry for my bad english. I wanted to unlock my iphone. First i have paid 28usd. Next they want me to pay about 42usd, without to choose to cancel my order and doesnt left me a chance to choose... So i have lost total 68usd and after a month the progress bar stays 99% and my phone is not unlocked. directunlocks.com told me that they can not refund me, because i have pay with card.
So i lost 70usd and my phone is still locked...
Dont buy anything from this scam site!

Mobile blocked, no entry to Provider possible. Solution from this company: paying prepayment for checking, waiting a few days for checking the background at Provider and country of staymenr, sending "ok" and asking for more money to fix the blockage because they can do for me. I paid again, got the unblock codes and.followed the instructions. Unfortunally it doesn't work as in discription. I asked for support again by email and got the explanation it was my wrong. So far, so bad. My request was clear and they collected lots of money. They couldn't fix it, send "sorry" and a Creditnote about 1/3 of the amount I paid. I can use for upcoming orders but for sure I will never do. Even the offer I can order next, 100% working service for again €100 more us surely fake. Repayment to me? They will not do. So In my point of view it's currupt and not useful service. Sorry to say but: never again!

Be careful because this site is a scam. I paid $70 to unlock 1 year and 3 months ago. The phone is not unlocked, they do not respond to emails, they will not refund the money.
Cant say enough, had others try and could not but this company didbit and it was simply put another sim card in and start using after unlocked. Thanks
My phone was unlocked as promised, but it took a very long time - I was expecting a week at the most but it took almost a month from the day I paid for pre-order. They did however send emails apologising for the delay and they did respond to emails requesting more info, even if they couldn't give me a timescale estimate. Another thing is the misleading price - please note that the price displayed on the website prominently is just the "pre-order" price, you will have to pay (a lot) more for the unlock to continue. This isn't made clear on the website, you have to really search to come across this info, and even then you still don't know exactly how much you'll be paying. By this point it's too late to change your mind as they don't refund you for the pre-order. You either go ahead and pay more to continue or quit the process and lose what you've already paid. Had I known the total price before hand, I probably would've looked elsewhere a bit more. Job done and I'm happy my phone is now unlocked, but wish they could've been more upfront about price and timescale.
Easy to follow instructions. The only disappointment I had was the misleading information on the prices and process. Otherwise it works and they give you a follow up email (which is good CS)!

They lie about what they can promise and charge you for prices that are not disclosed in the beginning. They wait til after they collect money from you first.

Totally mislead customers regarding price - the £19.99 advertised fee is actually £60. The £19.99 is purely a deposit. The review pages on their own website are fake
More than 24 days after initiated the unlocking process of my phone, As per your: https://tracking.directunlocks.com/tracking.php?strIMEI=**************.- Progress in the unlocking process up today is 11%. So, at this rate i have to wait for more than 219 more dais (7.3 more months) to get my phone unlocked and it most probably it never happens; I beleve i"ll never get my phone unlocked. Bad poor service.- I already paid to you, as per your requests £35 + £23.99= £58.99, see 2 pasted "TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION'. I hope you do not need more money from me. My phone continues locked. Throug my bank i enrtered a claim and alrredy got the reimbursement of my payments, in one week.
