Paid $28 to do imei check came back ok to unlock i paid additional $43 for unlocking and 14 days after iphone not unlocked and no refund given credit only for future use.

Will ask for more money for a premium service they don't deliver and no refund either. Paid for this service in 3-2019 still waiting their answer is some take longer? Save your money!

This is a scam I paid £2.99 to find out which company my phone was locked to that was ok. They advertise that you pay £12.99 to unlock your phone. I paid that and then 24 hours later you have to pay £29.99 to continue which I paid on the understanding that it would be unlocked 24 hours later. I am now nearly 2 weeks later on no unlock and when I asked for a refund the answer was no. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I pay 186$ US without any service
For 2 telephoned, the first telephone gave me a code that does not work at all and the second telephone answered me who must still pay extra money since without not being able to unlock
And I asked to refund my money but no answer

Trying unlock my AT&T iphone, have to wait 4 5days, after received an email said that my iphone was unlocked. However, I checked it again, my phone is still locked and CS said that I still have to wait.

Even if it's written some places on the website, it's well hiden and you have to pay extra fees to get your phone unlock!
Beside that service is good and it works perfectly.

Very very disappointed with the shabby service, been tricked to pay 19.99 £ for unlocking code and now asking for another 40 £,.? What rubbish and even trying to contact there is no contact option...

This company is a ripoff I purchased iemi unlock for my iPhone 6s On Jan 12 2020 paid $120 witch is more than I paid for the phone new it is fed 7 still not unlocked I've sent many emails with very Vague response and when I mentioned refund. They stopped responding so next step is legal action

Direct Unlocks guided me all the way through unlocking my AT&T phone and kept me updated on the progress. I would just suggest that all of the costs are explained up front.

I am very please with the service that I recieved from Officialiphoneunlock. Even though it did take longer than I expected they did keep me informed of the delay and the reason for it. The unlock was very easy and worked straight way when I recieved the email it took me less than a minuite to compleate. Thank you for a profesional service.

My phone was unlocked within 36 hours.

Cons:
I confirmed a $36 purchase but my account was charged $55. I sent an inquiry concerning this matter and I have yet to hear from this company.

Paid them two times, after 5 days they still cannot unlock it. They said they would offer a full refund, I emailed them my receipt showing the payment of the phone. No response from them. Avoid.

Upon trying to unlock my iPhone 12 promax, I came across direct unlocks, the ratings said they were reasonable, so I took a chance, they immediately told me they had a new IMEI number for me, and make a payment, after I made the payment a few minutes went by, and they asked me to make a another payment to unlock the IMEI number, upon making my second payment I waited three weeks, and never, to this day got anything from them! Now they sent me a new email telling me my IMEI number could not be updated and I would have to pay them for a third process to get my IMEI unlocked, I did not pay them anything, and they stop talking to me all together
when I questioned their business practices, they stopped all conversations with me as of now I am out of 150 US Dollars. I strongly advise everyone looking to unlock the phone, never ever to use this service, and after further investigation, I found out they have been shaming people for years! After 5 days of waiting and no word or anything I canceled my order and told them I wanted a refund after I ended up having to get help elsewhere and paid again and had it done in 30 minutes and here we are almost a month later no refund and I finally got the code that I no longer need and is a completely wasted 300 dollars

No one ever resolved my issues and never refunded my money for a product that I didn't receive until after they were told that I went elsewhere and didn't want their product anymore

After failed to unlock my first phone, gave me a credit to u lock other phone. They are so kind and fast service and customer service.

I had a really bad experience where they first asked me to pay 19.99 pounds, then emailed me to ask for additional 30. And after almost 2 weeks of not responding to my follow up emails, they responded that they cannot unlock as phone is still in contract (Hello! Of course, one will only get their service to unlock because it is still in contract and one want to unlock it! That's common sense!). THEN, THEY TOLD ME THEY CANNOT REFUND AND ASK ME TO PAY ADDITIONAL 109.99 pounds! They are dishonest people who misleads customers to pay more and more additional charges. They are supposedly expert in unlocking, so they should already know how much it should cost upfront. They should just be honest about it upfront, instead of leading on client by initially charging less then subsequently asking for additional charges, I DEMAND FULL REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD! Please be careful transacting with this company as they are not professional and upfront and tends to mislead and misinform clients!
